Ottimo posto per colazioni e/o pranzi. Personale eccellente e molto cordiale. Il titolare è davvero molto gentile con una particolare attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Cibo buono, ottime le brioches. Interessante l'aperitivo ma che non ho ancora avuto modo di provare. Sicuramente lo proverò.

Piccolo locale molto accogliente nel centro di Milano, che con il suo stile vintage e retrò rimane sempre molto moderno. Frequentato principalmente da ragazzi ma in generale da gente di tutte le età. Drink ottimi, camerieri cortesi e disponibili e taglieri eccezionali. Super consigliato!

Caffè ottimo e ambiente accogliente. Perfetto per una pausa rilassante durante la giornata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

We've had a great time here in June 2025. Vibe is welcoming and authentic, quite bohemian, prices decent and with unexpectedly good tapas style snacks (on the house). Staff was very nice, quick and polite. We arrived before lunch hours so without a reservation. During lunch people come and go, it gets very busy. There appeared to be a lot of regular guests, which is telling of quality. Only minus is very small and old school toilet.

We landed in Milan with an hour between our trains — L’Alter Bar was in the midst of their “reservations only” happy hour, and still found us a table, space to keep our luggage out of the way, then plenty food and drink to satisfy our travel needs. It was fun to experience the local business people enjoying the bar too. The staff helped us to feel relaxed while in the midst of a long travel day. The history, the food, atmosphere and service were so special. You’ve got to experience L’Alter Bar 🙌🏼🇮🇹🎶😉

During 3 nights in Milan with my besties, we visited this place 3 times and didn't want to look for any other! Wonderful wine, the perfect Aperol Spritz, plus delicious hot snacks - this place really makes you feel the Italian atmosphere. The wonderful staff were always in a great humour. We met 4 different staff and everyone was charismatic and smiling - wonderful! You can feel that apart from the tourists it's a really loved place by the locals. Absolutely love it, thank you!

Amazing bar just near Cadorna station. Free from tourist mass, good drinks and food. You can enjoy a spritz and sides just for 8€. Highly recommended. Will visit again if I return to Milano.

Despite on showing up on a busy evening during design week they found us a spot and then apologized if took a while for service...but then immediately brought crisps and took our order within five minutes! Lovely spritzes and a very nice ham and cheese piadina to snack on. We can't wait to come back 💖

I'm so glad I found this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were genuinely amazing and very fairly priced. We were served complementary food with our drinks as well! It sucked, food is not good, and the drinks are basic and unappetizing and the service is as bad as it gets. Got kicked out without warning because they reserved everything for some group, didn't tell us anything, and we weren't even allowed to take, our expensive drinks. Do not recommend!

Ridiculous. We came at 6:10pm on a Monday. There are zero customers here. Yet, the staff refuse to seat us for a quick spritz, telling us that all tables are reserved and will all arrive in 30 minutes all at the same time, so there was no way to serve us. Not only are the staff racist, they didn’t like that my wife and I are in our early forties with our well behaved 7 year old in tow.
