Me and my wife wanted some home cooking so we decided to go here. Wife had the turkey dinner with the fixings. Said it was real good and hot. I had the mushroom and gravy on a chop steak. Was surprised on how good it was and hot. Our waitress keep coming back in a timely matter and keep our drinks fresh. We will go back before we leave Niagara Falls.

We’re from California. This restaurant was near our hotel arrived at the entrance and was welcome by TJ. And our Waitress , Patty. I had a smile that lit up the room and very friendly. I came here not expecting much. Just another breakfast spot. Instead, I found a gem hidden in a sea of East Coast businesses. I ordered the breakfast sandwiches. One bacon one sausage, on a bed of over hard eggs and the best biscuit I had since FT. Benning basic training. Mixed with a dab of syrup, and i practically melted. The homefries were ok. The banana bread was fire! I would 100% recommend. Too bad we don't have these in Texas!

Just ordered online and put a request about having sides separate, it’s not for right away and I’ve had orders get ruined from stuff mixed that shouldn’t be soaking together. Asked politely, offered to pay up charge, tipped. Picked up and it was PERFECT and I appreciate it SOOOO much!!!! Am so excited for my meal later :) also, counter help was so sweet and whoever wrote have a nice day on my bag straight up made my day. My son and I visit here often and have done so for years. Normally I order the country fried steak, but I wanted to try the fried chicken. Let me tell you that it has been a long, long since I've tasted something that crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Hot and delicious, my new favorite item on the menu😍

We had a delightful breakfast experience here! The staff was friendly and accommodating, happily swapping my fried eggs for scrambled and bacon for chicken sausage. Definitely enjoyed the food. The service was fast and friendly. Tipped $20 to Patty. She was so sweet to us and gave my baby girl a fudge Sunday as we were there celebrating her 12th birthday. Atmosphere was relaxed and quiet other than the sound of forks and chatter. Greeted us and seated us in less than 5 minutes. The closest I had to Bob Evans in my state is refrigerated mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. To have the actual Real Deal was a huge treat! I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits while my friend ordered the cobb salad (huge!!). It was under $30 for both of us which was amazing!

We ordered the half salad combo with soup, and a lemon pepper sole with upgraded onion rings .The plates were well portioned for the price . There was a bit of a wait to be seated, and the food took a while to arrive. The restaurant was short staffed and our waitress was very apologetic about it. But it's all good because we had a nice meal.

We visited Bob Evans for breakfast and, as always, it’s a great place to go especially around the Niagara, NY area, where there aren’t too many good breakfast options. One thing I really like is that you can substitute items to match your preferences.

The food was good... But it was a bit overpriced. It was understaffed, and our server was obviously overwhelmed... A couple of our items were incorrect (sides were not what we asked for, and garnish was missing on the soup : bacon and chives, as shown)... But the overall experience was positive, and I'd go back. Thank you to everyone who was working and trying their best. (Note: the bathroom was also unable to be used because of the mess. I won't explain why, but I'm sure you can imagine why...).

The food was good and the server was friendly. I like that they offer smaller portioned meals. I also enjoyed the chicken sausage option available. We were there around 8:30 and our food came out fairly quick. The only complaint my husband had was that the hashbrown portion was small.

We were seated right away by the host. The waitress seemed tired and overworked although there were only 3 tables of customers. She was not extremely friendly initially, but she did warm up a little towards the end as we continued being nice to her. The salads, soups, and dinners all came at the same time, which we were hoping to have time to eat these before our dinners. My dad, mom, and aunt loved their food. I was given the wrong order, so she had to remake my food. I asked for extra gravy twice and finally had to get up and remind the waitress. It wasn't a horrible experience because we tried to be kind, but it definitely was not good service. The amount of food for the price was excellent. We got a lot of food doing the 2 for $22 deal. We got two appetizers, 2 entrées, and 1 dessert to share.

We came in for pick up and overheard a couple say "they told us 15 minutes but we've been waiting to be seated for over 30." I stood in front of the carryout counter for about 15 minutes until someone acknowledged we were there. The host came over and apologized to everyone and said there was only one cook and they just got a lot of online orders. There were only about 3 tables being occupied so they could t seat more people without making people wait at their booth. I feel terrible that they are all going through this. Food was pretty good, I wish they could check in with everyone more often to give an update.

