Not to sweet and not to bland. A good boba after a while
My experience was great. There are so many bubble teas and slushies to choose from. And they have food! You know it's a good place when they have FOOD and BUBBLE TEA. This will be my go to spot when I'm near Columbus Circle. I had a 3 Cheese Grilled Cheese which was amazing and a Panda Bubble Tea. You can tell its gonna be a good place when "Panda" is in the title. I will be back to try most of the flavors, foods, And those desserts. I just wish you had more locations. We had trouble finding you like other customers. We thought you were above ground, but once we found you we couldn't get enough. Will. Be. Back. It's a must. ♡
Nice tea and interesting options. Very generous with their toppings, you'll always finish your drink and have a lot of pearls left. My only recommendation would be change the shape of your ice because pearls get stuck in the ice and I then spent far too long trying to get them with my straw like a monkey at a zoo. Highly recommended.
Located in the underground subway market, panda Bubble tea might be easily missed. But once you have some, you will easily find your way back! I ordered a large almond milk tea with boba and spend ~$5.08 with their rewards program and the Yelp check-in discount. The almond milk tea was not overly sweet and was on the milkier side. However, for being one of the rare boba shops near Columbus circle, I'll gladly make another trip here for a quick boba run.
Staffs are very friendly. Oreo Milk Tea is one of my favorite, something you must try!!! Is located at turnstyle underground market, very convenient for people like me work around here to get a bubble tea to refresh my day!!!
my new favorite bubble tea place! they have so many fun toppings like mango stars and popping bubbles. i usually get kft but if there were more panda bubble tea id def go here :)
They have tons of flavors for milk tea which i was very happy about! Bummed they dont do lychee milk tea or I'd be all over that. I've tried their rose, almond, taro, and coconut. Almond is my fave so far!
Best bubble tea in town! Peach black tea is my favorite! Highly recommend! They also have the best pearl, so soft sweet and chewy!
Tried taro milk bubble tea here and it was delicious. Quick service and you can customize it with less sugar and bubbles too!
This place is underground inside in the Turnstyle. Small boba shop among tons of little eateries. I got a banana milk tea. Pretty tasty! Mainly posting because I got lost trying to find this place and discovered it was under the street. You’re welcome :)
I got the lychee fizztea with lychee jelly And it was really great. It kind of reminds of a ramune soda drink.
For the love of bubble tea it's great, you can't go wrong! 😁❤ I had matcha milk tea then later in the evening going home got a coconut milk tea with tapioca grass jelly & lychee jelly it's quite good. Stop by! 👍👍😍
One of the best bubble teas I have had in a long time. I tried the taro with bubbles and it was no disappointment.

Hidden Gem in the Turnstile underground market. I enjoyed my Taro milk tea, not too sweet which is great. A welcome companion for a long subway ride ahead. The customer service was good and quick.

Not to sweet and not to bland. A good boba after a while
Their bubble tea is good for when I’m craving it. However their hours definitely need to be updated. I’ve walked by many times between 11:30-12:30 and it’s either closed or just being opened up. I stopped in once at 12:30 and they said the boba would need 30 more min.
Really good Boba with a cool atmosphere. The location is convenient to Times Square, just make sure to go down to the subway station and don’t walk around the block multiple times looking for the boba.
Yummy Bobo tea! Fast service. This is in the Columbus Circle subway food mall. No seating but there is seating in the mall.
It's quite expensive but tastes pretty good! Bubbles are a bit small for my taste. Got the lavender milk tea and it tastes pretty lavender-y to me. Bubbles cost 50 cents.

This is inside the underground market. I always try new boba places. Got my standard jasmine milk tea half sweet with boba. The bobas were on the small side but good. The drinks were made standard with non dairy creamer. It satisfied a craving but nothing super special. The other drink was the Nutella milk tea, it was like a chocolate milk.
It makes me happy to find a Bubble tea place that's inside the train station before going to work. One thing I really like is that they also have food. Another would be that their tapioca is very sweet, soft, and chewy. I would like to see more flavors for the tea and milk teas, but it was pretty good, service aswell.

The tea was great however the bobas were a bit too hard. The location is perfect (turnstyle) to pick up before heading into the subway!
Nothing special. Bubbles were smaller than the majority of places in the city. The green tea was more bitter than I'm used to and the prices were fairly high for what you got. Overall likely wouldn't be back soon.
Feel cheated by this tea. Regular milk tea, no bubbles. Charged the same price $6.50 as one with bubbles. And only half full. Was piping hot though.
quite expensive for bubble tea. Taste is 👌, not as good as i expected. The staff was nice. The decoration was cute. I got Matcha milk tea and this is too bitter for Matcha.

I got oolong bubble tea. The bubbles tasted fine (could be better) but the tea wasn't good. It felt like they left the tea bag in the water for too long. Also, the texture of the milk didn't feel like the usual milk tea I get from other boba places.
The workers were very nice. Boba is flavorless and the oreo milk tea is super watered down, not sweet. Don't recommend tbh, I'm sorry.
Honestly the boba wasn’t good, tried banana and coconut; neither did it for me. But the workers were kind and generous, so two stars overall.
I wanted an almond tea but when I went they were still closed even after the opening hour. I will come back next time & hopefully they open on time.
The tea was okay, not exactly something I’d buy again. Service was okay, but rather slow considering there wasn’t much business.
The Thai Tea was very tasteless and bland. The Panda bubble tea flavor was ok. Definitely won’t be back.

