The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with my app when trying to pay once. They were patient with me and helped me solve the problem!

This is my local Starbucks. I spend a lot of time here. It's a very busy shop but the staff are cordial and engaging, and on the rare occasions they screwed up my order, they always make it right.

They have a good set up to keep customers and employees socially distanced. The employees are friendly and efficient.

This is my regular Starbucks. They have a steady stream of business but there's never a real wait. The staff is professional and I think they make the best caramel macchiattos around. I like the locations and there is wonderful outdoor seating. And there is a drive through if you are in a hurry.

Nice and big- Don't go when school's out then there's tons of pre adolescent teens talking about absolutely nothing loudly and consuming caffeine- joy. Starbucks has become a mere rest stop of pedestrians to stop and get some air conditioning or blow up the bathrooms.. Starbucks needs to bring back the Coffee Connoisseur program - they don't even offer to french press or make you feel special like they did in the past. No more orange free drink tickets haven't seen those in over five years at least. Oh! and what happened to the "third space" ideology- I only do the the drive through.

i had great service here! everytime i have came here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. the schenectady starbucks made my drink completely wrong and refused to fix it for me after i asked kindly for them to correct it. i went to this starbucks to tell them about my situation, they were extremely nice to me and Brandon fixed my drink without asking further questions. thank you!

Stopped in to get my chai latte and breakfast sandwich. Lovely cashier greeted me with a smile and didn't make me feel rushed. The girl making my latte was new and doubled checked all orders and make them perfectly!

Computer system was down so we waited a bit longer. But the guy who took our order and was at the window with the green and reddish hair was great! Great sense of humor and very pleasent, wish I'd cough his name.

I wanted to take a moment to express how much I love this location. No matter the time of day—busy or slow—this establishment never disappoints. The crew is extremely friendly, and my specialty coffee is perfection every day. A good handful of the staff know my first name, and they also praise my dog, Blu! I always love Starbucks and customer service at this location is always incredible, however, the barista I had this evening was impeccable. She made me and my friend feel so valued as a customer, had an incredibly friendly personality, and introduced us to different drinks that we would have not otherwise tried. Starbucks should change the led on the refresher, leds does not hold properly, no matter how secure it puts on, keeps coming off. And it's not a case of one led. Leds on the refresher are faulty, and it causes the drinks to spell.

The employees had no communication between them. I ordered a drink, they gave me a iced version. When I specified that i wanted hot, there was no issue, but other employees kept trying to give me the iced version while the original barista made my new drink. Another woman recieved a smaller size than what she wanted, making a normal wait even longer as the store started to get busier. In their rush I didn't get a heat guard on my drink, which is a minor inconvenience but was a sign that the baristas were rushing because of simple mistakes.

The place was extremely busy every time that I went. I was looking for a place to sit, get some work done, and enjoy an espresso, but there was nowhere to sit. I can't say much about the staff since I just walled in and immediately walked out

Bad Service Drive thru doesn’t listen to you. They talk over you cutting you off to just tell you to pull up. Then they don’t even have your order ? They don’t want to listen to your specifications but they get mad when you tell them your order is wrong ... Most of the girls are very unfriendly.

I treat myself to a Starbucks coffee a few times a month. I keep it simple, Venti Pike's, black. For the second time in as many visits to my local Starbucks, I drove away with a lukewarm coffee. $3.50 to microwave my beverage when I get to work!

Other than letting my shots sit for way too long, its usually fine, but this time I said Quad Mocha as in a basic latte and it wasn't put on the order sign, since I was in the drive thru, until after I drove past and was given a Blonde with mocha because they were fawning over the dog from the car before me

Two stars only because the staff was slammed working as fast as they could, while the manager stood by and stocked the shelf with coffee mugs. Staff was amazing. Poor teamwork from manager.

I drink black coffee only. This is an incredibly difficult order for Starbucks. After ordering black coffee I often have to wait 5 mins while they make more advanced drinks first. Nearly every other coffee place will hand you a black coffee promptly. Something about the coffee tastes off. Since most people order sugar drinks the coffee quality is not great and or not brewered properly. Additionally this place lacks a sense of place and has limited seating.

There was only one other table occupied with three people in the place. And this was the loudest coffee shop I've been to in a very long time. I had to really focus to hear what my friend, across the small table for two, was saying. This was due to a combination of poor inside design and a large staff behind the counter who were loudly communicating constantly, the loud machines making drinks (for the drive through). I've always been a fan of Starbucks coffee but I will never go to this one to have a coffee with a friend again.

Green tea latte was never mixed at all. Dry and clumped on bottom of cup.

I ordered a cold drink and it was mostly filled with ice and not much else. The prices here in general are very high.

Worst serve ever! They are so slow and rude when you ask about your order. Took over fifteen minutes to get a refresher that i mobile ordered.

Come here if you want to pay almost 6 dollars for a cup of ice...got an iced matcha green tea latte and it was so packed with ice I struggled to put my straw in. Had to pull over to fiddle with it and I ultimately got about 3 sips out of a $5.24 drink.

I keep having bad experiences here. I'm going to stay away for a while. One young lady most of all. Gets order wrong. Places my order last so people behind me get their purchases before me. When I ask what happened she is defensive. I don't want to think its racial but I can't rule it out either.

Went there last night at 7:00 pm, 2 hours before closing. 6 people on staff. No napkins out, trash over flowing, only food was breakfast sandwiches (they said the truck came in Tuesday morning), green iced tea not brewed & ready but never told me there would be a delay, so I'm waiting and waiting for my drink, which I would like to have had with my breakfast sandwich which,, in addition, was not warmed enough. I've never seen a Starbucks in this tough of a shape.

The staff at this location are not professional. The drinks are correct only half of the time. If you want a good latte, drive to the other location on watt or rt 7.

Since the beginning of this school year you can see the difference in the staff very lay back, majority of the time you can see the puddles like no one is cleaning after themselves. Employees are very inappropriate, some will go beyond to make your feel welcome, others you will hear them talking a lot of trash about their managements issues or even telling customers about it. Is really unprofessional. Is definitely not the same Starbucks that I remember from 2-3 years ago. The good people is gone.

I went to ths Starbucks this morning, the staff kept walking by the register without any acknowledgement og me standing at the register, the only one that paid attention was the individual at the drive-thru window that waved. The staff, at least 4 behind the counter, didn't say hello or ask for me to wait, they just kept walking by ignoring me. Rude staff and will not ever come here again, I will continue patronizing the Starbucks in Schenectady where the staff is always friendly and smiling.

Very poor customer service. Extremely immature staff. Customers wait very long before even being acknowledged. Drinks are put on the counter without the customers name/or drink being called which leaves many people touching other people’s drinks every 2 minutes wondering if it’s their own order. Very sad for a coffee shop in a nice town like Niskayuna.

Not sure if this is a Venit Refresher or Venti Foam. This is the amount of drink I get when I ordered a refresher. Not going back there again. Total Ripoff!!!!!
