Best Chinese around not like the one by market 32 that gave my kids raw chicken.....

I've gotten so tired of the Chinese food around town, all the dishes taste exactly the same, with the same gloppy sauce. I was pleasantly surprised that what we ordered was more flavorful than other places. It had actual seasoning on it. What was identified as spicy was actually spicy too. I will be going back

The best food, service and just the sweetest, nicest family restaurant we've ever visited. Whenever we visit Newburgh, we always stop by Foo Chow for their always fresh, brilliantly seasoned food. They are my absolute favorite restaurant in Newburgh!

They are lovely people. I have been going to this place since I moved to Marlboro. They are wonderful and kind. I have never had any issues. They are such great and hard working people. The best Chinese place around the area and I always recommend it to everyone.

I had some of the best bbq boneless rib tips here. My friends and I were visiting from NYC and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, efficiency, and flavor of our meal. Crab Rangoons, bomb, pork fried rice, ok with soy sauce, the boneless bbq rib tips, fire, and the Singapore meifun was delicious. I highly highly recommend coming here for your cheap Chinese craving!!!!

I have been going here since the late 80s. The food was great back then, and it STILL is. The owners/cooks are fantastic and the portions are GREAT. I will continue going here till one of us are no longer around. Haha!

Ordered takeout from here, because my old go to shut down out of no where, and I was pleasantly surprised! Walking in the place was super clean looking, even the back kitchen looked pretty clean from what I could see. The boneless bbq rib was absolutely awesome, definitely coming back here for that! Also got the sesame chicken combo, chicken lo mein and fried dumplings; all were super tasty. All in all we enjoyed our first meal here, I'll definitely be coming back and I'll drop some photos and an updated review!

Ordered the boneless spareribs, and some egg rolls. The food was freaking awesome ! The inside of the building was clean and looked freshly remodeled! Dont judge the outside of the building that definitely could use some updates. The best part i feel was the price, definitely the best prices around.

Large portions, typically ready before the expected time, food is consistent. Never actually seen someone sit and eat inside.

Great place for takeout. The crab Rangoon are awesome and cooked well. The staff is attentive too. My only hangup is like every other takeout place. There's supposed to be pork in the PFR. not just 4 small chunks in a sea of peas n carrots but ill chalk it up to supply issues

They have the best Chinese ribs we found in the area. The rest of the food lacks flavor. There's too much breading and not enough meat on the dumplings and wontons. I would be willing to pay much more if it was the other way around

Fast, friendly, family run establishment. Polite owners serve up perfectly cooked meals with a smile. Their fried rice and egg rolls are the best in town, not to mention their more challenging menu items. Their decor could use an upgrade, but the food more than compensates for it.

Chicken wings are bigger than most places but everything lacked flavor. Beef and broccoli was a tough piece of beef and sauce didn’t even coat it. Otherwise their service was pleasant.

We ordered takeout from here tonight. I got an egg roll and chicken fried rice. The egg roll was decent, they didn’t include any sauce, at all… luckily we had some at home. The fried rice was awful. No seasoning at all, barely any chicken, I had to dig through tons of unseasoned rice and veggies to get to a singular piece of unseasoned, undercooked chicken… it was gross and basically inedible. Two stars is only because the egg roll was decent and my husband’s chicken soup was good.

This place was once the best Chinese take out in Newburgh. Sadly the last 2 orders my food was below average. I notice the change of flavor a few months ago, I thought maybe the usual cook was out for the day. I decided to try it one more time before I X it out of my rotation and so it taste exactly as a few months ago below average. So I'm assuming they Changed ownership or got rid of the original cook. And That's to bad...

They charge you different prices for the same amount of food. I used to go there and get three separate meals with drinks for 38 dollars and change. Then I went back again 2 weeks to a month later and they're trying to charge me $40 to $43 stating prices went up for the same amount of food. I just went there recently and they tried to charge me for the same food for three the same exact food in meals $47. When I complained, He said to give him $45 instead. For the same amount of food. It wasn't even on the card. I paid cash. It feels like their price gouging or making up different prices every time you walk through the door for the same amount of food. When you tell the person and complain they say oh I forgot to charge you before for something else but I've always paid no more than $40 for three meals which are the same amount of food . They're going up to $47 to almost $50 for those same three meals. I am done with this place. Beware of the price gouge. One week you might pay one price, another week they'll charge you for the same food, a higher price. Like they're doing you a favor. Buyer beware. With cost of living the way it is .You try to go to places where you're going to be able to afford it. Then you go here and they look at you like they're trying to put one over on you. I'm disgusted after spending more money every time I go. My ribs were burnt. there were no Forks or napkins given. Save your money and go someplace else. They price gouge here. Last time I checked, that's against the law. Save your money, and the aggravation. Steer clear of this place. They're Crooks. ☹️👎👎
