Woman who took our order Shemita I believe was her name, was rude, not a hello or anything just “what do you want?” After every item I asked to add to my order she immediately would say “is that it?” Not letting me finish. This was the second time with this rude woman. Won’t be back.

When you're in Mojave, there aren't very many food options. Definitely no good food options. Options. This is something that is edible and it won't make you throw up. That being said, it is pretty gross

No masks!!!!!! 2 out of 3 people here dont wear their masks while preparing food!!!! Hellooo really???? Also our order was missing a drink and other items We disnt even eat the food. Come on!!! in times like this! Inside the store a bunch of costumers without masks as well. No thank you Jack in the box Thanks for your reply on this, cleaning your place is one thing....coughing sneezing or yawning while preparing food is a different world!

I went inside trying to eat in the Lobby they have the whole lobby cut off with yellow tape , the same tape they use for murder scenes, and the lobby looked fine. What is going on!

They say they closes at 12am but I when I went Monday at 11: 47 on 08/ 19/2025 no one serviced me I stayed at the window til 11:55 am I should've just left Jamie told me he was the boss and he could not serve because they have to clean which I understand so I told him they should change their hours terrible place to go at night for sure

This place is trash. Customer service is awful, and it's very dirty inside. Do your self a favor, and go up the street to McDonald's!

Literally been waiting for my food for over 20 mins. I ordered on the app & told them I was here but they never started order. Everytime someone would shut me down before I could say anything & they'd just say to order on the kiosk. Customer service here is non existent

On June 21, 2025, I went through the drive-thru and was shouted at by the employee for not ordering fast enough, even though the car in front of me hadn’t moved. When I politely let her know she was being rude, she got aggressive and said: “You better hope ICE doesn’t get you.” This was deeply offensive, xenophobic, and completely inappropriate for anyone to say — especially an employee claiming to be a manager. I’ve reported this to corporate and civil rights organizations. Avoid this location.

Absolutely outrageous! I have never seen such price and service. We ordered two chicken nuggets, 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 combo beef burgers with curly fries and coke. We only got curly fries and Coke with 3 bowls of only tomatoes, onions and lettuces. No buns, patty, chicken nuggets and chicken strips at all!! DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE. The drive thru server was extremely rude. Also, they extra charged $4 for chicken strips inside the chicken sandwich. Who charged like that?? There should be chicken strips and buns when you order a CHICKEN SANDWICH. Not even a question.

I went to the drive thru tonight received rotten food. I mean rotten spicy chicken not cooked right , red inside the chicken. The stuff that you can get food posion from. Never going back here and I advised anyone never to come to this location, someday these cooks are going to seriously get someone very sick. Best believe I'm writing to corporate about this. Moldy as well . I hope my family doesn't get sick from this

These people do what they want. They take forever and have really poor service. The food quality is bad and they don’t care they are rude you will be ready to fight one of the employees.

This is the worst Jack in the box in the entire world!!!! They burn eggs consistently and the breakfast always served cold. I called to speak to the store manager on 11/10/2021 @ 8:30am and some kid impersonated the store manager. I'm sure this business will be shut down soon!
