I've always ordered delivery and have never been upset with the service. They have the best cheese steak sandwich in the area -- I order as often as I can afford. Decent prices, friendly people, and great delivery drivers. I will definitely be a regular with them for a long time.

Good taste, delivery time , but food not cooked all the way. Dough is RAW. Ordered 2 Stromboli with meat , hamburger , meatball and sausage with cheese and dessert. Now it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from this place so I’m try to be fair with my ⭐️ I give them 4 for taste , price , and delivery time oh and I also like how their sauce tastes 👍 but upset about it being not cooked all the way. And yes I’m going to try them again and let them know that it wasn’t done so will get back on here and see if they can get a 5⭐️ Out of me.

We recently had an issue with Delivery, when a Main Road was closed causing the delivery to be near impossible. We understood this, but never got a call back. We didn't call for a while, but when we did last night, the Manager knew it was us, and made sure our food was perfect. This is all I ask of a company, make good on your mistakes. Because of this, and the very cool Talk driver, we felt we had to give them a decent review. It really depends on what you get there. We did a stromboli and burger, and both we're Excellent! I would stay away from the Pizza tho, it's changed in many ways. But, EMPIRE PIZZA, is not a bad place.

It's not the worst place in Middletown but, they could improve in the quality of their product. I fear that this place has only stayed open as long as it has because of there location on Main St. I do order there regularly and will continue to do so. However, I do only stick to one or two things on the menu. I have tried the Pizza and again it isn't the worst pizza I've had.

I visited reluctantly on 1-27-20 and I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich and the bread was super hard, smelled terrible as in like it was molded. How do you serve your customer old bread??? I said nothing, but I will never eat at this establishment again. Terrible. I give two stars because the person who took my order was fairly pleasant.

I ordered a mushroom spinach ricotta Stromboli it was uncooked raw dough. You can see the picture. When I told them they keep saying it is cheesy. It was the bad experience ever.not respecting the customer.

Had heard good things about Empire Pizza in Middletown and decided to give them a try. Ordered a Patrami Reubin and the Gyro special to go today. The Reuben was terrible, the pastrami was burnt and it was so salty I threw the sandwich in the garbage. The tezeki sauce was disappointing, not enough seasoning and had no cucumber or dill in it. The meat wasn't appetizing. Needless to say will not be ordering anything from there in the future.

Ordered a medium pizza half BBQ chicken and half buffalo chicken. The pizza was really bad looking. Both me and my boyfriend did not like it. The chicken was just breaded chicken cut into cubes with a little sauce on it, not enough flavor, and the BBQ sauce on the chicken did not taste good and there was no sautéed onions, peppers, nothing, which was what I thought was on it. I also got a small chicken ceased salad that was 9 bucks and it was so tiny and not very fresh. Pizza was 22 dollars for something that was not even good or made well. I only ordered from this location because I live in Middletown, and they will deliver to me. I usually order from the Empire pizza in Berlin, and they are AMAZING. From now on I will always order from Berlin and go pick it up. If you want good pizza the one in Berlin is a different owner, and they make great food. Def regret ordering from them, next time taking the drive to Berlin Empire :/

Since I moved to Middletown my family and I have constantly ordered from this places. Sometimes spending $60+ on our orders! My brother placed an order and asked if there was a chefs salad or a chefs pizza (which obviously does not exist) and the lady told him a chef pizza. So when we get our order and find out that there was a shrimp pizza instead of the salad I call to see if there was something to be done. All they wanted to do was charge us for the salad and said they could send us a free soda! I explained nobody wants a free soda we just want the salad that we thought was being ordered. After 3 years of ordering from them this horrible customer service experience just lost them a customer as well as this review.

At 10 o'clock at night, an hour before they even close, I had ordered a large pizza twelve wings and cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was severely under cooked and the dough was really chewy. It's clear that the wings were made first and sat there for a while and when I ate them they were really mushy and wet and they really lacked on the wing sauce. And sadly, the best thing that I ordered was the garlic bread which was half ass anyways and really cold. They didn't take their time with this order and didn't care about thoroughly cooking the food. I wouldn't ever order from here again. Horrible.
