MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR CONDIMENTS!!! I guess they're trying to save money or something, but none of the condiments I put on in the app were included. I thought I could trust this place. Food was decent I guess.

I have gone here twice and been cheated twice. Whether through deliberate manipulation or error, to me, this is unacceptable. First time I ordered a peanut butter oreo shake for the 2 hour long drive home. As I tried to drink this thing I felt as though is was scant to say the least. There was hardly any flavor other than a hint of peanut butter. After while I discovered that all the oreos and peanut butter were all klumped in the bottom. Whoever made this never mixed it. I wrote it off. Today, I ordered a '6' piece Mozzarella Sticks and arrived home to find there were only four. I know I paid for 6 at over $5. I will not go back to complain. All they will do is give me a card for a 'Free Ice Cream Cone' or some other degrading patronization. I just posted this to warn everyone planning to go out to this Sonic or any other fast food joint for that matter, CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

First time going there was this past week. I had got a jr cheeseburger. My jr cheeseburger WAS COLD. like the wrapper felt like it had just came out of the fridge or freezer and the burger itself wasn’t even warm. Not even a hour after eating I got immediate diarrhea and I thought it would go away but here I am two days later still sick from that burger. Yall need to do better and make sure your food is served fresh this is so ridiculous.

This is new from 9-23-25. The app was not working due to an issue. Drove in and they speakers were not working well . The carhop came out and took our order. 6 drinks totalling $20. I showed her the app issue. Where it said there was a problem. She said she was sorry.. When the drinks came out, they still would not honor the app price. The new carhop said she would get the manager. The manager was the original carhop. She said that since it was not happy hour, she could not honor the half price. I again showed the app issue on my phone. She said sorry .. GO TO A DIFFERENT SONIC PEOPLE. MAKE SURE ITS A DIFFERENT FRANCHISE. THEY DO NOT CARE IN NEW BOSTON. The Sprite from one of the machines is nothing but soda water, it's disgusting. This has been going on for months. The other machine is ok... The carhop was very nice and professional and changed our drinks.

I was at the sonic in new Boston tx and first I got a completely cold burger and my ocean water was just water and flavor then I got them to make me a hot burger and correct drink and when the girl brought it to me I said thank you so much !!! and she screamed thank you in my face . Don’t know what that’s about but !!!! probably won’t ever go back
