Very good atmosphere and very nice staff, very family friendly, the food is super good, and priced very well! Will definitely be back, and telling others to visit as well!
This Filipino restaurant is located in the Century shopping center located off Oakdale Rd. The food is authentically Filipino. I tried the chicken skewers and they did not disappoint. Their prices are reasonable.

Good Filipino Food though the sisig and chicaron bulaklak could be less oilier and more crispier, that is all.
Nice little find. Delicious visaya style dishes. Good service. They have a small dry goods and balikbyan service too. Will visit again!
A fantastic dining experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was an explosion of flavors—the kare-kare was perfectly creamy with a delicious peanut sauce, and the seafood dishes were incredibly fresh. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and cook with passion. The ambiance was delightful, with tasteful Filipino decorations and soft music playing in the background. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger and enjoy every bite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of the Philippines!
Best postpartum care! Tinulang manok with malunggay and a pot of rice should be part of requirement for healing after labor and delivery. Also their vegetarian Ginisang Monggo is so good. Grateful to have a Filipino restaurant that makes great tasty food and great customer service.

I came to lunch here as a recommendation from a client of mine. The food was wonderful but what made me love this place was the woman up front who was so personable and taught me about Filipino food. She brought me different chilis and sauces to try and even taught me secrets on making a good pancit. And their prices of the market items they have for sale are very good. I bought pancit noodles and seasoned vinegar. Very pleasant experience.
This was our first time eating at Kusina. We had a great experience. The food was fresh, tasted great, and came out of the kitchen fast. It was 2:15 and the place was slammed. There was only one person running the front of the house, and he was on top of it. We will definitely be back to explore the menu!
4.5 stars. Nestled in a corner in a non descriptive cute shopping mall. Is Kucina, Filipino sit down or take out restaurant. At lunch, we had pork sisig ,2 pork bbq combo plate, 2 palabok, crispy pork belly and 4 halo, halo. Let’s get to it. Pork belly, aka lechon were tasty and crunchy, one kid liked his I had the pork bbq. It comes with steamed rice lumpia and pancit was okay. Very tasty pork belly and seasoned bbq pork good. My kids liked all we had ordered. They are the critical reviewers. We are planning to come back to try others on the menu. You must try if you’re craving for Filipino cuisine. As always, post wherever your palate takes you.
They also have Tortang talong (vegetarian fried eggplant omelette that's similar to Korean pajeon) as an entree option for the combo meal that's not on the menu. First time experiencing Filipino food and it was pretty good. Also got the palabok noodles, they were like glass noodles but softer in a garlic soy sauce. Overall, flavors, textures and presentation were good, only complaint would be that the portions were a bit small
First time eating Filipino cuisine and it was delicious! Got the combo meal with the tortang talong (fried eggplant in egg), it comes with rice, pancit bihon noodles (stir fry vermicelli) and we substituted the meat lumpia with a veggie one. Sad that they substituted 3 meat lumpias for 1 veggie. Also had palabok noodles, which is chubby vermicelli noodles in shrimp sauce. I really liked the palabok noodles, flavorful, leaving me wanting for more. The halo halo was slightly disappointing. Ube ice cream portion was small, most of the dessert was just large chunky ice. Still good but would have preferred more toppings to ice ratio.
Had the chicken lumpia. The wraps are dipped in hot sauce and it was bomb. I'll be returning for sure.
Good Filipino food at good prices. I live with my Filipino wife in the Bay Area so I've eaten a lot of Filipino food at a far higher price point, yet I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was at this cheap of a price. Not a very long wait.

Sisig was good and tender. Lechon kawali was hot and crisp. Halo halo hit the spot (no beans, my style). Clean restaurant. Service was very attentive and courteous!

Food is delicious but pricey. They have additional dishes that are different from the regular menu everyday. They have bread and different food products from the Philippines too. Staff is really friendly but sometimes shorthanded so service takes longer. Atmosphere is decent, nothing special.
We ordered the tofu Sisig and rellenong bangus. While the Sisig was a bit too oily for our liking and could use a touch more seasoning, the rellenong bangus stood out with its well-cooked and flavorful preparation. The ambiance of the place was quiet and inviting, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, the restaurant offers a delightful taste of Filipino cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere.

I have had many Filipino dishes from various homes cooks to restaurants in the Bay. Looks like I will still have to drive to the bay for Filipino food. The flavors were subtle - almost bland. The pancit noodles were no longer than a quarter of an inch. I waited for about 45 minutes for my order - they had to make a fresh batch of rice. Their Shanghai eggrolls were the length of my thumb- they ran out of lumpia. I will try again when they are fully staffed and hope by then they workout the flavors.

I've been here before but this time the lumpias were so greasy. I couldnt eat them all. I got enough to share but didnt because it was dripping oil. ☹️ I suggest they buy an air fryer. Another reason for an air fryer is they tasted fishy and it was chicken. Customer service was good, place was clean.

I saw an ad on Google and thought it would be a good place to eat however upon arriving it seemed that there was long wait. However, I decided to go ahead and order anyways. I was told there would be a 20-minute wait, but i actually waited about 52 minutes for 2 combo plates and some sides that didnt even taste good. Order was wrong as well and price wasn't worth it. Sad to say coming from a Filipino, but the food sucked. Could of went to Panda and got better tasting food for less money. Furthermore, they closed early due to running out of food. Heard bystanders walking by trying to get something to eat stated they closed early the past couple of days as well. Dont waste money on ads if you cant support the influx of customers. Talaga.
It was not organized and authentic. Somebody needs to guide and help this small business. I'm sure their intention is good however the service and food needs more improvement. The presentation, the wait time, the consistency of the order. I hope they will improve. Unfortunately I will NOT be a repeat costumer.

Food is good but I genuinely don’t understand these portion sizes. They were already small when this restaurant opened and have since gotten smaller? A child would still be hungry after eating their normal portions. I mean this is so ridiculous.
I purchased the chicken and vegetable lumpia's. The chicken texture and flavor didn't seem traditional. I have had much better ones. The vegetable ones were so greasy and I was not given any napkins. I only ate one of each. Who's cooking back there? I suggest you bake them and not sell such greasy food. Tw
Dont come here, waited for 30mins for 1order of chicken skin and halo-halo. And the fried chicken skin is not even hot, i bet its an old stock. Now i know why this restaurant is always empty. Not coming back!
