Been to this location a couple times, nice shopping center but very busy. Sometimes parking can be difficult. Very clean inside, plenty of seating inside and outside, friendly helpful staff. Large menu and fair prices, same quality and expectations as other locations. Will return and recommend this location

I love ono Hawaiian but they have been getting things wrong alot lately. Today they gave my order away to someone else. I placed my order online and I got the chicken breast plate with rice mac salad fresh mix salad and steamed vegetables! Delicious!

Always great food and prices. Customer service is good, place is clean if you eat in. Parking is hard to find during busy times, but there is plenty, just have to walk.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ has the best macaroni salad I’ve ever had. The atmosphere isn’t great but other than that it’s really good.

I stopped here to pick up lunch since I wanted something different and was in the plaza this place is at. I never been here but I did look at their menu before on their website and Yelp. Finding parking where this place is at is simple because it's in a big plaza with many parking spots. When I walked in, I saw that they allow people to dine inside and has a fountain machine where you'll fill up your own drink. I looked at their menu and went with #42 which was the beef/chicken combo. Keep in mind that the entrée does not come with a drink included. My food took about 5-10 minutes to come out and I went to eat it at my house. When I open the box, the food look alright to me. They don't give a lot of rice but you get a decent amount of chicken and beef. I had 1 piece of broccoli, there were some lettuces underneath and you get some macaroni. It is pricer than other meals you can get elsewhere with a drink included but it's just something to try. I would prefer other places before coming here but if I was in the area again and didn't want what other stores in this plaza has then I would try something else on their menu.

When I showed up I went to the pick up counter and the cashier got loud saying that wasn’t the line. Once I stated I was picking up she ignored me and brought me my food a few minutes after. I understand being short staffed and don’t mind the texture waiting a little longer but raw food is a no for me.

I ordered two short rib plates with vegetables on the side... What i got was 2 plates with no veggies on the side.. No vegetables at all!! I received 2 plates with no vegetables.. One of my plates had 2 in a half ribs!! I don't know what happened to my rib?! I think someone ate my rib in the back... Because the half of rib looked like some one pulled my meat off... I have been to ono Hawaiian bbq before... I know it should be 3 short ribs 2 scoops of rice mac salad and vegetables... Not two in a half ribs and 2 scoops of rice and mac salad... This is crazy!!!! You can't get no one to do they job!!! They charged me 37.21 for some bullshit!!!! I got receipt!!!

This restaurant is losing its charm. Last time, they served chicken with a rubbery texture. On my most recent visit, they forgot our order. What bothered me the most was that the person checking our order wore only one glove and handled our food with the other, unwashed hand. I wasn't rude, but in response, I received dirty looks from the manager and employees. I understand it's busy, but all we wanted was the platter they had forgotten. I'm just upset about how everything was handled.
