This place was very nice and clean. The service was great. I was in and out in under 5 minutes!

An honest to god donut and coffee shop that doesn’t try hard to be unique and continues to serve my community for years, I have especially enjoyed this establishment since boyhood. Nothing could beat the freshness of the donut and the aroma of coffee that welcomes you inside and outside of the shop.

This is the friendliest place that makes the most delicious donuts! Their bagels, sandwiches and smoothies look amazing as well. Juanita is a gem and manages this store. Respect!

I make my pilgrimage here every weekday for my coffee and bagel...and occasionally a doughnut. Yes it is a chain, but the staff of mostly ladies work their butts off during the morning rush and provide great and friendly service. Sometimes they get slowed down and you might need to wait a few minutes, but in the end you get honest service. Being that this is a doughnut shop, prices are inexpensive. The bagels here are pretty good (no, not Jewish deli good...but still) and they have a nice selection to choose from with your choice of toppings. They offer sandwiches here, tortas (popular here in this community), breakfast bowls and oatmeal.

Came on Sunday night (09/11/2022) 2 ladies behind the counter but only 1 is helping the customers the other seems to be “working on the back” or probably “taking turns”. Hard working ladies but this location needs a bit more love. A/C was broken so they had the side door open (flies everywhere lol) Management need to step up in here! Overall good selection, hot or iced coffee always fresh

Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich ... I found the bagel and egg to be very bland and flavorless. The donut was great!!

I ordered an Extreme Turkey Melt and received NO Turkey, with bacon added, and black avocados with hard ends. I am not sure what happened because my receipt is correct but my order is wrong. Plus, I got uncomfortable stares while waiting for my order.

11-11-25 6:45am terrible service, there's no organized line. Workers don't really care, they just blur out who's next? Pastry not fresh, probably over one day.

Worst customer service ever I called to asked a question 2 lady’s kept talking on their own and hanging up

Order entirely wrong, clear directions yet incapable of following. ordered an xtreme bacon and avocado bagel with NO CHEESE, and it comes loaded with cheese. On top of that, the avocado is brown and mushy, probably sat out for a while, and my drink( Large fountain drink, diet coke) came to me as a kiwi strawberry snapple? Idk if this was the wrong order picked up by dasher or if employees dont know how to read. Either way, these flaws render this food completely inedible for me. Get your orders right.

Not nice. Old looking donuts and rude staff. Was waiting and the cashier skipped me to take someone else order and when called out said “You didn’t look ready” and just continued with the person she skipped me for. They took so long I had to leave before they finished with the person they skipped me for. Was my 1st time there and I know to never go to that place for donuts ever again.

Looks might be deceiving At first glance the poster in the restaurant seems delicious but after I got my sandwich it's taste bland and the Onion over power the carnitas and the meat it's supposed to be shreds not chopped like tuna. 🤔 Very expensive $13 that's why they chop it to make it look more and less for you buck. Please Winchells you should stick with what you know best Donuts!! I don't recommend 👎👎👎👎👎
