Appetizer and main dishes came out quick and hot! Kids didn’t like the steakhouse mac, a lil too peppery but good for dad to eat. No complaints we visit this location once a month.

Food was out in a timely manner, our waitress Anita was amazing and very attentive to me and my fiance. The food was really good and hot everything was made correctly. Portions were decent and the boomerang mini margaritas were a really nice touch and the cheesecake was phenomenal. Don't have a picture of the cheesecake because I took it to go lol

The grilled chicken on a Barbie was a cheap piece of low grade chicken , butterflied to enlarge the serving . tasteless cheap chicken and probably worth $3 not the $20 i paid for the meal. A scoop of Mashed potato with peels . The French onion soup would have been good if it had croutons added along with the cheese and some onions in the soup ,made a mistake by ordering here in the past for delivery …never again

Super disappointed. Yes they had a pipe break and that was chaotic. I was trying to pay the bill on the unnecessary kiosk and it froze. Plus I made a mistake so I asked that it be cancelled. He hits Process! Then takes the battery out to “cancel it.” It was loo late it did process and he didn’t know how to fix it. Another couple were told they couldn’t use a coupon and a giftcard together. Not sure why but sounds like BS. At another table, they had multiple issues and weren’t happy. It seems they need to get themselves together and put customers first

Service was ok - could have been better honestly. Dirty dishes left on the table almost the entire time. Food was decent. Dessert was the best of all the dishes. Prices were very high for portions served. Lived up to it being a chain restaurant.

Don’t get the steak house Mac and cheese been shitting diarrhea and throwing up the last 3 days since I ate it. My dad had some too he’s been doing the same. I talked to my friend about how it messed up my stomach and sat there telling me he had it a week ago and had the same exact meal as I did and he’s been throwing up aswell. The must cook a massive batch of Mac and cheese and warm up to order or something for the week…

Horrible horrible location. My wife, kids and I always like going to outback and we tried this location and we got seated. We waited for 20 minutes with no sign of a server and then when the waitress came by she gave us excuses as to why we were waiting and didn’t apologize. We specifically asked to order everything since we knew we would be waiting a long time. The appetizer came before the drinks and we were all thirsty with no drinks for a while. The drinks came and the waitress spilled my daughters drink on me without offering me a towel to clean it up. The manager came up to us and apologized and said that shouldn’t have happened. We still faced a long wait for our food and my wife’s steak was supposed to be well done and it came out medium rare. To make things worse, the waitress was giving attitude and acting as if we were in the wrong. The staff continuously made us wait just for a to go container. STAY AWAY from this place!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed after driving from Milford and passing one outback just to come all the way to this one. (I always come to north haven they are usually amazing) 🤩 Only this time my order was incorrect and it was Super disheartening! While the server was great . I ordered an 8oz filet Mignon paired with the lobster tail. Only to realize halfway on my drive back that it was not there. ( I did check my bag) But believed that the brown bag that was actually the bread was the lobster roll. I was focused on the fact that I had asked for A1 sauce and was given BBQ. It was close to closing time so I was told that they would not be able to make my lobster tail and I wasn’t charged . I was taken back since I was charged 35$ and change . While also leaving a 10$ tip for the server . Driving 45 minutes round trip to then receive a 10$ off any purchase coupon. I was once a waitress so I try to be super understanding but between me asking if my sauce was there , and being told “yes I put two in the bag “ And then actually going to get the correct one once it was noticed that I was checking the bag ! Not cool 👎 and then paying 45 dollars and change for a steak and 2 sides that’s was far from hot (obviously) when I finally was able to eat it ! Really just ruined the whole meal and experience for me . Sadly

first off we spent a hour and a half waiting for two salads and cheese fries (no bacon) well let’s just say after a HOUR AND A HALF of waiting the fries came out with bacon left on the plate and they just tried to take it off with their hands, we requested for them to be sent back waited another 30 minutes for them and they finally arrived but then charged us for the replacement. Now if you thought that was bad you should have seen the cucumbers and chopped onions they brought out on a dish with (No lettuce) ABSOLUTELY NO LETTUCE, (it was supposed to be a house salad not my grandmas garden) I can’t believe we sat there for 2 hours waiting for messed up food. We should have stayed for breakfast while we were at it. When we talked to the manager she had no regards on any of the events that happened and blamed it on the server, in my opinion i wouldn’t be suprised if she just ate the food every time it came out and that’s why it took so long. Anyways not coming back hope they never work in commercial food again.

Very sub par restaurant we had a greasy onion blossom that came to the table We asked for wings also was greasy And burger we order was med rare and we had asked for med well The blossom chicken was also drenched in grease and the Ceasars salad was mostly iceberg lettuce Never been there before Won't be going back....
