I stayed at the Zona bicocca for two weeks and almost always had coffee there. I was always welcomed by the staff. I noticed that even with the hectic university environment, the staff always acted harmoniously together. I'm not Italian and I was very well received, thank you! 😊✨

I celebrated my graduation here with a friend of mine and a large group of friends. We were given the entire terrace in front of the restaurant. We chose the royal menu, and when we arrived, the table was already set with numerous appetizers, various snacks, a Spritz, and a non-alcoholic drink. A first course and a second course with sides were then served, followed by cake and sparkling wine. Miriam and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and accommodating with small menu changes. The food was plentiful and the price was definitely affordable. Highly recommended!

Gentilezza, cordialità, pulizia. Soprattutto disposizione verso il cliente. Nella nuova gestione del locale si trovano tutte queste caratteristiche. Completano la situazione la varietà delle brioches, il buon caffè e lo spazio. Arioso, ben distanziato. Manca un po’ d’ombra ma credo sia dovuto al fatto di trovarsi in una piazza condominiale. Comunque ottimo sia per colazione che per pranzo e aperitivo. Una chicca: provate il gelato!

I frequent this bar often and have always had a good experience. A new bartender/waitress was recently hired, and since then the quality of service has significantly declined. I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review, but every time I return, I'm met with a listless and indifferent customer service.

I had breakfast here on Saturday morning, forgetting that I'd already been rather disappointed once before—also for breakfast. The staff were unfriendly, and I thanked them immediately after my order without a smile or a response. The jam-filled croissant (?) was practically empty and the size of a packaged snack. The employees showed no respect for anti-COVID regulations (the customers I saw, however, were all dutiful). Do I need to add anything? Oh yes, on a positive note, they do have soy milk, but I'd say that in 2021 in Milan, that's not a plus, but something I expect to be available. I definitely won't be returning.

It's probably under new management since I visited a while ago. It should be called Barettoquattordici. The service was definitely not impeccable, Saturday, June 12th, around 6 p.m., even though it wasn't crowded or noisy. We'll see if things go better next time.

I had my graduation party at the place a while ago. I've never had the chance to review it but I think it's right to let people know that I didn't have a good time at all. First of all THEY LOST MY CAKE (then they made up for it with some pastries) but it's an extremely serious mistake, furthermore there were about twenty of us and the wait was very long

Disgusting piadina, rotten turkey, and sour cheese, rude and surly cashier. If you don't feel like working, stay home. We also waited 25 minutes for a piadina with very few people in the restaurant. Don't go!

It wasn't a positive experience. We went to this bar for my daughter's graduation. Even though we'd made a reservation outside for a covered table, upon our arrival they asked us to sit inside because the place we'd booked was already booked. Fortunately, after much persuasion, we were able to sit where we'd requested. This was especially true because we were a group of 20 people and the space inside was truly minimal. The service was absolutely poor and slow. They forgot several courses, particularly a request made for a vegan, who was able to eat only after everyone else had finished theirs.
