I love their açaí bowls and freshly squeezed orange juice. The best part is their base in açaí bowl. I usually don’t like hard base in açaí bowls.

It was perfect. Some locations make their drinks watered down because they put too much ice. This location is always on point.

Very well organized and planned business concept. The staff is really welcoming and you feel kind of special even as you are opening the door. The smiling staff with their welcoming smiles and wishes makes it a great refreshing stopover.

Only my 2nd time at Jamba Juice. I got a small Greens and Ginger smoothie and a fresh wheat grass shot. The smoothie was delicious, nice and tart, and the shot was from fresh grass they blend and strain right in front of you, served with a cup of ice with and an orange wedge.

This review is for Mathew! I love his energy, always welcoming. It's rare to find this kind of customer service anymore.Give this man a raise Jamba Juice!

I ordered something on the menu that apparently has a different recipe now and I didn’t know. The new recipe wouldn’t have worked for me because I have a really severe dairy allergy, but the young women working at the time saw my order was marked *allergy* and they were really helpful in helping me fix the order. They even made the drink the old way which didn’t contain dairy. They were so accommodating and helpful in my confusion, I really appreciated it.

This place is hit or miss . One day the drink will be perfect the next it's too thick or sour or missing something. I would say they are good most of the time though.

Gotta love me some Jamba Juice. Fun fact, even if you don't see some of the original (I'm talking pre-2010) items on their menu, they can still make it! :D

I love Jamba juice for the healthy options it provides and sometimes not that healthy too. Thsi place is next to safeway but isnt very crowded.

Fast, Friendly, and Consistent. I love their Orange Dream Machine and Mango a Go Go. Also try a Red Gummy on their "secret menu"

You come here for your choice of juice and you'll always get one. Service is nice and quick. Never had any complain from the staff and they have been friendly as well. The only concern I had was with the place and it could be little more cleaner. I like the orange juice here a lot and happy to get the fresh one always. Cheers.

There is almost always a short line and a bit of a wait for your order, but that has become the norm with Jamba addicts going in daily for their fix. Kind of wish it was open later...

I got charged xtra for an item I never get charged for in any other Jamba location. My bowl was only 3/4s full. They fixed it. Left satisfied.

Dude making my drink must've been new. Turned on the blender without closing it right so it shot everywhere. After blending what was left he poured it onto the counter instead of in the cup. By the time I got my drink it was barely 3/4 full and covered in juice. Of course there were no napkins either, and wiping the drink down before giving it to me would've obviously been to much of a hassle.

Very overpriced. Ordered two of the same drinks but they each tasted very different. Not good.

Visiting for the first time. Had the kale smoothie with ginger purée. Crushed ice gets into the head and smoothie is also not tasty.

The drinks are good but the stop accepting the fundraiser cards which I purchased 6 of them

Staff was friendly and great when taking the order but the large acai bowl i got was pitiful. 2/3 full, barely any Nutella or peanut butter. Whole thing would have fit in their small size bowl so this just felt like a rip off. Drinks were fine but get your acai bowls somewhere else or at a different location.

Didn’t even tell me that my order was ready. Such unprofessional service. And the cup was overflowing which made it all sticky. The girls working there just don’t care.

Never coming back, never enough staff, they don’t greet you when you walk in the door and every since I complained the young guy made my drink without the stuff I PAID EXTRA for they never make my drink right so yea had to change my location on my home Jamba.

Wrong information. It says they open till 7:30 but When I went and asked they said "They clean machine my 6:30, so they cannot serve any juice" 😂 what is the purpose of having it open till 7:30 then?

Worst service that you could ever ask for employees not caring who comes in the door in what order. I was 1 or 2 people in the store and then 3 more people come in after I take my order and everyone is long gone and I hadn’t even gotten my order and when I asked them what’s going on one employee laughed shrugged her shoulders and said oh week I could’ve came across that counter on her but I didn’t the only one on her job was Racheal the manager who gave me my money back but wouldn’t recommend anyone to that store ever again

Would not recommend this location to anyone. If you want a staff to disregard what you want come here. Pay for some expensive drink that’s not even how you wanted it.

Ordered Mango a go go, there was no taste of mango in it. Wasn't even blended properly with chunks of fruit still in the smoothie.

I don't think I've gotten a good smoothie from this place in like 5 years. Not sure what's going on with these guys, but I'll definitely be avoiding this location in the future

Horrible service! 30 minute wait, I blame management for not staffing. The kiosk machine is taking away jobs too. Will not be back there!

I paid $9 for the Strawberry Chunky Bowl, but after I paid, the staff informed me they were out of strawberries and offered to substitute with blueberries instead. Since I had already paid, I agreed. However, when I received my two bowls, they were poorly prepared—just a bit of granola, blueberries, and banana. The quality and quantity did not reflect the price at all. On top of that, the staff member who served me was not very polite. The owner encourages customers to reach out through the website, but unfortunately, they do not follow up or offer any kind of courtesy for poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
