I must say, being from a a different state/city, no complain about the Texan food. It is fresh, taste better and the people are awesome! So far ordering from this location, Online, I was a little hesitant on my first try because I have had very bad experience in other location, different state/city. Here the food is warm, fresh, the driver is courteous and it is timely... Can't complain... I mean it is very good flavor and I don't have to wait long :-). EXcellent and profesional. My pizza taste fresh and it is the presentation is very clean and organize. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

Placed an order at 11:55, wary that most delivery services don't enjoy last minute orders. Was pleasantly surprised by fresh pizza and a cute note responding to our delivery request. Awesome service. We will definitely be ordering from here again (not so late next time, though). You guys are awesome!

Going to write a detailed review, Cause I'm bored. Pizza: It's good, it's domino's, Every pizza is made to order, and they put their toppings about as evenly as humanly possible. every slice and every bite had a topping. The pizza was sorta like a circle, but it's to be expected as it's hand made, not everyone is perfect. Everything was cooked, and cut evenly, Garlic oil on the bread was just right, not to much, not to little. Overall, it's a quality pizza, Not as good as a local place in new york, but it'll make you smile in flavor. Sides: Amazing, The bites, The cinnamon bread twists, the flavors. It's worth every penny, and they always come out pretty damn big, couldn't find a piece that was considered "small" Pasta and sandwich: For a pizza place, they aren't half bad, Sandwichs are 8 inches. but if you're pairing it with something else, it'll fill you up. As for the pasta, THAT alone can fill you up, they put enough pasta, chicken, and sauce to make sure you eat good. Overall, ignore the overall stars on this place, It's good, and you won't be disappointed, There's a reason why they have hour+ delivery times, people will wait as long as it needs to get a really good pizza.

Ordered for delivery. Vegetarian pizza has always been my favorite. This time and last time the pizza was dry, overcooked and could not see any sauce on it. The premade salad was not worth the money.

My husband ordered us two pizzas take out and got them cooked well done. The pizzas were hot and the toppings correct but I couldn’t eat the crust or the dough due to it being raw/undercooked. The bottom was black but the dough was raw.. I’m 6 months pregnant so that’s a big no no.

I ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 order of cheese bread. The pizza was the worst pizza ever. There was hardy any toppings. Even though it was supposed to be freshly made, it tasted and seemed old. You're better off getting a frozen pizza. I won't be back!

Ordered a pizza and paid for extra feta and paid for a garlic cup. Came with hardly any feta and didn’t get my galic sauce either. Have a chance and was disappointed

3rd time we've ordered pizza in the last month and had to drive to the store after 1.5+ hrs with pizza still sitting on shelf. The same scenario each time... The phone is ringing off the hook and they just let it ring (I called to cancel order but was hung up on repeatedly), people are pouring in because they can't get through to store and their pizza is 2 hours late. I don't get why this doesn't show up on corporate's radar??? Papers on back counter are unfulfilled orders

Dear Domino’s Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your store in hopes that it may help improve service and communication moving forward. I placed my order online at approximately 7:31 p.m. on 10/11/2025, as I normally do, and received an email confirmation stating my order would arrive within 20–35 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. Around 8:13 p.m., I called the store and spoke with Jeffrey, who assured me that the Domino’s Tracker was NOT accurate and that my order should arrive within about five minutes. At that point, I had no issue at all. However, the reason I called initially was because the Tracker indicated that my order had already been delivered, even though it had not arrived. After waiting a bit longer, I called back at 8:31 p.m. (with a house full of hungry guests). I spoke with Jeffrey again to check on the status. He explained rather casually that the driver goes wherever the GPS directs them, which I understood, but I found it concerning that no one had reached out to clarify or confirm the delivery location, especially since my correct contact number was printed on the receipt attached to the pizza boxes. And also this was not the first time having an order delivered to my home. Our conversation lasted roughly 13 minutes. Jeffrey identified himself as the manager and mentioned that his manager was Cassandra and the store owner was Brian. Unfortunately, during our exchange, he did not ask how he might resolve the issue or what would make things right from my perspective. Instead, he simply said the order would be refunded. Then, at 2:25 a.m. Friday morning 10/11/2025, I received a lengthy voicemail informing me that the case I had opened was closed, without anyone speaking with me in detail about what actually occurred. As someone who values professionalism and courtesy in business, I found it surprising to receive a customer service call outside of normal business hours. If you could hear the tone from the person who left the message, it was like he was making it seem, as if though I the customer had made an error, by not providing enough details. Then lied and said I had already talked with the General Manager, which I had NOT! While I’ve been a loyal customer and have always appreciated Domino’s efficiency in the past, this experience left me quite disappointed. I’ll be reaching out to corporate directly and will take my business elsewhere. You be sure to becareful using this location, I would NOT recommend them to anyone! Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it’s intended, to help ensure future customers have a more positive experience.

