Great spot, excellent service and quality options.

This place is literally a gem. Let me start off with the service. When I step into this restaurant, it feels as if everyone is a part of my family. Not once did I ever feel unwelcome. Don’t even get me started with the decorations and atmosphere. This place is so nice and clean. Now with the food. The food is amazing. I can never get tired of the fresh, melt in your mouth, buttery feeling that their fish gives.

I love this place. Price is reasonable. Free avocado. Fish is fresh.

Awesome. Flavorful and looking great bowl and reasonable price. But the spicy level was a bit greater than I expected.(I chose to even though it was my first visit.) But definitely will go back. I found the rice was a bit too small to have perfect spiciness and ideal ratio of rice/protein/vegi. So I will ask maybe half scoop of more rice at next time.

It was actually great! It was my diestbtime there, so I had to be guided a little by the servers. They were polite.... even in a lunch rush and helped me make a selection and build my bowl. I'm not a fan of sushi so to my surprise it was amazing. Didn't venture too far from what I already know. I had spicy tuna topped with the mango sauce. Wish I had taken a picture!

Honestly, I'm not really one for poke. I enjoy a good poke bowl, but I don't regularly eat poke. That being said I really enjoyed my experience here. The sushi rice was really good and all the fish was fresh and delicious. I paid a little more than I wanted (~$13 for a regular sized bowl), but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Might come back if I'm in the area.

My favorite local poki bowl spot. I come here pretty regularly and love getting 1/2 black rice and 1/2 lettuce regular with salmon, Tuna, and spicy crab. Their fish is always fresh, never smelly, and the mango mayo sauce tastes amazing in combo with regular and spicy. A little pricey but well worth it.

Been visited poke run since it's opening. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Clean restaurant, great food, friendly service. Oh! I love how many sides you can have in one poke! They also offer purple rice which is also one of my favorites.

Fish had been consistently high quality and the apples are a cool topping option. My favorite poke place has been closed down due to COVID-19 and I remembered this place as one I tried once and liked but that was a bit of a drive for me. So, needing poke, I revisited and was very pleased with the quality and taste of the bowls--and also that they have roll options! Also, the first scoop of avocado is free. I'll probably remain a customer even after everything opens! One request: expanded toppings, please. My old place had macadamia nuts and mandarins and that's the main thing I'm missing... Everything else is fantastic and thank you, Poki Run, for staying open during shelter in place.

I love the Poke here and go at least once a week. Avocado is not extra like many places! Never had a bad experience and it is quick too. They gave me free miso soup once which was nice! Recommend this place to anyone looking for poke in Milpitas!

Bowl is what I recommend. Sauces to top it with and you end with payment. Seat yourself in the dining area or take it to go. Infused water is available for free or you can select a beverage from their kiosk. Found the protein choices to be fresh and place is clean. Price can be a little steep but definitely a healthier option in fast food.

This is top 2 spots to go to for great poke in the bay. Its simple but have a nice variety. The black rice is my favorite base to get, it's healthy and haven't seen any other poke spot have it. They also dice up apples in thin strips that i love to mix into my salmon or fish, again something that other places dont have. My favorite is the cali roll combo, 6 rolls of sushi and the side is a rice with poke. It's delicious, good quality and they have a great variety of asian drinks. They also do t charge you extra for seaweed salad or crab salad. Atmospheric is simple and not impressive, but fine for eating and clean.

Friendly staff and good Poki. I wish they had high chairs or boosters because it’s hard to eat with kids without either of those. Because of that I won’t be coming back unfortunately, but if you don’t have kids I’d definitely recommend it

I haven’t dined in yet, but I’ve been lucky with short wait times. My favorites are the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. While I’d love slightly larger portions, overall, it’s a fantastic spot. Located in a large plaza, there’s plenty of parking. I haven’t found another poke place around here that compares. Definitely worth a try!

Poke Run’s style of tofu prep, their house sauce, mango mayo, and their seaweed salad make their bowls truly delicious! They also regularly curate their ingredients to ensure freshness. Spicy and Extra spicy goes from 1 to 3 times spicy. Don't do it, I love extra flaming hot, this is 2 times that.

Nice poke place. Reasonable prices. Good selection of protein and fixings.

It's close to my home so it's convenient, but they're tight on the portions. The staff is carefully watched by the owners to make sure the scoops are level and not heaping spoonfuls, even with the side ingredients. For almost $20 for a large bowl, if they're going to be super stingy about the scoops, I'd rather go to a sushi restaurant. The tiny scoops aren't worth it for that price point. Plus they don't have fried onions, which is one of my favorite toppings 🤤

Poki run overall is one of the best quality sushi in the area. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because you don’t get the a good amount for a regular bowl, there are other locations that will give you bigger scoops of the ingredients. The ambience is open and roomy so you don’t feel to constricted. The decor is cool with old small coke machines models.the staff is friendly and courteous, this is a place I would mind coming back too especially if they give you more for your regular size bowls.

One of the best Pokes ive tried. Always get your own Bowl and i bet youd not go wrong with this. Good Poke to try. Go for it Bowl portion can be Regular or large but regular is good for most folks unless ur way too hungry and regular comes with 3 scoops of protein and large comes with 5 scoops. They also have Sushi rolls tried combo B and was decent

I love how Poki places are becoming more popular! This is a new one in Milpitas! Service here is great, the staff was friendly and fast. The place has decent amount of seating and is clean. The Poke taste great! Their house sauce is delicious and has a little kick to it so if you can't handle spice don't go for spicy. The quality of fish is pretty good too! The reason why I'm not giving this the full 5 stars is because compared to other Poke places mainly Poke house which isn't too far away... It doesn't compare. The portion here was small and the topping selection was also much smaller. The prices here is are also tad bit more expensive so I just didn't think it was as worth it.

This place appears clean and food seems fresh... however... their portions are ridiculous. They used to be very tight but now they’re beyond stingy. For nearly $20 for a large bowl (with tax) with all the toppings the bowl is only 2/3 full. This will be my last visit to this place.

Absolutely terrible and disappointed in Poki Run. Workers here are super stingy with the portions. I asked for a little extra corn and the worker refused to give it to me unless I paid an extra dollar! Plus the topping and protein options are super limited. Usually my poke is filled to the brim but this place filled my bowl not even half way. Do yourself a favor and make a drive to Sunfish Poke in Fremont or Hawaiian Poke in Pleasanton/Dublin instead. So many more options there, super fresh all the time, and super kind and generous staff that give you unlimited toppings unlike this place. Plus those places have loyalty points where you get a free bowl for every 5 bowls you purchase or so. This place is a huge scam compared to Sunfish and Hawaiian. Super upset.

And on top of all this, the flavors just weren't there. Even if all of the produce and ingredients had been on point, the sauce was almost flavorless. I had gone with the house sauce in case anyone is curious. This was literally the worst poke bowl I have ever had. Before I wrote this review I called the restaurant to tell them that someone should do a quality control check on the rice, white onions and avocado. The lady told me that the avocados have been having issues because of supply lately. If that is the case and they taste bad and just ever so slightly rotten, then why serve them at all? Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is my first one star review, but this was the worst poke I have ever, ever had!
