I recently visited this restaurant and had a bit of a mixed experience. I ordered the chicken butter masala and garlic butter naan, requesting mild spiciness. However, the chicken butter masala was still quite spicy, I expected it to be more on the sweeter side. I specifically asked for reduced spice, but I’m not sure if they really adjusted it. Next, I got the paradise chicken biryani, which I usually love and most of the times order from here. Again, I requested mild spices, but it felt like the spice level was the same as usual. I’ve had their biryani many times before, and this time it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of customization. I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication with the chef or servers that day. On a positive note, the gulab jamun was delicious and hit the right spot. The portion sizes are good for the price, and if you enjoy spicy food, you’ll likely enjoy the dishes here. The ambience is also great—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent place, but they need to pay more attention to customizing spice levels as per customer requests. I’ll probably give it another try, but I hope they improve on this aspect next time. Old review: Got the paradise chicken biryani and Paneer dum biryani. The chicken biryani was okayish….was expecting it to be more good 😃 The paneer in the paneer biryani was not as soft as it should be. The Shezwan paneer was fine too…not a lot quantity but not too less. The service and environment is good.

We ordered panner biriyani and gobi manchurian. Gobi manchurian was hard n not so fresh but panner biriyani was good and spicy. Overall it was a nice place to hangout with your friends..

We were at Paradise Biryani Pointe for Lunch. Chicken Biryani, Garlic Naan, Wheat Roti, Butter Chicken ordered by the family met the requirement. Chicken was cooked well and Soft. Biryani had the right masala quotient. Butter Chicken had a tinge of sweetness. We did not opt for Deserts. We as a family enjoyed the meal.

I visited Paradise Biryani Pointe recently. This establishment features prominently among the search results when looking for biryani near me. I had the lamb biryani. The portion size and the price were both reasonable. I'd go back to try some of their other dishes, and I'd recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Went with a friend from work. Food was wonderful, moderate price point, too. We had a dum biryani dish with an egg curry dish, Naan, and a butter chicken dish. Deeeelish!!!!

The place is good with ample of parking spot. Easy to access the restaurant. Order Apollo fish in appetizers., which was too good. Mutton curry and garlic Naan taste were fine., means better than the other places. Order chicken and mutton dum Biryani’s., didn’t found much taste different than the other restaurants. The best thing you don’t have to wait that much for the food., friendly staff.

Great biryani place! Chicken dum biryani is one of our favorites. It is very flavorful and you could specify the spice levels. Among appetizers gobi 65 was good too. The service is quick. Unfortunately they don't serve tea. Salted lassi was good.

The food was extremely spicy to the point you couldn’t eat unless you are South Indian. It would take forever for them to serve us or give any refill. It appears they have more online and pick up orders as compared to dine in. We went with coworkers and I was excited to try this place, but now I have tried them, I do not recommend.

I recently visited Paradise Biryani Pointe in Milpitas and had a mixed experience. We ordered the Egg Biryani and the Chicken Dum Biryani, but both were served cold, which really affected the overall taste and enjoyment. For a restaurant known for its biryani, this was disappointing. On the positive side, the Gobi 65 was actually very good—crispy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. It stood out as the highlight of our meal. With better consistency in serving fresh, hot biryani, this place has the potential to offer a much better dining experience. As of now, it was a mixed visit that could have been better.

Went there to taste food for my party. Tried all the vegetarian entrees, they were all bad. So was panner biryani. Have tried chicken biryani and entree which is much better. So I suggest stay away from them if you want vegetarian.

I used to be a regular here but what a disaster today. GOAT Biryani, the meat was dry and looked like cooked at least 10days ago (see pic). This branch is spoiling the brand name of Paradise Biryani. Stay away from this place!

I had a very disappointing experience with the biryani. The rice was sticky and clumped together, which completely ruined the texture. Out of the few goat pieces in the dish, at least two were spoiled — they had a bad smell and an unpleasant taste when swallowed. It was honestly off-putting and felt unsafe to eat. I was not expecting this at all, I had higher expectations. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.
