My company caters lunch every Friday and we had Panera bread today. They have an easy to use process to place orders online which helps with saving time! Food was ready when it was supposed to be and the food was perfect. I had the cob salad with Gorgonzola cheese. 👍🏾👍🏾
I've spent 100$ on a meal that wasn't near as good as this. Greek salad was to die for. Tomato soup was Great. Best tuna in town.
Came in on a hot day and didn’t know what drinks they had. A young gentleman named Saul helped me out and gave me small samples so I got what I enjoyed instead of hoping i’d like something. Thank you Saul!
First time for a sit-down lunch here. Had the full Sesame Chicken Salad with baggette and ice tea. Friend had half tuna salad SW with bowl of corn chowder and blood orange drink. Beverages are self-service and meals are on a pick-up with buzzer system. Food was ready very quickly and tasted delicious.
It is a great place for a snack and a chance to catch up and laugh with friends. Family friendly.
Yummy, yummy, yummy. I love all their food there. It makes you feel happy and healthy. You walk out feeling full, but not bloated. The prices don't scare off your appetite. The staff there always make you feel welcome. They have inside and outside dinning.
I've always had phenomenal service when I've gone here. Great food! The employees are always great and super friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to have lunch! I make a point on going to my favorite restaurant (they know me because I go in there so often).

I have been coming here for several years now. The new manager is outrageous and very understanding. I could not get the rewards to work properly So she just went ahead and gave me the two for one with charge. I also ordered two breads from the bakery. The bread was fresh and i asked for it to be sliced . I really enjoy thr the rustic sourdough loaf. Thet are not perfect but pay attention to you and make sure you arr served. I wish their app was a little more friendly it has too many taps. it needs tobe consolidated.

I love Panera Bread because it’s the perfect place to grab a meal while getting work done. The free Wi-Fi and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to focus, and I can always count on a good cup of coffee and a delicious meal to fuel me through the day. Their soup and sandwich combos are always tasty, and the people working here are super friendly. I can spend hours here without ever feeling rushed.
I originally went to Panera to sign up for the Sip Club. Amazing value if you pass by their restaurant on a regular basis. The staff is prompt and courteous. Management is superb! They are very involved with customers and staff. I've only ordered the French Onion Soup (in a bread bowl) which was outstanding! I plan to order more items in the future.
I pick up catering orders here for clients frequently. I often order lunch for myself when picking up as well. The staff is always friendly and willing to work with you on particulars. If you are kind and patient with them, they will gladly reciprocate! Corey is one of the best food service managers I've ever encountered. From his ability to make needed changes on the go for unforeseen circumstances, getting food out in a timely manner, customer service ability, to the way he interacts with his staff. Definitely an A1 individual. He alone is a reason to visit this establishment. But, the all around experience here is why I personally will continue to give my patronage.

Great food! Lately, the staff has been on it. We see a high turnover with staff and often have issues with missing food or wrong food. This has IMPROVED! I love the food and staff they recently have had.
I had an old school gift card so i couldn't order online. I was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted some chicken noodle soup, so I order the 2 for 2 and added a chicken Caesar salad. Ordering was super fast. In no time was my order ready and I was on my way. I've also had their breakfast sandwich w. egg whites. Always super fresh. They are nestled around Ulta, Sprint store in the North Marketplace. Right around the Trancas/Redwood St. exit off of hwy. 29
It's an ok restaurant of the chain. I don't know how fast ordering goes, I always use the machines to order. They messed up our salads once but overall they do a good job. Free parking all around, usually not very crowded.

I wish that there were different categories to give ratings on. Their food is 5 stars fantastic but they have to charge so much for it the singles $ should be at least $$ or $$$. That's why I only give a three star rating. Their food isn't what I'm scoring them on. It's the entire experience and truth in advertising. Their take out menus don't include prices because they know if they put it in print so few people would go they'd have to close business. Do non GMO ingredients cost more. Yes but not this much more.
It's solid. Service was nice and the place is clean. Food quality was good. The price of everything is a bit much compared to the quantity & quality. Great place to snag a fast soup, sandwich, and tea if you have a cold. I may come back just for that experience. Wear a sweater, the AC here is no joke!

Once I got the food order wasn’t quite right but finally when I ate it was a good sandwich. Not sure when Diet Pepsi medium started costing $4.89 either and for all the people working there they seemed disorganized as other people had order problems too. In summary come here if you have time to wait for a good sandwich.
They had no sausage or avocado at 9:00am. Both coffee (reg and dark) were empty and took 10 mins to refill. Took another 10 for a simple order. They need better management. Place was clean, but disorganized

You can buy it from the grocery store for $6 for 16oz. The least they can do is fill these cups up to the top. Also, my Potato Soup was just spoonfuls of cheese. Weird.

