This place is legit. Neckbones and pigfeet seasoned to the bone. Fried fish and shrimp 🤌🏾. Sauge sandwich on the lightly toasted buttery bread; go ahead and allow me to pay more and throw a extra pieces of sausage on there 🤤🤤.The only thing I wish they had was some vegetables.

I went to original Crab House ordered a dozen of garlic crabs and whole lot of other things everything was on point when they gave me food it was accurate, my order was fresh ,great quality of food and an great amount ,my perspective of the business I felt safe where I was at everybody was so professional and nice . I love the food the kids loved the food my son loved the food especially and he’s very picky if he doesn’t like it then it definitely have to be not up to standard but this these plates were awesome and the customer service was above superb the owner was awesome very nice and welcoming I will definitely be back when I’m in the area you guys have to try it we came all the way from Georgia for these garlic crabs garlic shrimp and fried shrimp dinners!!!

I absolutely Love this place! The neckbones wow were great! While I was ordering turkey necks, I told the gentleman I was mad because they didn't come with someone for me to slap because those neckbones were so DELICIOUS! They were seasoned just right! I wish I had taken a picture of my food. I will next time.

I wish there had been an area to sit so me and my daughter could have tried more items but we couldn't carry all the food in our Uber. We definently will be back on our next trip!!!

Great place just off the highway. Popped in for a much needed lunch and was met with smiling faces and awesome fast service.. our shrimp special was perfectly cooked and loaded with shrimp and some of the best hush puppies I've ever had! 10/10 recommend!!

The guy who owns the place is very professional, he has great employees and even better food! The service is impeccable and the prices are affordable and way under priced for the quality of the food here. If you have never been here before I suggest you try it.

I'd drive across town any day for their food! You don't get food like this from the big chain restaurants. I even got to meet the owner my first time there and have seen him there every single time I've been back. Putting in just as much work as the employees. You can tell he really cares about his business. Brand new everything, awesome prices & amazing food. Can't recommend them enough!

Love love love this place! Everytime I go in there the staff are always friendly. In my opinion one of the best crab places in Jacksonville. Food comes quick and hot everytime! I’ve never had a bad experience here. Oh don’t forget the koolaid they have, its made just the way I like it!

My mom wanted some fried crabs so I was telling her about The Original Crab house. At first she was talking about the prices BUT after the received her food she said “ tell him he got another customer” 😂 she really enjoyed them fried crabs and fixings. She said those were the best fried crabs she had and I had the neck-bone rice which is always good every time I get it.

Great little seafood spot. What makes a 5 star in the service! The guy was unbelievably kind and took great care of me as this was my first visit. Loved the blue crab which was well seasoned and dripping on butter. Snow crabs was awesome Fried shrimp and hush puppies were excellent. The owner notice that my family had been in earlier because we all had on red T-shirts. I told him they was bragging on the neck bones so I had to come try them. He was so nice after I ordered almost $80 worth of food and we got to talking he gave me a tray of neck bones, pig feet and turkey necks OMG!!! They was delicious. The Place was very clean. I would definitely visit again when I return to Jacksonville.

I always come into town to get my hair styled and always wanted to Try this place! I got lucky today. I literally couldn’t stop eating the turkey necks and crab. Everything is superior and flavorful that I may just get another plate for the road!! 100/100 highly recommend

Un pequeño y genial restaurante de mariscos. ¡Qué bien merece un 5 estrellas el servicio! El chico fue increíblemente amable y me atendió de maravilla, ya que era mi primera visita. Me encantó el cangrejo azul, bien sazonado y con un toque de mantequilla. Los camarones fritos y los hush puppies estaban excelentes. El pescado estaba bien frito, pero no era mi favorito... Probablemente era merlán... Debería haber preguntado qué tipo de pescado venía en el combo, porque me gusta el bagre o el mero. El lugar estaba muy limpio. Sin duda, volveré cuando vuelva a Jacksonville.

Pedí a través de DoorDash y me llegaron los huesos de cuello. Después del segundo bocado de los tiernos huesos, corrí a escribir una reseña. Estaban realmente buenos y muy bien sazonados. Venían con arroz sazonado, que también estaba delicioso. Además, pedí el ponche de la casa, que me quitó la sed.

The pricing for food posted isn't the correct price. The cashier advised increased happen 1 week ago. Neckbone with rice from 17.99 to 25.00. The portions doesn't match the pricing.

Not worth the money to me. They are charging almost $40 for a jumbo garlic blue crab tray and the crabs I received were small. The crabs are not very well seasoned well and not very meaty.

Not sure if the cooks were in a rush but however my boyfriend order the neck bones with meaty rice and which came with corn and potatoes and I had shrimp. The food was cooked well but overly overly overly overly overly seasoned! Couldn’t taste anything but season! My shrimp was cooked with the shell on it which was not my preference but coated horribly in season. The customer was good and I would try again for a second time maybe something fried and if steamed I would ask for them to hold the season

Was very disappointed sent husband to buy two garlic trays both trays of blue crabs was empty no meat I know the person prepared the trays knew crabs was empty I have been a returning Customer for a while the food usually is amazing This happen on Saturday July 29 wasted $60.20

I guess certain foods here are alright. It definitely has the flavor but when it comes to the shrimp, it could be better. First, it's overcooked. And second, why don't y'all clean them properly? Idk about the other folks who says this place is the best. I guess y'all like to eat that dirty black vein in the shrimp. It actually contains feces but I guess that's flavor in a way? I find it disgusting and any established restaurant should know that's the main thing to clean when it comes to shrimp. The potatoes and eggs were delicious though.

Me & my family decided to eat here tonight . The service was okay the lady was nice , they were just really slow the wait time was over 30 mins , it was pretty hot inside . The food portions for the price is actu great but the food itself was very bland . I got the fried fish , shrimp & oyster with cole slaw no seasoning at all presentation was good , it looked amazing but once i tasted it , it wasn't good at all . The fish had an after taste & one of their punch drinks . Very sugary . Extremely sugary. My husband's neckbone meal was pretty tasty . He really liked it as well however he didn't like his fish meal as it was bland to him as well . Honestly wouldn't be dining here again . But you won't know what you'll like until you try yourself .

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a fish sandwich and all they gave me was bread and fish even though they advertised it with lettuce and tomato and garlic bread. The fish had so many bones it I couldn’t finish it, and the fish was so bland. No flavor at all. I’ll never go back to this place.

First off I loved this place until today. I got fries for my son(he loved), a pig feet and neck bone combo add egg and a snow crab combo. 1 I never got the eggs I ordered..2 the food was cold and horrible. The pigfeet was almost see thru and the butter sauce was watery absolutely no favor at all. N this is the first time ever that I’ve experienced this and I order at least 4 times a week. Mostly uber or DoorDash and a few in person. The only thing good about the whole order was the rice

I was very disappointed in my food. My pork chops were GREASY AND I ordered a side of rice and my rice was EXTREMELY HARD AND BUTTERY!!! The owner with the dreads like to show his Meat on Social Sites when he should be putting Meat inside the rice. I didn’t have a no meat in my rice I mean who wants to pay $5 for a side of hard butter rice. Im a Paying customer and The GUYS outside walked in and ordered DIDNT PAY and got their food before I did.
