Ordered on kiosk. Can’t sub apples for fries on kiosk so I asked manager. She informed me I didn’t want apples. I asked why she said they are tart. I said I always get them instead of fries due to my diet. She said my choice. I got food then she gave me my cups after asking if I got them. Lemonade and Dr Pepper was out of machine when I asked her she said to use other machine. They need to wipe off counters and serve customers with more respect.

Terrible experience and awful customer service. Placed order on mobile app and charged twice. To be told they have no order in place. I show bank statements and am told its 3rd party app get with them. And then told to place another order and pay for a third time. That's $80 in total. I told her I placed the order and showed charges but they still wanted me to pay again. Then got mad when I said im not paying again and slammed window on me. Never going back to this location again. And the number is after hours that she wanted me to call on app and just drops after all prompts. Terrible

I had the thinnest burger patty I've ever seen in my life, and the buns were extremely stale. Pretty sure this is the worst food I've ever gotten from a Wendy's.

Stepping up to the kiosk the smell of dank weed billowed around me from the kitchen. Ordered a chocolate frosty and fries. The frosty didn’t taste like chocolate at all and was off. I had my friend taste it and she said it’s sour. I requested my money back. When I told the person behind the counter she got some to taste out of the machine and went in the back of the kitchen to taste it. The lady that helped me said it tasted fine, however, she did give me my money back. Does smoking pot on the job mess with your taste buds?

Girl at counter with wrap on head has no care about the customers. Rude. And they got my chicken sandwich wrong twice! Second time I didn’t notice til we were gone. I was so hungry, so thanks for making sure I didn’t eat.

7/22/25 5:35 pm, Black chick at front counter with wrap around her head needs some customer service training I talking to customers. Just drops food on counter with no hi, hello, etc. lack of basic greeting skills. Reflects on the ownership and management terribly.

First, it was so cold 🥶 there couldn't stay in there to eat. Sec we hot our food and left .the gravy was running, hash brown's was cold and not cooked 😒 cashier wasn't very nice 😒 .

Went early for breakfast. Yes it was around 4:20 am. No one was there to take my order, so I pulled up to the window. Sat there for a few minutes (honking my horn.) Finally someone came and said I'd have to wait for breakfast, their not ready yet. Went elsewhere.

Get home to find at least one item left out of order every time, call to complain, and their reply is that it was just a simple mistake. No apology or offer to refund or replace the missing items. Very poor customer service.

I am here at Wendy’s right now (Oct. 25 @ 10:04 pm! Why was every car in the drive through asked to park to the side?? 7 cars!!! Saying they waiting on fries, this is ridiculous…. I went in to get my food and the MANAGER got an ATTITUDE with me, really management??? Unprofessional and rude !!

The burger was dry and the bacon and cheese potato had whole pieces of bacon. The store didn’t have a line and only had two customers.

I ordered off the app. Went in to get my order and a very nice young lady called me up and let me know that there Frosty machine was down and asked me if I would like a refund for the Shake or something in its place. I said I would take a refund.This is where it gets disappointing. She go's to her manager. He proceeds to yell at her in front of me that they don't do refunds and online orders and shames her in front of me. She came back and we agreed I would take a small chili instead of the shake which I was fine with her the young lady was great. At that point I made a comment of the manager that he really shouldn't talk to his employees that way. He could care less of what I thought that not apologized to me didn't care what I thought he proceeded to tell me that he'd worked there for 4 months and it was promoted the manager I said why was going to let Wendy's know about this and he said go ahead they won't do anything I'm untouchable. I will still be here and Wendy's won't do anything. He had absolutely no customer service and for the life of me don't understand how Wendy's would have someone like him with a bad attitude and probably should be doing something else not dealing with the public. NO customer service behind the counter. I gess time are hard for quality. I asked him his name he said he was name was Christian (Probley not his real name) he wouldn't give me his last name but this is for you. BE BETTER!!
