Mason is the bomb. Visited twice today. Order was out in 5 mins or less. Hot, fresh, order correct, and even asked if I needed anything else. Great job!!!
Great service I was welcomed and the car hop was very nice and thorough and got my order correct and told it back and offered and extra side and made sure I was taking care of. Food tasted good it was hot fries were fresh and burger was made just right and like I ordered

Good place to pop in, get a fast hot quick meal. Fast service, good food, plenty of parking and drive thru. Best hamburger in town, IMO. located between I -30 and hwy 82 on hwy 8.
Everything came out just as ordered! Shout out to those who made our food for making it the way I ordered! Extra super shout out to Tyler, our car hop, who brought out, without hesitation and a smile, an item I unintentionally eliminated from my burger!! She made our experience extra special with her attitude and understanding. Thank you Tyler for the amazing service!
Food was hot, tasty, and fast, but the best part was Charles delivering it. He was super kind and polite to my wife when delivering, ran back to get us extra ketchup, and I saw him running trash duty between delivering orders. This is our first time in New Boston, but if every restaurant has service like Charles delivers, we'll be coming back soon!! P.S. The lady that took my order was also great. I didn't get her name, but I asked half a dozen questions about the breakfast burritos, and she answered then with patience and mastery!
Nice place that had picnic table seating options which was needed with our puppy who wanted to be out of the car. Super professional team that corrected the order on the spot. The only issue was lack of garbage cans and the one that was on site was jammed full, so that made throwing away the garage wrappers a bit of a issue.
Always ask for little to no ice on your drinks. As they will give you it 90% filled with ice. Beyond that they are great.
Food orders have always been correct and arrived hot. Clean Restroom on right side of building at the end of the pull in parking spots BEFORE drive thru lane. Service staff has always been friendly and helpful. Sign up in app for weekly specials delived by text message. Great deals
The person who took the order got everything wrong. I was driving through (14hr) and didn't notice till I was back on the highway.
Took thirty minutes to get two 44oz. drinks.Sweet fellow always working helped us out, while the girl cut two elder ladies out to pursue the antique car next to us .
Fries are always grease soaked and today so was my burger! Quality here has gone to shit!
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR CONDIMENTS!!! I guess they're trying to save money or something, but none of the condiments I put on in the app were included. I thought I could trust this place. Food was decent I guess.
I have gone here twice and been cheated twice. Whether through deliberate manipulation or error, to me, this is unacceptable. First time I ordered a peanut butter oreo shake for the 2 hour long drive home. As I tried to drink this thing I felt as though is was scant to say the least. There was hardly any flavor other than a hint of peanut butter. After while I discovered that all the oreos and peanut butter were all klumped in the bottom. Whoever made this never mixed it. I wrote it off. Today, I ordered a '6' piece Mozzarella Sticks and arrived home to find there were only four. I know I paid for 6 at over $5. I will not go back to complain. All they will do is give me a card for a 'Free Ice Cream Cone' or some other degrading patronization. I just posted this to warn everyone planning to go out to this Sonic or any other fast food joint for that matter, CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
Looked online at their menu, went for a grilled chicken Sandwich. Apparently no one online updates the menu, this sonic doesn't have grilled chicken...
First time going there was this past week. I had got a jr cheeseburger. My jr cheeseburger WAS COLD. like the wrapper felt like it had just came out of the fridge or freezer and the burger itself wasn’t even warm. Not even a hour after eating I got immediate diarrhea and I thought it would go away but here I am two days later still sick from that burger. Yall need to do better and make sure your food is served fresh this is so ridiculous.
This is new from 9-23-25. The app was not working due to an issue. Drove in and they speakers were not working well . The carhop came out and took our order. 6 drinks totalling $20. I showed her the app issue. Where it said there was a problem. She said she was sorry.. When the drinks came out, they still would not honor the app price. The new carhop said she would get the manager. The manager was the original carhop. She said that since it was not happy hour, she could not honor the half price. I again showed the app issue on my phone. She said sorry .. GO TO A DIFFERENT SONIC PEOPLE. MAKE SURE ITS A DIFFERENT FRANCHISE. THEY DO NOT CARE IN NEW BOSTON. The Sprite from one of the machines is nothing but soda water, it's disgusting. This has been going on for months. The other machine is ok... The carhop was very nice and professional and changed our drinks.
Botched order, and the ring up. Chicken was atrocious. Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Avoid.
I was at the sonic in new Boston tx and first I got a completely cold burger and my ocean water was just water and flavor then I got them to make me a hot burger and correct drink and when the girl brought it to me I said thank you so much !!! and she screamed thank you in my face . Don’t know what that’s about but !!!! probably won’t ever go back
