Comida exquisita, trato inmejorable.
Expectacular
If you're looking for a place in Móstoles where you can eat well, feel at home, and enjoy authentic cuisine, Los Picos is a must-visit. It's a restaurant of a kind that's becoming increasingly rare: honest, flavorful, and with that traditional touch that never disappoints. Their food is homemade, plentiful, and expertly prepared. Whether it's a hearty stew, grilled meat, or fresh fish, everything is prepared with care and flavor. And don't miss the portions: generous and perfect for sharing. The octopus, croquettes, and grilled pig's ear are simply outstanding. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with longtime customers mingling with newcomers. The service is quick, attentive, and always friendly, which is much appreciated.
Christmas practically left our pockets empty for extra expenses, as we only ate at two tables of six people each; very well served and a succulent suckling pig meal.
A long-standing restaurant in Móstoles that has grown and thrived. They serve à la carte food, but their specialty is undoubtedly the kid goat, and above all, the suckling pig. It's made by order and with a reservation, but it's exquisite, crispy, and juicy. The suckling pig menu includes a salad, a pâté board, prawns, and a variety of desserts. Plus, a drink and coffee. You'll leave feeling stuffed and very stuffed. It's usually very busy, and it's best to make a reservation; the place is large and they're more than used to serving groups. They also host weddings, baptisms, and communions. And you'll always take home your photo with the suckling pig!
One of the best places in Mostoles. The food is excellent, the atmosphere wonderful, and the people who work there make it special. We received wonderful service, the food was luxurious. It was worth it. Reservations are usually required, and if you want to try their grilled dishes, they're available by order. The website explains everything perfectly, and if you call, they can do so too.
Best pork ever

Best iberico ham ever. Excellent beef
Well, at Mesón del Jamón Los Picos, the starters weren't the quality I expected, especially the prawns. However, for the main course, I had suckling pig, and two or three others did too, and it was tasty. They also had fish and some other things that looked good. My young granddaughters, 5 and 6 years old, were given two plates of croquettes and potatoes, which were probably tasty, but the presentation wasn't right. Anyway, I'll eat at Los Picos again, but I think the criticism is constructive, and improving those details is very important. Best regards.
The waiters are extremely friendly and helpful, as well as quick with their service. The manager advised us on what to order, allowing us to eat what we wanted but adding dishes, a drink, dessert, and coffee at a lower price. The food was decent, and the price/quality ratio was very good. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
Los Picos restaurant—or as we've always called it, Los 7 Picos—is one of those places that's part of our history. We used to come here for tapas when we were young, and we always left delighted. Today it's still that trusted spot, but with an added touch of quality and attention to detail. On our last visit, we ordered a portion of homemade croquettes that were absolutely delicious: crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and a more than generous portion. In fact, the very attentive waiter recommended we order just two portions to start with, and that if we were still hungry, we could order more later. That kind of service is much appreciated. We also tried the cured pork loin with piquillo peppers, which was a true delight, tender and full of flavor. We paired it with a plate of broken eggs with fried potatoes, a surefire hit. Everything was well-served, cooked to perfection, and with that traditional flavor we all love. It's a perfect place to come as a couple, with friends, or with family. And if you're coming in a group, be sure to book a table to try the lamb, another of their specialties, prepared with great care. In short, a restaurant that maintains its original charm, but with a surprising level of quality. One of those places you always want to return to.
Ok
I came with high expectations to try their famous roast suckling pig and was quite disappointed. We ordered the suckling pig menu and two T-bone steaks for eight people. The starters were ridiculous: two pâtés that weren't even enough for one slice of toast per person, one grilled prawn per person, and a salad. I expected the main courses to be better, but the two T-bone steaks were two plates with five pieces of meat each, not enough to make a single ribeye steak. Then the suckling pig was way overcooked. I didn't like the quality, the quantity, or the price.
A good place for group meals. That is, business lunches, friends' or family birthdays. The service is very attentive, and you always have everything you need, buuuut in my opinion, the food is of sufficient quality. Don't go beyond the recommended options, meaning the most-ordered starters and the suckling pig, because if you order meat, aside from being a small quantity at a high price, it's undercooked, charred, and hastily prepared without much care. The starters were just Serrano ham, hard-to-peel prawns, salad being a salad, and the pâtés tasted similar to those at Mercadona, which, if you haven't tried them, are fine. The suckling pig? Well, I expected more overall, very average. It came with potatoes that were perfectly cooked, delicious. For dessert, they served us a selection of pudding (or something like that) with very strong cheese, which was awful, accompanied by good ice cream and a sponge cake. Pretty good value for money, ALWAYS in my opinion. My recommendation? Try it and compare it with my opinion 😜 Would I buy it again? I'd think about it.
Not particularly amazed. Extensive meat menu, on the expensive side. Food quality looked good and tasted good. Very limited for vegetarians. They used to do an amazing Spanish omelette, they don't anymore due to health and safety food rules. Service was good and friendly, they recommended several dishes. It seems that there can provide parking. A very naff visit. Not remarkable. Expected more by the other google reviews. I won't be in a hurry to comeback but I won't avoid either.
No doy crédito! Cochinillo para llevar en una caja de cartón sin salsa. Ideal, cumpliendo la normativa alimentaria. No vuelvo a comprar ni aunque lo regalen En la foto es la mitad, la otra está igual, en otra caja.
Upon arrival, we were shown to a table, but after drinks and appetizers were served and we'd been there for a while, we were asked to move to the first table in the restaurant, right outside the kitchen. This meant a constant flow of staff and diners. We didn't understand the change, as both tables were for four people. I assume it was because we weren't regular customers; a very rude gesture. I went to the restaurant on a recommendation, as I was assured that the roast suckling pig was exceptional, even better than the one in Segovia, and that we would definitely want to return. However, neither the suckling pig nor the shoulder of lamb lived up to expectations. The shoulder was overly salty, and the suckling pig, frankly, was not memorable. The skin was rubbery, and the meat lacked flavor. As for the croquettes and the cake, I'd rather not comment. Besides, when I visit a restaurant, I look to enjoy a quiet meal with friends or family, without the waiter's excessive chatter. Honestly, I don't plan to repeat this experience.
The place was very noisy; the waiters were throwing plates into a box right next to everyone and making a lot of noise. The bar was very dirty, but it was like that from the moment we walked in, even before we ate. The food left much to be desired. I don't know if they were having a bad day, or if it's always like that, but the suckling pig was half-cooked, the portions were smaller than before, the wine and the orujo (a type of Spanish brandy) were refilled, and everything was extremely salty. The bathrooms were filthy (photo attached) and full of old, dirty chairs that I don't know what they were doing there. The waiters served you quickly and brought your food fast, but when they cleared the table, they practically pounced on you and even hit you. I think the reviews of the place are generally good because they get you completely drunk and you forget how bad the food is (I don't drink). The experience was anything but pleasant, both in terms of atmosphere and food.