The service was absolutely horrible! It took 30 minutes to start to get our order and a total of 45 minutes to finally get everything! The last item was a toasted bagel! The employees were standing around talking while everyone was waiting for their order!! My chicken salad sandwich hardly had any chicken salad in it! Very disappointing!!!
First Panera I have been to that makes you pick up your food when eating there. Why no sign with that explanation. My soup was barely warm. Bread was not fresh! Seemed liked yesterday's batch!!! Will not return (to this location)!
The ordering system is infuriating. Your bagel order will shrink, and may even disappear. This is the 4th time I've encountered this problem with Panera at this location. I've placed an online order for Everything Bagels (because they always run out very rapidly) with the scheduled pick up for the next morning. Each time, I've showed up the next day to pick up the bagels and either they don't have my order at all, or they only have half the number of Bagels that I've ordered. Each time, I've gotten a variety of excuses. I was told that they had to use my order to fill another order (which seems inappropriate since I ordered the day before, but when confronted, the staff corrected to saying that the other order came in before mine). I have been told that their baker didn't make enough bagels (which is again, very confusing, since I place the order the day before they should know at least how many to make for my order, and then presumably make more for walk-in customers). I would like to say this problem started with COVID and is likely related to the pandemic, but this has been happening since before the shut downs started in March. It is so incredibly frustrating. I would have been fine with this happening once, but at this point, something is seriously wrong. I don't know if it is with their ordering system, their baker, or management, but I will be using a different location. Hopefully there will be less mysteriously disappearing or shrinking orders.
This was the worst ordering experience that I have ever had online. The website charged my checking account without any notice, or confirmation numbers. I didn't want to use that account for payment. I called the cafe and was told they had no record of this payment. We went to pick up the order for my colleagues, and found out that the order had been cancelled. Be warned!
I don't know why I continue to come back to this place, except that each time I'm hoping it will be better. The service and customer service at this particular location is the worst!!! The lines are usually long and slow because they usually only have one cashier up front even though they have at least 3 cash registers. All of the other workers are either in the "kitchen" area doing something (?), or sitting at a nearby table on a break. They are usually out of many of the bagel selections, they sometimes don't have clean cups available for coffee or tea if you're eating in, and many times I have gone in and there's no coffee in the carafes available for self-serve. The iced-coffee is in a poor location, because there's no ice or lids available nearby - you have to go to the back to get those. Ever since they lost Dave (I think that was his name) as manager the place has gone downhill for sure. All I can say is - BEWARE!!
Worst customer service ever. Yesterday bought my mother and I dinner at the last hour of the restaurant's shift. We get home 30 minutes later, to find our order was not as expected. We should have looked at our order before we left the restaurant. They forgot my mother's soup and only gave her half the salad (which the lettuce was wilted and brown) that she ordered. I tried to call them up before they closed, but they did not answer the phone nor could I leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox was full. So today I called them to let them know what happened, the manager at the time said it would be no problem and that we would get a complimentary "you pick two" meal. I told them that I live half an hour away and do not want to waste my time to return just to pick up a $10 meal. I told them that I would give it to somebody else like a coworker who lives closer to restaurant...they said was fine. When my coworker got to the restaurant to place an order, they denied her order and said that the original purchaser had to be there. The manager at the time, Molly, was a very uncooperative. My coworker called me and said that they were denying her service, so I asked to speak to the manager. Molly did not want to speak to me. They did not want to accept the fact that they made a mistake. This was very bad customer service on her part and terrible for Panera Bread that she represented them as an extension. This resulted in me calling the corporate office of Panera Bread. The corporate office was very apologetic of the situation my coworker went through and stated that the behavior of the manager was must not a good representation of the company. Don't get me wrong, the food was ok, not great. The company maybe a good company, but this location needs some work on their customer service. The one star rating is only for this location, not for the company. I find it to be a waste of my time to give bad reviews because I hate being negative, but the experience for a first time customer at this location really left a bad taste with my coworker, my mother, & I. Be aware.
The food here is good, but the service is the worst I have had in the Napa Valley. Every time I have been there the person at the cash register is slow, does not smile or offer information and last night we waited 10 minutes in line and 45 minutes for our meal (soup and 1/2 sandwich) I have been there twice and tried to order soup in a bread bowl and they were out of bread bowls. This is Panera Bread, right? How could they always be out of bread bowls? At least a half a dozen people walked out last night due to poor service. I will not be returning.
I called at 2:05 and gave order for BBQ chicken on flat bread and bacon Mac and cheese. I was told that it would be ready in 12 -15 minutes. So I went there and was told they could not find the order I reordered a d the cashier pressed the do not make it. After waiting patiently I asked when it was going to be ready anytime soon. Oops now they had to to get it going again.
The food is okay in this spot, however, a worker that “helped” my wife and I out was so rude. I don’t know her last name, but Emily is her first. A teenager, and i’m sorry to say, but she was so rude to us. Management needs to talk to her about her people skills because she just mugged me over and over and did not even try to be kind.
If I could choose 0 or negative, It might help someone else in their decision. Just went to eat the salads we ordered via door dash and both salads had lots of decayed lettuce mixed throughout. couldn't even "pick and choose". Disgusting. How does a company allow decayed food to be kept in their food containers/refrigerators? Never again!!! Maybe they should read their statement about quality food.
The customer service here is horrible. Every time I show up the cashier is off doing another task because they don't have enough employees. I love Panera and the fact that it's only 3 minutes from my house is very convenient but I will never come here again as I cannot afford to lose any more time standing around waiting 10 minutes just to place my order when there's not even another customer in front of me. I highly suggest you go somewhere else and eat unless you have 20 to 40 minutes to kill before getting your food.
They are very abusive to those with disabilities. They are abusive and their attitude needs improvement. Me and my friends and family will not be going back

However, a staff member told me that restrooms were only available for paying customers and that I had to buy something first. I understand that some places have policies regarding restroom access, but this felt unwelcoming and unnecessary—especially since I am a "PANERA MEMBER" and was planning to dine there. A restaurant should prioritize customer comfort, and this policy made me feel unwelcome before I even had a chance to order. Because of this, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A little more kindness and flexibility in customer service would go a long way.

I asked her for the code to the door of the restroom and she refused me, saying first to make an order in this place, but I also wanted to do it so much, but after visiting the restroom, because I had no strength to endure it. extremely dismissive attitude towards the customer and towards the staff working in this place from the manager
Ordered the pick 2. The sandwich was good but not great. The Asian chicken salad was absolutely awful. It was full of lettuce spines and greens that were unidentifiable. Also, the restaurant was not very clean. One positive note, the staff was very nice and accommodating.