I decided to get out in the snow storm to go get some pizza for the family. It says on google dominos is open until 11. I drive there, open sign is on, so I walk in the door and stand at the counter. After about 2 minutes the lady says can I help you and I said I want to order some wings and pizza. She said oh we are closed AS SHES MAKING A PIZZA. I said oh the door is open…. She responded she’s working on the last pick up order. It is 8:55pm. I feel like they were closing at 9. Either way I had already gotten out and she was clearly still making pizza. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong address. I was tracking the driver from my front porch but still no delivery. I called the store and spoke to the mgr. and he stated the driver said he delivered it to a house that looked like an Italian villa. Funny, my house doesn’t look like an Italian villa. I even have a ring camera and 2 big dogs that never barked!! The mgr stated he would make a new pizza, deliver it and refund my $. An hour and half later after ordering the first one I received my new pizza. Kept checking my Venmo account and NO REFUND. I called the store and I was told that since I had received a new pizza they wouldn’t refund my $. Not happy!!

First off. I'm the customer.. You're the shop worker. You work in a retail pizza establishment. You have a duty to speak to customers in a manner that's acceptable. And telling someone to go around the corner to get change for a $50 bill is not an acceptable response. What is acceptable is that your policy is that you do not accept bills over $20 and the conversation stops there. Do not suggest to anyone ever again that they go to a gas station for change. Once I leave your restaurant, I'm not returning. The reason your store does not accept bills over $20, is because of sticky fingers around there. They don't want the bills coming back out of the safe. Lastly. If someone asks something that requires a manager's approval and you already know the answer to that. Don't make a circle around the kitchen mouthing to yourself and return just like that and return to me with a no, Just be a man and say no sir, it's not possible. It's just easier to handle the situation a lot different. I was completely dumbfounded with your lack of professionalism this evening and I'm sure it showed. You need more training. We won't be ordering from your location again if at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the second week in a row that my order from the Midlothian Domino’s was incorrect. After reaching out to customer service last week and hearing absolutely nothing back, I figured I’d give them another chance. Big mistake. Not only was my order wrong again, but when I tried to escalate the issue and asked for the GM or a supervisor’s contact info, I was flat-out refused. I was told, “for safety reasons,” which makes no sense — how are customers supposed to communicate serious concerns if no one will listen or follow up? When I explained that I already submitted a complaint through the website last week and never heard back, I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you.” No apology. No accountability. I asked for at least a name — I was given just “Jeffery” and that was it. To make matters worse, they remade the order (again, not completely correct), and I watched staff members casually eating the messed-up food behind the counter. No professionalism. No care. Avoid this location. There’s zero customer service, zero ownership, and clearly no interest in improving. Fortunately, in Midlothian, we have other options — and I’ll be using one of them from now on.

Today was my first time going to this Domino's, and I will never return. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I walked in the employee at the register never greeted us. They just walked to the register and stood there like I was interrupting her. After that, I had questions about an online coupon and she was getting frustrated. When I said that it wasn't making sense, he claimed that she was "trying to help me" be giving me 20% off. She then rudely walked away from the register. This was truly unexceptable behavior, and there is no way I would ever set foot in this establishment again.

This is my first and last time using the app. I ordered 1 large pepperoni and one large cheese pizza and 2 salads. With a 20 percent tip, bill came to $79.00. I got two cheese pizzas. Yes, my receipt showed two cheese pizzas, but when I reviewed the order twice before placing, I saw the pepperoni. I prefer placing the order on the phone. Which I can do at the many pizza stores in the town, which I will stick to in the future.

We ordered 3 pizzas a cheese, double mushroom and a supreme. The only pizza that had visible cheese was the cheese pizza and it was not enough to cover the pizza. The other 2 pizzas had no cheese that I could see. And the double mushroom had less mushrooms then the supreme! Please save your money and buy a frozen pizza.
