My family and I are all frequent customers, we visit once or twice a week. In my opinion, they make the best boba; their drinks taste better than the other boba tea shops I've visited in Modesto. Keep up the good work, and please don't change your tapioca pearls! They're so soft and chewy 🤭 thank you so much! 🥰💖✊👏

My 11 year old godson and his 13 and 9 year old brothers wanted to go there, so, of course, grampa obliged. I don't really remember what drinks they ordered, but I remember they got the fried calamari and some chicken wings. They enjoyed it all. Seating is quite limited, but it's a nice atmosphere and the service was very good and friendly.

Honestly, never knew there was a T4 here - was just craving some bubbletea. &&&& apparently came here for their Grand Opening (under new management) & wowzers, there was a liiiiiine. Later I would find out, it was because of their grand opening promotion - buy 1 drink, get a drink free. What are the chances? The menus (both food & drink) were posted on the window and inside on their TV screens so you can definitely figure out what you want before ordering. Since the line was long, I had a chance to watch behind the counter & it was chaotic but somehow there seemed to be a method to their madness. They were getting drinks done fast even with the crazy line. Size options- Regular & Large Ice Level options- More Standard 80% 30% 0% Sweetness options- More Standard 80% 30 - 50% 0% Since I didn't know there was a buy 1, get 1 free promo - we only ordered 3 drinks: Large Strawberry Mango Smoothie, Large Passion Paradise Smoothie, Large Thai Milk Tea with boba. We were in a hurry to leave since we had already been there for 30 mins that we didn't realize that the Passion Paradise Smoothie order was wrong. It was not a smoothie - it looked more like an iced tea. Our fault for not realizing but it is what it is. My Thai Milk Tea was yums, had the perfect amount of boba. I usually run out of boba before finishing my drink. I'll definitely be back & maybe I'll give their food menu a try - so much to choose from!

Love the boba here! Always something new to discover! The taro Milk tea with boba is BOMB. Taste like cereal milk! The rose milk tea is also amazing! Customer service is great. They are always willing to help you find a new drink to try. ☺️

The lemon pepper chicken wings were okay but they just need to be fried a lil harder. And that goes just with all their wings

Sorry but the Thai tea is not good at all. I'm not one to usually complain but this is just off. I've been to many t4 locations and it's much better than this. It's also way too dark in here. Doesn't feel welcoming or comfortable at all.

great place to go to occasionally. I only go there because i live near it but please, always check if your order is what you got in your bag. there's a huge chance they gave you the wrong drink, it's happened so many times already. also would like to add how the employees(when the owner of the store, the couple, isn't around of course), close the store even though their business hours don't close til later. disappointing but the boba is good overall.

Quality just isn't there, like t% and kung fu tea. The ingredients taste very artifical, cheap, and powdery. I ordered the Thai tea and my bf ordered something else that wasn't memorable.

this t4 location is okay. drinks / small foods are good SOME days. now placing orders ahead is most of the time a headache! online option isn't an option - at least at this location + majority of the time when calling in, someone will pick up - place you on hold and forget about the Phone. giving the benefits of the doubts multiple times, the team here has not gotten better at their order ahead service as this has been brought to their attention several times. it is what is it at this point, come in - place the order - stand around with no sitting options.

I’ve been on a hunt for a decent boba place because most places don’t know how to make a boba smoothie.

We are regular customers bc we Love the Owners. Unfortunately Sunday 8/10/24 we were served by 2 unprofessional young females that were racist based on their actions. They were unfriendly, secretive, and lacked overall poor customer service. They rudely under served us by serving us watery Boba Tea, we placed trust in them to prepare/serve us the way they would anyone else, yet the BobaTea was watery which we didn't realize until we drove away. What should have been a good mother daughter experience it was ruined due to selfish girls! After that experience we will definitely be going to a different Boba Tea store for a better experience. It's just unfortunate those 2 are there to sabotage the owners!

We are regular customers bc we Love the Owners. Unfortunately Sunday 8/10/24 we were served by 2 unprofessional young females that were racist based on their actions. They were unfriendly, secretive, and lacked overall poor customer service. They rudely under served us by serving us watery Boba Tea, we placed trust in them to prepare/serve us the way they would anyone else, yet the BobaTea was watery which we didn't realize until we drove away. What should have been a good mother daughter experience it was ruined due to selfish girls! After that experience we will definitely be going to a different Boba Tea store for a better experience. It's just unfortunate those 2 are there to sabotage the owners!
