Greatest sandwiches ever! Also store manager was very nice.

This was my first time in an Ikes Sandwich shop and Mario was super patient with me and answered all my questions. I wanted to walk out because I was unfamiliar with the menu but he made me feel at home with his hospitality.

I thought the love part was just marketing, but I really felt it when I visited a couple of weeks ago. I was having a tough day and maybe I was showing it when I walked through the door. The crew was extra friendly and answered my questions being my first time there. Also it was a very good sandwich. :)

This is a brand new location and I definitely would recommend folks working close by to visit this one! Being a vegetarian, nothing makes me happier than to see a full blown veggie menu with a dozen classic options. In terms of the location, there's ample seating here for smaller as well as larger groups. Wonderful and friendly staff that was happy to go over the menu in great detail. My personal favorite is the "Reading Rainbow" which was delicious to the core. Just calling out that the official grand opening of this location is on 08/14 !!

One of the best sandwich spots in the area. Was there during prime lunch hour and social distance was properly maintained. Never felt uncomfortably close to anyone.

This has been me and my coworkers’ go to sandwich spot for the last year. We’ve tried several other sandwich places but none of them compare to the consistent quality that Ike’s puts out. This goes beyond just the sandwiches, the cleanliness of the store, the layout, and above all those things the customer service. The quality of the service they offer should be a benchmark for all other fast casual restaurants, it is a perfect blend of treating customers like valued guests and an urgency that ensures you’re leaving happy and staying happy after you’ve taken that first bite. I’d like to personally give a shout out to one of the workers who goes by Russ. A week after we started eating here, he had all of our names memorized and greets us with warm welcomes and friendly conversation anytime he’s working. Definitely give this place a chance, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Surprisingly tasty for a chain, lots of vegetarian options.

The best sandwiches, very excited to have them in Mountain View. Some of their staff is still new so I ended up with a wrong order which was very disappointing and I only noticed when I made it home ...

Nice service. Friendly and courteous. Food was ok, but lots of different things were unavailable so it could have been better. The wait for our food was excessive. Took a long time to get our order. I recommend calling in to order ahead of time so you're not waiting for so long like we did. There were no other customers when we walked in, so I don't know why it took about 30 minutes to make 4 sandwichs.

I ordered a sandwich and they only had to assemble it, and somehow it took over 30 minutes!! When we got the sandwich, it was pretty good, definitely not worth the wait though.

Got a Meatless Mike and after I got home to eat it found no marinara. Pretty weak quality control :(

God forbid this place picks up the phone, called multiple times and they would answer just to hang up. After calling for the 4th time they finally answered the phone and asked me to wait 3 minutes, just to hang up again. I’ve called this location multiple times as well in the past few months, and they never answer the phone.

First time trying them and last. Worst $20 rip off of a tiny sandwich I’ve ever had. Really mediocre. Never again.

BEWARE: check price before paying. Last 2 times(!) they overcharged me (price shown on menu being a lot less than what they enter at register), when you ask about this mistake they get real defensive “do you want this food or not” - crazy bad service. Not sure what’s going on, maybe they can pocket the difference as tips or something…which is probably the only way they can get any…

We love Ike’s and order takeout fairly regularly. On my last visit, only After I ordered, I realized that I was charged $5 for multiple orders of jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks when the menu (and large sign) says $3.50. I asked for a refund and was told the only refund possible was to void my entire order . . . Really disappointing customer service.

Accidentally made an order here through Uber eats and tried calling several times to cancel the order and get a refund but never got an answer

Walked in and smelled like sewage, waited 15min for someone to appear at the counter to take my order (just heard two people in the back chatting the whole time), then went to eat my sandwich and it was more bread than meat 😭 literally one slice of meat (got the Matt Cain). Also hardly any lettuce and only only a single slice of tomato for the whole sandwich??? And paid $21.36 for this experience🤣 Crazy how quality could drop so much especially with such a small chain.
