Update... I swear they had pizza that was better than 90% of ALL pizza places out there in the world tonight. Build your own hand tossed, garlic butter sauce, cheddar & mozz, extra cheese, onion, bacon, garlic, garlic crust. You're welcome. Great customer service, and the food is consistently a good value for the price. Lots of deals and coupons to be had to reward customers. Always friendly, and we'll continue to frequent the establishment. Detroit style is certainly not the best, but other styles are very good compared to the competition.

I always receive good quality food from this location. The few times I have visited the store, I am always treated with kindness and respect. The staff is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. In the past 4 years they have never messed up an order. The pizza comes out fresh every time as well as perfectly topped. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing Pizza Spot. Timely manner on phone pick up, great attitudes when I arrived and food was just out the oven. 10 min ready time and 10 min is what they mean. Clean restrooms and billard area. There is a dine in and is wheel chair accessible. Also seating along window, and 2 liter cold drinks can be bought here also. I'll be returning and you should too.

This is a mixed bag for me. The delivery is very fast which is good. I decided to order the cauliflower crust and the first couple of pizzas I got were delicious. The best pizza of all the delivery places in the area, but the last couple of pizzas were not as good. It seems like the crust was overcooked. My husband even ordered another pizza for me but it was the same. I’m sad, I really want the yummy and delicious pizza I got before.

I bought one large pizza one simple topping , and 6 wings, was told it would be ready in 20 min , not busy at all , 2 customers in store. I waited 45 min.

Are last order was under cooked and full of dough/powder all at the bottom. We called and let them know and ate what we could and threw the rest out. I called to complain. The manager Josh said he was going to have them remade for us for free next time or I would have put this review sooner. He told us the pizza guy was new and I’m like okay but why send the pizzas out like this in the first place. We called up there today and Tori answers and is very nice and friendly but let us know they can’t do that without Josh’s okay because he did not put notes or put a credit on our account like he stated he was. She calls him and no answer and she speaks to the owners who says they can’t do it because no notes in the account. They say they’ll call us back. I told them we are trying to eat dinner. We don’t want to wait to here back. We will go elsewhere. Side note, the pizza was soggy, flapped around. lol I’m guessing because it was all doughy.

We have ordered from this mr jim’s a dozen times and usually they’re pretty good but tonight we got a pizza with a clear slice taken out of it so I called to try and either get a credit or SOMETHING and they pretty much just made it seem like we were trying to scam a pizza out of them so we won’t be ordering from them anymore.

A waste of 37 dollars ordered 2 pizzas opened the chicken fajita pizza and all the toppings were slid to the side which kinda ruined it plus had to recut both pizzas if this was a positive review they would of already answered back
