We came for dinner. Very good food and if you order the ice cream it will be giant. The ice cream has a weird texture but still good. They regularly stream big games with their projectors. Highly recommend for good and convenient food.
We got a booth and it felt very warm and cozy. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. For drinks, my wife had the salted caramel coconut cocktail and I had a hazy beer. Very happy with both. My wife got a chicken sandwich and I got the French dip, both came with fries. The food was very tasty and comes in good portions. The staff were all friendly and helpful. You didn't feel like anyone was rushing you. This was our first time, we'll definitely be back.
We stopped at The Broken Inn on our way home from spending the weekend with friends in Albany and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The atmosphere is inviting, the food was delicious, and it’s family-friendly too. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to bringing friends along next time!
Pleasant Surprise! Wasn't planning on Happy Hour, but was walking by and decided to stop in. Such a nice place right in the middle of Nisky. Highly recommend! Super clean, Guinness on tap, friendly staff and awesome food.
I love this place and will return. The food comes out hot and fresh and the young guy that waited on us was very helpful and funny and out food was right as we ordered it. The cook I believe was Kevin made our order perfect.
My first thought?? Why have I not gone to this place sooner... Seriously... Unbelievable!!! They open at 4... It's cash only... They use peanut oil... Can't speak for every dish but I can speak on the Reuben - my dear friend and I have been on the hunt for "who's got the best Reuben" well... This jumped up to the top 3 for sure!!! Can't wait to go back! PS - fantastic fries... Get the cheese sauce on the side!! Or they offer loaded fries... Just go and be glad you did! Oh and one more thing... You like carrot cake?? Hahahaha yeah... Get it to share or have it for yourself for the next 2-3 days; you'll see
What a delightful and delicious experience we had tonight! Wonderful ambiance, great service, comfortable table, and, best of all, excellent food. Recommend you take a look at the menu before going as menu is limited.
Excellent brunch on mother's day (and every day), Erica is a great server!
Amazing food, great service, and environment. Our service was super friendly We will definitely go back

Well, love, everything about this place and need to mention the great staff that work hard in the tiny kitchen!
Please get some kind of a German lager on tap! Great place with great atmosphere and friendly staff. A local vibe that you only get in small neighborhood pubs like this. The food is good. I'm not gonna say it's restaurant level but it is a pub, so level your expectations here.. I just wish the beers on tap were a little more broad in the spectrum of what they have to offer.. would love to see a nice Spaten Lager on tap or another type of refreshing lager or pilsner.
The Broken Inn is the place to go if you're a Buffalo Bills fan! We went for an afternoon game, making sure to arrive early enough to get a seat at the bar. The bar server, Meghan, greeted us immediately, advising us that they use peanut oil, they are a cash only establishment, and that all draft beers at all 3 of there locations are $5 for the foreseeable future. How can you beat that? The food was top notch, I got the veggie burger with chili fries and used the sweet chili sauce to dip my veggie burger in... Yum. My companion got the wings, I was told they were great and I can attest to the fact there were no leftovers so they must have been good! Total charge for SIX beers, veggie burger and a dozen wings, with tax was about $65. We left full and more than satisfied with the entire experience. Also, the Bills won! Go Bills 😉
Went for dinner with 2 others. Apps we had corn nuggets and the hummus. Dinner we had a burger, buffalo salad and a wrap with chicken. Very nice size portions for price. Good food and service. Room was a little warm tempurature wise. Busy time. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Cash only but they have an ATM if need. I totally support their policy and reason for such. We're not from area but would go back again. Not sure how many patrons were local vs outsiders but it was full. As they stated throughout their menu and wait staff, they fry in peanut oil. I guess if someone is allergic to such that is a problem. We saw a few people getting the desserts and boy they are HUGE. The menu has funny descriptions of items. It's a fun read.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, it's nice to finally find a place with the genuine charm and character that other taverns try to emulate. They are cash only, so bring money or use their ATM. They end up donating the extra 3% that would normally be given to the CC companies to local charities. The menu has a good selection of standard pub fare, with amusing descriptions and anecdotes. We got the Reuben, French Dip, and had to try their hamburger. The portion sizes are large, well worth the price. Chips are great and the sweet potato ones even moreso. We tried to fit a dessert in as well, and the massive cookie sandwhich is very much Massive! Would be a challenge to eat one on your own even if that was the only thing you ordered. Definitely enough of a dessert to split between four people. It was only our first visit, but we'll definitely be making this one of our regular spots.
First off, this restaurant accepts cash only. Also they use peanut oil to fry. You may want to be informed those things before you walk in and sit down at a table. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The service was good. I got a turkey club sandwich, that was a joke (in a good way 😹) l had to go slowly so the sandwich won't fall apart. The french fries are just okay. Food was good overall. I'll probably go back.

Cash only so be prepared for that. Nice neighborhood place to grab food and drinks with a friend. They even let us split a sandwich (some dont). Great place to support local community.

Girlfriend and I arrived and were seated pretty quickly. The staff was really friendly, the restaurant was clean. We ordered the Broken Inn Burger with an egg and a grilled chicken salad. Something came up so we asked to have our food boxed up to go before it came to the table. The salad was average, but the burger was cold by the time I got in my car in front of restaurant. But at the heart of this review, dear reader, is an egg. When we got in the car, instead of a fried or sunny side up egg, I found a peeled hard boiled egg in my take out box. I couldn’t go back, and I do believe they would fix the order if I had asked. But I can’t stop thinking about the egg. Either the cook honestly thought I wanted a hard boiled egg with my burger, or didn’t care and whipped a hard boiled egg in the box. I guess I got what I ordered, but I really didn’t think I’d have to specify. Unlikely I’ll go back.

Was able to make it in on Wednesday. The service was good. Told me right away about being cash only and they fry everything in peanut oil. Good selection of beers including a local brewery. Food cane out quickly However, the sandwich and fries I ordered could have been better in my opinion.
Waitress delivered the wrong food. Order a Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread received a Chicken Warp. Never came back to check on us. Service was extremely slow. We had to wait 10 minutes for her to bring check. When we asked for the check she stated she brought it to us, then proceeded to pulled it out of her apron. Food was so so. Just average.

Tried to call for a takeout order last night and got sent to voicemail😂, how awesome is that!
We recently visited The Broken Inn, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The food was disappointing—our chicken sandwiches were burnt, dry, and completely lacking in flavor, while the Bavarian pretzels tasted like they had just come out of a freezer. The only redeeming item was the kids’ chicken nuggets, which were surprisingly decent. As for the atmosphere, it had potential but was marred by blaring hair band music that made it hard to enjoy the meal and flickering LED sconces that were more distracting than ambient. Overall, while the concept might have promise, the execution—both in food and environment—fell flat.
We went there once a couple years ago, food was ok. What blows me away is that they're cash only. What legitimate restaurant is cash only in 2025? We decided we wanted to try this place again today for take out. Called to order and were told they wouldn't take an order over the phone because they're cash only. So now I have to go to an ATM and then wait for then to cook my take out order in person? No thanks, I'll continue to pass on this place. It's sad because it's the closest restaurant to my house and I'd probably go here a couple times a month if I didn't also have to make a trip to the ATM every time. I can't be the only person who feels this way. Is the 3% credit card fee really that important to you? A lot of restaurants pass that on to customers at this point anyway, why not just do that? Something is up beyond not wanting to pay CC fees. Hopefully these people don't ruin Memphis Kings too.
I sat, I ate, I listened. Neutrality was advertised, then quietly revised. Some tables are set by who is allowed to matter. I noticed who wasn’t. I finished my meal. That was enough.
