A staple of any street corner, Starbucks is here to wake you up or keep you going! This location has great customer service that is very personable and friendly! Great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather even if it's raining. Stop here to get some coffee before going to buy clothes!

The lady that rang me up was super nice. My card was declining but she remained very patient and helpful. The garden outside is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee as well!

I placed a mobile order via the Starbees app, then headed to this Starbucks location. My drink was ready when I arrived & made to my specifications. No complaints here! There is outdoor seating & this shopping center is so cute. Great to walk around, shop and get some fresh air.

This is my favorite location because the staff is stellar, super welcoming & good at what they do. But the place is usually kinda filthy each time I come. It’s like they don’t clean from the day before. So the tabletops & floors are stained with yesterday’s drinks & crumbs, walls are stained w/coffee splashes, small bugs land in my cup, & the garbage bins outside are usually stuffed & spilling over. I still come because of the staff & great location with beautiful landscaping. But I do wish they would include cleaning in their to-do-list before opening every morning.

Food would have been warmer, I stood there and watched mine be made and then left on the counter for 10 minutes, was able to finish a third of my coffee. Other people's orders that came in after me were completed before mine. Staff was not unpleasant. Guess my tip wasn't enough.

The store is pretty hygienic. This was my first visit, and all the staff were cold and not friendly at all. The cashier was not very accommodating. I wanted to buy a tumbler and a mug as a souvenir, but there were only a few items and I didn't find what I wanted. I ordered inside the store, but they didn't call my name even when the coffee was ready, so it was hard to tell when I would be able to receive my order. I ordered a hot drink, but they didn't provide a cup holder, and there were no cup holders in the area where the napkins were placed, which was disappointing. The door to the store's exit is very narrow, so I'm not sure if a wheelchair user can get through.

The hello Kitty x Starbucks merch was literally 5 bear cups. Line out the door at opening. No more available. Disappointed and left without purchase. This is why I go elsewhere for coffee now. Employees were very nice though

I ordered a flat white and they gave me a glass of warm milk. With all the money they invest in training, they should give one to that branch. I think this is the most expensive glass of milk with my name on it I've ever ordered. Total disappointment.

Great place where it's at but when it comes to service they are sooooooo sloooow. I mean we're talking 10 to 15 mins wait time and if your a Dasher which I've seen these guys wait here 20 mins+ that's insane...

My $15 coffee was not made correctly I had to throw it away. The barista was rude no one smiled no one greeted me my order was supposed to be ready and it was over the time and they said it was ready but it wasn’t. I tried to force myself to drink it but it wasn’t hurting my stomach. This is the third time in the last year spread out by months that they have made me the wrong thing or it was just gross.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager Joanna is cluesless on Starbucks promotions and deals. I had received a tumbler for Christmas that gives you a free drink a day through out January. She refused to listen to me, acted oblivious, and was super rude and refused to honor the Starbucks promotion. It even says “free latte or tea a day” on the tag!!!
