Super great customer service! No mask mandates! Didn’t try a scone yet but the coffee was good 🤗 and it’s so cute inside!

The best scones I've ever had. Usually plenty of varieties as well as some baked deserts. I love their drip coffee too

Hands down, the best scones I’ve had in my entire life!!! I’ve been to both locations, and the scones are exceptional in both locations. I’ve eaten scones over my life, and they are usually hard or dry or both. The Crafted Scone have perfected their scone, which are light, moist, soft, buttery, and melt in your mouth!! I literally cannot eat a scone anywhere else. I have found the best!

Best scones in town (I didn’t even know scones could be savory). Their service is actually too good for their own good: every time I come in, there’s always a new type of scone n the people waiting in line are always asking questions about the menu - actually holding up the line because they’re happy to oblige them. I usually don’t mind it because I’m guilty of doing it myself, but the owner gave me my scone for free as a courtesy because the front customers were taking too long. They didn’t need to do that, but to say they care bout their customers is to say the least. It’s definitely a quality over quantity cafe and it’s why I come back.

The shop is super cute and the staff and incredibly nice and warm. We sampled two scones and they were so good we ended up ordering four. Definitely the best scones I’ve ever had. My cold brew was excellent and my wife’s Americano was really good too. Awesome place that I’d highly recommend! Oh and they had vegan and GF options too.

Love to come here and try new scones and drinks! Customer service is always amazing and it’s always very clean inside. 10/10 for everything.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE! everything about this place is a 10/10! ~Delicious scones (i tried about 6 since i was sharing with a group and all of them were so good.) ~ Splendid customer service (they are all beautiful ladies and are extremely kind to the customers!) ~ Cute words of encouragement on the lids of the cups. ~ Great atmosphere ( its calm and friendly) ~ Contemporary decor ( it’s laid back, airy, and open like you can take a deep breath and relax.) ~ Prices are reasonable (for specialty scones, the prices were not overrated to say the least. - LAVENDER LEMON SCONE REVIEW: Out of the six scone i tried my favorite was the lavender lemon. It had a bread pudding/scone texture and had a great mix of both lavender and lemon unlike other places products. - ROSE ICED TEA REVIEW: This iced tea tasted like the milk you drink after a fruity cereal. i thought it was the perfect amount of sweatiness and had a pretty pink coloring!

Love the new shop in Temecula. This place has amazing scones and really good espresso! So hard to find both. My wife loves the bougie atmosphere - if your a guy, grab the savory Naughty Pig, but we have tried 5 different kinds and none have disappointed - I met the owner who was customer service focused and very nice - and look for the note on your coffee cups!

This was a great find!! The scone selection was amazing, they even have gluten-free options too!! Coffee was good too!!

So happy to find another restaurant that has a couple of gluten free options. Their GF scones are so delicious. The GF blueberry and the GF lemon are my favorites. Plus they make the best cappuccino ever. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is spotless. The next week I brought my elderly father here for breakfast and he loved it. He's not on a GF diet, so he tried the ham sconewiches with a latte and loved it.

The first time after 2 years going gluten free I finally found a baked good that I could not tell the difference. Their scones are amazing and even my husband loves them when he always hated scones before. Thank you for all your hard work and support you do for the community.

This place never fails - great service and really good food! The drinks are delicious too. Everything I’ve had there is good - the lattes, the lemonades and the savory scones. Today I had the apple bourbon and the coconut white chocolate. Both 5 stars.

I absolutely adore this place. The owner is so kind, so personable! Her recipes are to die for - I don't know how she comes up with such an interesting array of baked delicacies! I've tried her keto scones and they are so moist and tender - the perfect blend of almond flour and whatever fat she's using, be it coconut oil or butter. The peanut butter cup scone I had today was delectable, and next time I think I'll try the omelet scone! The coffee is always perfect, freshly ground and brewed. If you haven't tried the peppermint mocha yet, I highly suggest it!

So glad I came across this place! I got the White Mocha iced and hot — both were delicious. The scone was so tasteful and perfectly soft. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I was greeted at the door and offered a sample.

