Had a great experience with this store today. Aman the french guy who works in the counter is very friendly and helpful. I went to order pizza with my kids and he opened the door for us and even give cookies to the kids. This is our new favorite pizza place now. The food is a lot better than dominos and 7 eleven. Thank you for the great service.

Price only reason to come here. But even that advantage over Dominos and Pizza Hut is evaporating. I remember the old days of Little Ceasar's 'Pizza Pizza'. It aint the ol days no mo...

Little Ceasar's has good pizza but I love there cheesy bread $6 bucks for a cheese or pepperoni sounds good to me.

They are way to busy on the back so it does takes a while to get your order taken

I don't know why I really like Little Caesars so much. I think its the Muenster Cheese that really gives it a great taste. I also like the Zapack spice packets that they give you which give a great flavor boost to any Italian dish. The hot and ready is a great concept because no need to call in advance.

As for taking phone orders, I think they only have like 1 person maybe 2 working the store at a time so I can understand why the phone rings forever.

Pizza is good but the pictures online and the pizzas dont match, would reccomend ordering in person to avoid confusion

The guys didn't understand English. My wife asked how many wings came in an order and the guy said whatever you say. My wife said she wanted 6 wings. The guy rung up 6 orders. The younger guy fixed it and we paid cash to be safe. We were afraid they rung us up several times because the young guy kept canceling.

I walked into it place my order because I tried calling and the line is disconnected. All the customers were complaining and told me not to order because they had been waiting for 40 minutes. So I walked out like they advised me to. You should probably try to turn your phone back on or change the number on google.

HORRIBLE! The service is awful and the amount of time you have to wait for a pizza and 8 wings is ridiculous. Do not waste your time is not worth it.

OMG stopped in for a stuffed pretzel pizza. Waited more than 45 mins. They put a girl onthe regiter that had started that day. Really, not fair to her or customers.

Worst place to order, customer service wasn’t great. Delivery got cancelled multiple times, they gave my order to the wrong person, just very bad overall. 🤬🤬👎🏼

the worst customer service, went there waited for about 10min and when I walked up to the counter to place my order they told me I couldn't have my service dog with me, like my little dog is going to jump over the counter and go to the kitchen....

I order cheesy bread and a black olives pizza the the pizza had all the olives in one slice and was so thin you pick it up and everything fall off. And the cheesy bread was horrible it didn’t have the Italian seasoning and was really dry don’t recommend this place

Horrible customer service and delivery by the way if you think you are requesting a delivery with caesars is not is through doordash and doordash right now is having to many issues whoever is the manager should check their employees too

Yesterday I order at 7:30 PM and I never got my delivery I am calling them to see if I can get my refund or they could deliver my pizza and there is no answer the worst place ever they just picked up the phone and hang up on me wow

The cashier has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ordered 2 Pies they didnt get my order right then had an attitude about it!!!

Lacking in all aspects of customer service. Opening the pizza boxes and talking over them while the boxes are open. They have no clue to whom the orders belong too. One of the customers was just waiting for 1 pie and they must have opened his box about 4 times saying to each other who does this pizza belong. Total lack of fundamental customer service. Very poorly run obviously

Worst pizza, crust was super hard like if it was cooked and sat out then reheated. Cheese was burnt and stuck to dough. This place needs to be shut down. This is the 2nd time I bought here.

The worst place ever need to be shut down. The black forgien just left the store while it was crowded. The was left by herself. She didn’t have his code to take orders. The pizza wasn’t slice appropriately. Will not return need to be investigated poor poor service

Just walked out of little Caesars pizza its been such an unpleasant experience for myself and my family; each and every time I come in on Saturday I am turned away with a simple, “we don't have cheese for the stuffed crust pizza.” For the last three Saturdays, this has been the situation, how unprofessional. I ask myself, how can a pizza place have no cheese? The manager should approach this issue as soon as possible. Update: it's Thursday, August 29th and again they have denied my request, claiming again that they lack the cheese for the stuffed crust pizza. Honestly, this has become concerning, has no one addressed this issue?

We asked for a delivery which was a large pizza and a 2 liters Soda and they kept the soda and only gave us the Pizza, after contact them they said that the delivery man is the responsible of that not them so they couldn't help... smshhh so Becareful guys

Ether this was given to doordash like this or the Vespa Driver drop it on the way herethe pizza is cold, was not cut properly with the pizza cutter I see the line on top but this botton is united like siamese Twins and is so soft I don't feel the well done what the he'll. Pizza cutter need to start practicing in Cardboard boxes (his or her) hands must soft as butter. The sad part of all this The only good item on the order is the 2 Litter Pepsie because the Italian Cheese Sticks taste dish soap, I guess the dishwasher had some free time to help with the orders maybe next time put some gloves on or wash your hands properly. If the quality of of your pizza matches the cooks skill maybe you should consider getting a job as a undertaker this Pizza really did Kill my appetite im sure a lot of people feel the same way. This will be my second and lastto ever eat in Little Ceasar Newark location ever again I will way until I go to NYC to eat pizza at list there they take pride on there product horrible what people do to pizza. I tough Domino's have gotten bad this past 2 years but lord I was wrong

They told me to comeback with my receipt and they would me a refund. When I arrived they said they can’t give me a refund and they never spoke to me on the phone. My first order and the doordasher didn't like my delivery and him canceled it😆😆, customer service same line. My first experience and my last order with Carsars. I continue with Domino's pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a meal with my pie specifically said wings and 2 liter ginger ale. Was only charged for the pie and wings and was told by the cashier jonida p. It was to late that I had to say which meal I wanted when I clearly stated that. O tip of that was given a dried up pie that looked to be a thin crust. When I stated my issue I was told it wasn’t a thin crust. So I asked for another one which wasn’t much better. Slices weren’t cut through. Over all a bad experience at this location with poor customer service.

the manager is very disrespectful and cant handle pressure and is both physically and emotionally abusive to the rest of the staff. This lady has even gone as far as firing one of her newest workers for petty differences, all while using profanity in the vicinity of customers.

I've given this Little Caesars 3 chances, and it's consistently disappointing and has let me down. First, they routinely run out of basic toppings like sausage, and even when you pay extra for an "ExtraMostBestest," they still skimp on toppings. How can a pizza restaurant run out of basics like sausage? That shows they are not stocking inventory properly. Second, the app will say your order is ready, but when you go inside, they’ve already given your pizza to someone else—leaving you to wait another 30–40 minutes for another one. I am not arriving late for example the app said pizza ready and 3 minutes later I go inside and they are like sorry someone else must have gotten your pizza. How is this possible? Don't you verify the customers name before handing the pizza over? Third, the customer service is terrible. Mistakes are common, and there's little accountability or urgency to fix them. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I've given them 3 chances and this is ridiculous.

I asked for my money back because I could not return as I don't live near. the worker said I can come back anytime for the right order but he couldn't give my money back.
