I went out with 2 people and we had a very bad customer service experience here and the food was bland, the portions were small for the pricing I could’ve honestly made this at home for sure also the ladies that work there are very rude and they tried to gaslight what we ordered when we know we ordered the right things and they laughed at our faces… I’m not even joking. I’m being so honest. I honestly should’ve read the reviews before even coming in but that’s on me lol. Also when they messed up our order the lady that took our original order went to the back to gossip about us and never came back and we heard it loud and clear since we were all Hispanic and so another lady came and told us what was wrong and etc … I don’t recommend anyone coming here… honestly this place is more for people who want to drink …. This place ain’t that much of a restaurant but come as you wish also I forgot to say we were the only ones there and how could they mess up 3 of the same meals?? and it took them a while to bring the food… by the time we all ate… our food was already cold .. so yeah

Took about 45 minutes to get 3/three/tres pupusas from when I ordered to when I received them, and there were only about 5 customers in the restaurant, ridiculous 😑

I came to this restaurant as I wanted to try the cultural food of the country Guatemala, I was utterly disappointed. All of the food me and others there with me were covered in mayonnaise. And my friends son had a shrimp soup, and he ended up choking on them because it had the shell still on it. The service there terrible, I kept on having to correct my server for all her idiotic mistakes. I believe their was no air conditioning as it was very humid inside. And in the bathroom their was a window that you could very clearly see through which I did not feel comfortable with at all. And the overall food was just bad. I had a Guatemalan friend their with me and she agreed that the food tasted nothing like authentic food. And the water they handed us was the cheapest brand out there. And at the end of the chaos I had to pay an extra $7 fee for paying with card. Very disorganized, do not recommend 😘

Horrible place. BEWARE online prices are FAKE. The food at this place is HORRIBLE. The actual prices on the menu at the restaurant are 2 times more what they are online. Pupusas are $4 each and they are frozen and reheated. The pupusas are not made fresh. We waited over 1 hour for service while the waitresses were dancing on top of the table at the bar. The mix dish was $20 or $25 on the menu at the restaurant but they tried to charge me $35 claiming that the peice in the computer was different and that it was the actual price. So verify your check before you pay it. The owner had to be called and still they would not fixed the prices until I threatened them to call the police or I would leave without paying. WE didn't even got silverware until we asked for the 3erd or 4th time. AVOID THE RIPOFF AND THE STRESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON GOOD FOOD. Even if the food is bad somewhere else, it could never be as bad as this place.

When I complained they said a regular drink is $10. Can you imagine paying $10 for a mixed drink and she didn’t even put a hole shot in. A place like this shouldn’t be in business.
