Great service, very welcoming! Stopped in for lunch, ordered guacamole and chips it was ok nothing to rave about but the shrimp tacos and the chicken sandwich was delicious! Loved sitting outside on the patio. We would definitely go back again.

Inside La Tratoria you can find a beautiful and warm atmosphere with a beautiful decoration in white and yellow. We were delighted with Martina's attention and the food was spectacular. Don't hesitate visiting this place....

Stayed at the Leslie Hotel and had a fantastic breakfast to start the day. The setting was perfect, nice ocean breeze, palm trees swaying, and a laid-back, relaxing vibe. The food looked great and tasted even better, fresh, flavorful, and well put together. Big shoutout to my server, Agata, who was super friendly and attentive. She anticipated what I needed and was polite and professional the whole time. A great experience overall I highly recommend La Trattoria!

We visited Birdcadge /La Trattoria twice during our 5 day stay in Miami. Once for breakfast which was excellent and another timed for drinks during happy hour. Our waitress Flor was lovely and explained the Happy Hour well. She was very polite and welcoming! Thanks for a great time

Great food and drinks!! The spicy margarita is too good. Agata is a great server, she took excellent care of our group of six tonight, and was very interactive and personable; we couldn’t ask for a better experience! The Cuban Churassca (I hope I didn’t butcher that) and Seared Tuna were cooked perfectly and amazing! Music 10/10, exciting dance remakes of the 80’s 90’s and early 2000’s. Thank you for a great night!

Franka was incredibly kind and attentive – truly one of the best servers we’ve had on Ocean Drive. The service overall was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the “two-for-one cocktails” deal was a great bonus. We’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-notch service.

The food at this place was amazing not to mention the service Jason our waiter was very kind and patience with us also gave an incredible costumer service and attentive with all his costumers! Really good breakfast: fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked eggs, tasty coffee. But Agata is the real star – super nice, attentive, remembers what you like, refills without asking and makes you feel genuinely welcome. Thanks to her, even a simple breakfast feels special. 10/10 for Agata, 9/10 for the rest. Highly recommend!

Serious Payment Handling Concerns (Check #115) Our experience raised significant concerns regarding how payments were handled. 1. Apple Pay Non-Responsive: Despite visible Apple Pay signage, the terminal emitted no NFC signal when attempting payment (iPhone showed no activation prompt). 2. Two Mastercard Attempts: After Apple Pay failed, we attempted payment with two different Mastercard credit cards — both with sufficient available funds to cover the bill many times over. We were told each transaction was “declined.” 3. Bank Confirmation: Our bank later confirmed that no transaction authorization request was ever received on their system for any of the attempted payments. 4. Redirection to Cash: Immediately after stating the cards were “declined,” staff directed us to withdraw cash from a specific basement ATM, with noticeable insistence. 5. Undisclosed Charges: A 20% service charge was automatically added, and $9 was charged for water. These were not clearly disclosed in advance. 6. Management Conduct: While attempting to verify the issue with our bank, management became confrontational, isolated us from our table, and ultimately asked us to leave before the matter was resolved. The combination of non-responsive payment systems, absence of bank authorization attempts, and pressure to use a specific ATM created a highly uncomfortable situation. I strongly recommend that customers verify their receipts and payment confirmations carefully before leaving.
