This was my first visit. First customer of the day so all my questions were answered at a leisurely pace by Lucas who was so friendly and professional. I was offered samples, fresh out of the oven, of the regular salted pretzel and the cinnamon -OMG mouth watering!!!!!

I recently visited Philly Pretzels and was impressed by the quality. The pretzels are soft, warm, and perfectly salted, and they offer a nice variety of dips to complement them. The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient. Overall, a solid place to grab a tasty snack or quick meal. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good pretzel.

Place an order the night before and came to pick up on time. They just started to make order because the forgot to put on their board. No manager to talk to and young man was like I just work here. I will start traveling back to the south shore where I never had to a problem. If I could give a zero review I would.

Terrible service, the person at the counter was not attentive, didn’t listen at all. They were cleaning the place when we were there so it stunk, as well as having no napkins or choice of dips. Clearly the people working there were having a bad day and caused us to have a bad day as a result. Food was decent but I begin to question the integrity of it. Didn’t have mini dogs which was a big no.

The price for 10 pretzels here is $14, go to store in Franklin square 10 pretzels for $10, why are u 40% higher for the samething??? Not right

I love this place. Go here all the time to the Syosset location on work breaks and use the NHP location for holiday trays ($85-$100+) as it’s near my home. Tonight I Went in to pick up an order. Gave the guy my last name and first name. He asked for it again so I repeated it and then began to spell it. He interrupted me to go “your last name is @NU$?”. Wildly rude and unprofessional. Not sure if he was special needs or something but not the position he should be in if he will say those things to customers. I will never be returning.