Worst bubble tea I have had. Tasted super artificial and the boba was tough.
Mediocre tea that really isn't that great. We got the Oolong milk tea regular sugar with less ice. Our tea ended up being luke warm, having no ice, and starved of any sweetness. Would not recommend spending your money here. There are better places.

Milktea without milk or tea but cost me 6 dollars? I'm a bubble tea lover, this is definitely the worst I've ever had. It literally hurts my throat.
Sorry, but the tea here is just terrible. There’s no actual tea flavor at all—kind of ironic, since it’s supposed to be tea, right? 🤷🏼♀️ The fruit tea tastes like water with sugar and a hint of sourness, and the milk tea is basically sugary milk water. I went twice because I wanted to give it a fair chance, but the second visit was just as disappointing as the first. The service is lackluster—they seem uninterested in their work and don’t really care if you make a purchase or not. I haven’t tried their desserts, so maybe those are good. I pass by this place often when I’m downtown, but I definitely won’t be going back.
I don’t care much about bubble tea price because uhm...it’s expensive everywhere but I was expecting good service at least. I was in a rush, ordered super quick, paid for it and forget to mention that I don’t need sugar. So cashier told me that I supposed to tell before paying and now she can’t do anything, the girl was making my tea throw away the cup and looked very mad. I said sorry and took the final cup...she put sugar anyway and I had to throw away. I’m kinda disappointed and not looking forward to come back.
The guy who works there flat out said 'no we don't have that kind of drinks here' when I asked him a simple question 'what would you recommend for me if I want a chocolate flavor drink' He didn't even ask is there something else I would like or didn't even speak to me after. Gave me really bad vibes. I saw on the menu there are hazelnut and Nutella drinks. Felt really discriminated. Finally I ordered a hazelnut drink and it was bland and not tasty.
Waited for 30 minutes during opening hours while the store was empty because the attendant was eating her lunch and ignoring me. There was no sign saying the store was temporarily closed or how long the lunch break would be. When I left after half hour she was still just ignoring me 🤷♂️
We saw this store after we had some food, thinking it would be great to have some dessert after dinner. We picked 2 mango mousse cake. Regular mousse cake in mango flavor, it supposed to be such a regular choice, just regular mousse… it turned out to be THR WORST dessert I’ve had in my life!! $6.99 each, and they are frozen!!!😡 it was hilarious to ever bite so hard on a mousse cake. Seriously to the owner, if something is rarely ordered, please take it down from the menu! Who the heck would put mango mousse cake in freezer and serve it to customer?? So we went back to ask the girl, why did you freeze the cake?! She didn’t have an answer but said, you can just wait for 5-10 mins then eat it. I couldn’t even eat anything frozen and hard and cold that fast! It took me a good 15 mins to finish the rather small and hard-as-a-rock mousse cake and at the end it was still frozen!!! 😆😩 The way she said it made the frozen mousse cake so normal, like I became a stupid person and made it a big deal… Please!! Be responsible for your customers!! I’ll never return. I just read through all old comments, the owner only responded to 5 start reviews lol. This says something…
i ordered a oreo slushee and it tasted like dirt. i told them the drink was horrible and asked if they could make a new one they told me no and just added tea and more oreo crumble. worst 9 dollars spent ever. gagged a bit!!
First off they are not temporarily closed they're open...I should have learned my lesson the first time.....first time I ordered 2 drinks to go and they packed it by the time I got on the train someone pointed out that the bag they packed them in was leaking. So needless to say I didn't get to drink anything. Today I again 2 drinks and again got on the train and the cups were leaking.....so I spenta total of $25.58 for ordering the drinks twice and not once was I able to try them. Never again. They do not seal the film on the cup properly since both times my drink spilt from the top of the cup.
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience required it. Absolutely disappointing customer service. Waited almost half an hour for a panini. They could clearly see us waiting, but didn't say anything. When asked what's taking so long, one girl said to the other (in Chinese) that they never put the order in, and then said 2 mins more... It was a lot more than 2 mins for it to come out. And even when the panini came out, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Everything was paid for by card already, or else I would have left after the first 10 mins. Panini was OK, but the not worth the long wait, especially for the price. Not expecting to give it another shot.
The tea was ok. Even tho the bubbles were a lot smaller. But the worst prt was the grilled cheese. I paid $6 for unmelted unflavored cheese. I do not recommend grilled cheese from this place. Or bubble tea

I'm only giving this horrible place a one star review because I can't give them zero stars. The drinks were terrible, and the customer service was even worse. I ordered a banana milk tea and it tasted completely artificial. On top of that, the saleswoman snapped at me and tried to blame my daughter when I tried to correct her, even though she was the one that misheard and messed up our order. She had a frown and a rude voice the entire time, which maybe I would've been able to overlook if the drinks didn't taste so bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking for a place to ruin your day.
