I just moved from the east coast, and I have to say this is a great place! The sandwiches are amazing with freshly sliced meats, the service even better! I probably wouldn’t go in if I were in a hurry, but the quality is worth the wait. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and informative. Definitely will return!

Great food, the outside table was pretty dirty, but at least they have an outside table so I could bring my dog. The two girls were a little busy but managing to keep up. They were very polite when I needed some straws put at the soda area.

Awesome service! The gentleman who made our sandwiches (seemed like he’s the owner) was very professional, very polite, and very nice. Our food was very delicious n ready in a very timely manner. The place was clean n good atmosphere.

This review is about a week and a half old. Recently went to Submarina on a rainy day. Typically Jersey Mike's or Subway are our go to choices. Not today! "Elexa" and I believe it was "Justin." (Justin had short hair and green braided cornrows for clarification) were the sandwich artists of the day. Sometimes I find sandwiches can be a bit dull and pricy but despite the normal/standard options I found our food that day to be different, but in a good way. Easily one of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever had. Both were very attentive to get our food just right. Bread was fresh, ingredients were tasty and even offered to cut our subs up so our little guests could enjoy without having to hold up the entire giant deli creation. Unfortunately the fountain was out of service but they attempted to make it right by offering their bottled and canned beverages. We declined but the attempt to satisfy customers was on full display. Customer service was top notch and prices were fair also!! In fact I could imagine paying another 5 bucks anywhere else. It was a lot of food and even carried out to be a snack later that day. Just want to thank both of the chefs for the fantastic food and share a review to a local spot that did not disappoint!!

I really appreciate the owners. They are on the line along with their employees. They pay attention to detail. They make sure you are completely satisfied. Hard workers. Good quality ingredients. All their staff are friendly, professional and patient. The place is kept clean. Their sandwiches are better than their competitors. I also like the fact that they keep your stamp card for you this way you don't lose it and get closer to your free sandwich! Thanks for taking us literally at closing time.

EDIT: Since selling the store, the new owner has yet to get his feet under him. He's made good cosmetic upgrades, but his staff could desperately use training, management, and regular meat/bread stock. Service has slowed in this situation and Submarina is no longer the place for a quick lunch. Newer is not currently better. ORIGINAL: What more can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? We bypass another Submarina to go to this one. The service is always excellent. While they are efficient, they take their time making sure your sandwich is always exactly the way you want it before wrapping it up. We have witnessed the people behind the counter greet their regular customers by name, recall their favorite sandwiches. The staff is always on the move, if not preparing orders then cleaning tables, to make sure your experience is always 5 Star. If you're a sandwich lover, this is the place for you!

Fresh! Good menu selection. Ordered the chicken ceasar on rye. Cold instead of toasted. This sandwich was delicious! All the produce is crispy. The bread was so soft. In and then out. The store was very clean. The staff does a great job.

My new favorite spot. The employees are super nice. The sandwiches are amazing, they are packed with meat and all the fixings. This location is hands down better than subway and the other guys. Next time you need a sub the Marina is where you should be. Don't deny your self of an amazing sandwich.

I love submarina. This was my first time at this location and I felt like the staff wasn't very friendly and they didn't really have a good system going on. They were out of an entire type of bread, one of the sodas in the machine was out, and they had to go to the back to get several types of meats because they were out of them in the front. Great sandwiches though. Too much bread and not enough meat.

This location is not hygienic at all. The employees wear gloves, but they touch literally EVERYTHING with those gloves and then touch your sub with the same gloves. One of the ladies working there touched the entry door handle with her gloves and went back behind the counter and made a sub. Do you know how many people touched that handle every day and how dirty it is? She touched her hair, the register, and answered the phone, but didn't change her gloves at all. I thought the purpose of wearing gloves is to keep the subs hygienic, but I think they wear gloves to keep their hands clean.Gross. By the way, after I ordered, both ladies working there started to talk about how gross they think the sub I ordered is and that the chicken has a weird smell, while I was standing there waiting for my order. Seriously? I have been to other Submarina locations and had a totally different experience. I'm never going back to this location.

My entire sandwich looked smashed, the bread was soggy and gross due to the large amount of mustard, pickles, and Mayo. My entire sandwich looked smashed, the bread was soggy and gross due to the large amount of mustard, pickles, and Mayo. I was really hangry b/c it was too busy for me to leave work so when I ordered pick up for my friend to pick up for me it made me even more mad that I couldn’t enjoy my my meal.

I love Submarina for the options and quality of food and I'm sadly disappointed in this location since the new owner/owners took over. Too many shortcuts have surfaced at this location just as it has at many other Submarina locations that have sold to new owners. #1 avocados are cut in the incorrect direction and thinner than they are supposed to be (per corporate training) giving the customer hardly any avocado on their sandwich which has become a search and rescue for the taste buds due to the small avocado pieces not slices being so small. #2 onions cut into tiny pieces so the onion pieces fall off the sandwich while biting into their sandwich. #3 the slices of tomato and cheeses seem a little thinner. In the franchisee's defense I do not know if they are receiving training from corporate anymore or if the trainer has changed. If so, what a disappointment if this is how new employees are trained. I used to work in the corporate store and it was very strict on measurements, quality, cleanliness and more. Please, slice the avocados longways as they should be. People pay a good price for those slices and there is a reason they aren't getting lunch at Subway getting gross avocado smash.

Called in an Order, I only had a short time frame before my husband had to work a 12 hrs shift. Showed up 20 min later and they hadn't made the sandwich. Waited 10 more minutes but they still didn't make it and were only helping other people so my husband went to work with no food. The reason people call in orders is because they are on a short time frame for lunches and such. No I don't think I deserve to cut people in line but when you just help new people walking in the door after we made the order 30 minutes ago and you expect us to wait another 30 minutes and be late to work and me wasting gas to drive there. Thank you for inspiring me to make my own sandwichs they tast so much better and saves alot of money!!!!