This was our first time visiting The Crafted Scone and could not be more impressed! The coffee was great and I was honestly surprised by the variety of scones- I was expecting maybe 4 regular flavors and 1 or 2 vegan or gluten free- there's like over 2 dozen total i think?? (One of the young ladies told me the bakers just make whatever flavors they want so they have some rotation, I think they had roughly 28 flavors when we were actually there and I heard mention of 2 others and saw a baker making a third). We only tried the Maple Pecan and I wouldn't call myself an expert in scones but I would definitely say that that has to be a perfect scone- it was so good my husband basically stole the whole thing and only left me with 2 bites!! 😆 He said "it was so good and I got lost in the music...it was like that scene in Ratatouille and I got transported back to childhood too." And the service is by far some of the best we have gotten. The young lady who was on the register was training her second shift and doing so well and any questions she couldn't answer the others who were doing other tasks but obviously were keeping an ear out for her if she were to need assistance were quick to step up to help answer for her. And more than that when I asked a question about the sweetness of a latte they even provided alternatives to keeping the flavor but adjusting the level of sweetness to my preferences without having to sub out for sugar free vanilla (which in my opinion doesn't taste like vanilla and was my next question if the SF vanilla would taste the same that I didn't even have to ask before the young lady provided that information). I absolutely love how knowledgeable they were and how ready they were to already offer alternatives and expand suggestions based on our current order. Normally we are the type to order to go so we can leave immediately but everyone had such positive attitudes we actually stuck around to sit and enjoy our coffees and share our scone in the corner. My husband said they looked like they were so happy and having so much fun that he almost wanted to work there too. All in all I think this has to be the most enjoyable coffee shop we've been to. We are definitely excited to go back again and try something new next time!

The people at the shop are quiet and respectful of each other. The tables are set up in a way that they don't block the doors and there are festive decorations all on the walls. The woman I dropped the ingredients off too was so nice. She offered me my choice is scone as a tip and even offered to warm it. It was great customer service. The cinnamon scone I got was delicious 🤤

A good place. If asked, they pour the coffee into a real porcelain cup. It is not bad for the environment and it is pleasant to drink this kind of coffee. Desserts are good, but I would like more variety. It is all almost the same. There are no price tags on some products, but I think they will fix that. The music in the cafe is pleasant, quiet and calm:)

I highly recommend their sconwhiches if you're looking for a high protein and filling meal. I am also pretty impressed and delighted that they have such a variety of teas and coffee drinks. And not everything is just straight sugar. One of the highlights besides the food, is the window in the back where you can watch bakers literally crafting the scones. Great variety, great staff, great vibes. Definitely check this spot out.

You know me, if I'm at the coffee shop... I'm getting four shots of espresso with equal parts heavy cream, no ice, no steam. Felt like a treat so I stopped in to The Crafted Scone. So many delicious-looking options. I went with the strawberry champagne scone. Yum

Scones and coffee are excellent. The breakfast items could be as well, but they don't warm the scones before topping them with eggs, bacon, and cheese. So everything gets cold very quickly. Also, more attention should be paid towards serving a party's food all at one time. Nearly ten minutes passed between one dish coming out and the next. Food was cold waiting for everyone to have their food.

They have a great selection of scones. They are a little pricey though. Starts at about $5 and goes up. I got a cranberry orange scone. It was very soft and I could tell it was fresh. Could eat only half of it and kept snacking on the rest of it throughout the morning. The service could have been better especially for a first time customer trying to figure out what to get. There were a lot of people working.

Unfortunate first experience!! Scones are very nice!! In fact, I was so excited about them because I’m moving to the area knowing I would be able to patronize them more. Then I got my coffee raspberry white mocha that did not taste good. Raspberry tasted very artificial. I asked if I could exchange it for a black coffee with cream and she said “no” I would have to pay for it Even though I didn’t like the one I purchased for about $8. I have never been to a coffee shop with this kind of Customer Service totally ruined my impression of this place. I asked to speak with a manager she said she was the manager.

Good coffee and great selection traditional sweet and savory scones. Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Update: I removed a star because I don't like sneaky Service Fees (4%) added on at the register no matter how slight they may seem. Update: Service fee now 5%

Skip the letdown. The service is consistently poor, the quality even worse, and the prices don’t match what you get. I’ve given multiple locations several chances, but things have only declined. As someone who values supporting small businesses, it’s frustrating to say this—but there are simply far better options in the area.

I have been going for over 3 yrs. I have always said the girls at the Murrieta Location are NOT friendly at all. They see me there at least 1 time a week. Today it is pouring and I tripped and dropped one of my drinks, so I asked if I can get another coffee made, obviously as a courtesy and she said no. I asked to speak w her manager and Kiara was very rude and said please give her my name as a mockery. Sadly after being a loyal customer they lost one. As a small business owner myself, we thrive in giving the best customer service especially to returning customers! Nothing to do with the TEMECULA location that know us by Name and know our drinks, that’s how much we go, Medina is a great Manager over at the Temecula location.