We went for dinner while visiting the Niagara Falls area. We went about 7 PM on a Wednesday night. There was only one waitress on duty, and she was very busy. One couple came in while we were there and waited about 15 minutes and then left. There were only 2 or 3 other tables that were occupied. We waited quite a long time for our food. My husband's food was good. I had only had potato soup. My soup was ORANGE! It was horrible! The only positive about this restaurant was the friendliness of the waitress. She was very pleasant to us. We will NOT try another Bob Evans Restaurant.

I have always loved Bob Evans… their Cheesy potato soup is one of my favorites. Went to the Falls Bob Evans with a friend yesterday for lunch… had the soup and a grilled cheese sandwich… remarked to my friend that the soup wasn’t very hot, it tasted ok but boy, at 4:30 I was so violently sick throwing up for an hour… all my lunch!! I have never been that sick to my stomach. I am fine today so I think I had food poisoning. Maybe heat the soup up better or check if it’s good . Will try again, but not any time soon. 😢

Our server at first treated us decently, I didn't quite catch her name, but Britney (the shift lead for the date of July 23rd 2025 will know). after ordering a salad, and our food, our server took a 5 minute break and I didn't even get my salad. Once I complained to the shift lead, Britney, our server was called to the back and became very distant to me. Eventually, Britney had to become our server because our server wouldn't help me anymore.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what it would be. Family of 4 came in and was expecting an amazing meal but ended in bad service and rude waitress. First I will start with the bathroom. It was not clean and didnt look like they kept up withthe cleaning. Then once we were finally sat to a table. I wait a while for a refile of my drink didnt get one until my food was being brought out and i had to ask for the refill. Then not once was my table asked how things were. Most of the time the waitress was standing by yhe cash register or just waiting by the window for the food to be done. Never saw any managers walking around to make sure guest were having a good time. Just over all poor trainning. Then when my table cashed out Zack who was working the register let the paper run out and gold the peraon paying that he didnt know how to work the register to reprint a receipt. I told him usually if u refill the receipt paper it will reprint the receipt. Then when that didnt work he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. No most of the time when the paper is getting low it warning you of this or always there are indicators on the paper. Julissa did not apologize to us as being the guest and didnt even ask if we enjoyed our visit. Very unwelcoming. I will not be returning here on my own.

I placed a pickup order days ahead to be picked up today. I went to the location about 15 minutes early in case the order was ready and I didn't want the staff to have to stay late if they were busy waiting on my pickup. When I arrived the staff was confused and didn't know where my order was. A woman said maybe it just didn't come through the computer yet, and asked to see my phone to see my order so she could get it ready. I heard her say a few times it probably hadn't come through yet. But this is odd since I placed it so many days ahead of time, and it was supposed to be cold packed for me. They rushed to get it ready which I appreciate, but the pie was put insideways and is cracked. Also the food is warm, even though the website said I would be cold packed. I asked the employee if I would be okay to have it for tomorrow and he said yeah just keep it in the fridge overnight. However there are no reheating instructions so I guess I just have to wing it? Also it is in plastic containers so I will have to use my own containers to reheat everything, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering anyway. I am extremely dissatisfied and deeply regret placing this order to begin with and also tipping ahead of time. What happened to the computer system that they didn't get my order? I saw other orders ready and mine wasn't. The employees tried their hardest but honestly none of this is right and I wouldn't have paid $20 for this much less $85. I'm sorry to complain on Christmas but this really is unacceptable.

Overall an terrible food, poor service and a waste of time. The hostess told us it's a 15 minute wait but it took almost 40 minutes to be seated. Once seated, our waitress forgot about us and took another 15 minutes before she came by. It's usually hard to mess up breakfast but the food was awful. The portions were small, the food was greasy and overcooked. The pancakes came out covered in chocolate sauce which we didn't ask for and the iced coffee was even more sickeningly sweet. We had to send it back and replace it with a regular cup of coffee but they still charged us for the iced coffee. I wish I took more photos to show what it looked like. The whole experience was almost 2 hours and only took us about 15 minutes to eat. Highly would not recommend this place!
