This has to be the absolute best burger king location that I have been too, let me preface this by saying I eat here atleast once a week for lunch. Every time I come the staff is very friendly and professional, the wait times are short from order to receiving food, every single order and I do mean every single order I ha e placed here had been 100% correct which if I'm being honest is a rarity for burger king but this place has never messed up my food. All in all this is by far the best burger king I've had the pleasure of being a patron of.

My first visit to this location, is great. The stuff are properly trained, great customer service. The Drive Through (Qaye) provided a service with a smile, very helpful and tolerant in explaining the menu. After ordering and received my Drive Through order, I decided to come inside for a milkshake. The Customer service with a smile and friendly and fast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Drive thru folks were courteous and the food order was correct and nice and hot. We asked for fries with no salt and the wait was not long. When I opened the ketchup pack I got it all over my clothes and was trying to get it off. We were still sitting in the spot near the drive thru so an employee came out to see if everything was ok. I told her what was going on and she asked if we needed anything and got us what we needed. Just want to say kudos to her. I really appreciate her kindness. I didn't get her name but I hope she sees this review.

The girl in the drive thru was HORRIBLE... She closed out my meal before ii could even finish ordering. When I asked her to allow me to finish she shut the window. I proceeded to walk into the establishment where her manager and the cashier completely made up for the lack of her customer service..... I'll def return on the strength of those two but other than that ii def wouldn't have returned..... She def needs to have a reality check on how to treat paying customers or find another job PERIOD......

They're really good. Sometimes the food is hot. Sometimes it's not also the biggest problem. Is you have to wait at the first window ticket to the second window? Which I think is crazy. Also, it causes the lines to be long.

They really got it together here Very respectful, at both windows!! Looked in my bag and there was actually enough napkins in there. Didn’t even have to ask for ketchup and it was in there as well! Food is fresh and hot. I burned my tongue haha

We ordered a family meal with no pickles and mustard on all the burgers and an extra fry. This is around 8 on at night. First, we had to pull forward to wait for our food when no one was behind us. As we waited, another person had to pull forward to wait as well. When we got our food, all the burgers had pickles as well as mustard if it came with it. And I had to go in to get our missing extra fry. Other times, our food was ok but tonight, it wasn't the best service.

Atmosphere is just great, food was hot & fresh. My order was correct & the service was surprisingly pleasant & very friendly. I was kind of taken aback. Can't speak on the Drive-thru as I came inside. One worker is the most funniest I have run into I a New York minute! Cheeez & crackers. Whoah.

My co-worker and I get lunch from here a couple times a month and its always prepared well. We typically use the drive through and runs fairly efficient during lunch time hours. Food is always delicious and our orders are always correct when we arrive back at our office.

I'm giving this Burger King four stars because the food is always excellent. Normally, I purchase from drive-thru. However, this afternoon I thought I would dine inside. That may have been a mistake. I wasn't greeted by the young lady cashier who just gave me a dead stare. I've seen happier faces on hostage victims. The food was still excellent, but there was a guy sleeping on the bench in the corner. I figured the manager was unaware until she walked out to the dining room to eat and looked at the guy sleeping as she walked by. I guess the tables needing spruced up was not a priority either. Did I mention the food is still excellent.

Good service. I only gave them 4 stars because our impossible burgers didn't come with any lettuce and, although I dined in, I didn't feel like asking for it. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars. Burger King has definitely improved on there food.

The staff is friendly during most my visits. They prepare my orders quickly. They ask if I would like anything else. I like to sit and watch the news while eating dinner. Overall, not bad for "fast food".This is a good location.

It is a very nice place. What I had was tasty. However, by the time I got home I was nauseous and dizzy. I won't order the honey mustard chicken wrap again. For the price it was a very small sandwich.

Burger King's burgers are always great. Their service is pretty hit and miss. It really just depends on the time of day and the crew that is working. Typically they're lunchtime crew is pretty good but almost any other time you can expect to have to be "pulled up" to the front door to wait for someone to come out of the building to give you your food. I'm not a fan of this because it means that you weren't prepared to handle my order when it was time to process my order. I consider this to be sloppy and inefficient.

Ain't much to say here honestly. It's your typical burger king. One thing I can say about this location is that it's almost never too busy. So if you're looking for the "fast" in fast food then this location would better suit you. But don't expect much more than that lol.

The food tasted fine but the chicken sandwich was still a little cold. This is not however fast food. They take one order at a time that has to go through ordering, paying, and picking up before the next order is taken. Not sure how anyone thinks that is efficient.

Service in drive-thru okay, made my whopper wrong and didn't seem to care that I had to wait; no sense of urgency to take care of me, the consumer. Either staff isn't properly trained, or they don't care as they should. Either way, the sandwich was delicious and hot and fresh! The overall experience that day was subpar. Worth a second try, later if I need my whopper fix.

The food is has always been good, however the service has not. Employees aren't all that friendly. I work in retail and I know what good customer service should be. If i ask for a straw or ketchup in the drive thru I shouldn't be given a death glare.

Someone needs to speak to the young woman taking payment at the window today at 1:14PM, I have never encountered anyone that rude. She opened the window, and as I was about say "hello" she grabbed my card and slammed the window. When she opened it back up she literally crumbled up my receipt and shoved my card and the crumbled receipt to me and slammed the window again and walked away. The second star is only because the lady giving the food out at the next window was very pleasant. There is absolutely NO reason for that kind of rudeness.

Ordered Sunday afternoon. Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and a fry and the lobby only had about 5 people. After standing there the manager finally gives me my order, no words, no offer of something to make it right or apology like he was taught in training, just hands me the bag. No ketchup, no napkins and the burgers looked like they had been smashed and all I asked for was no pickles on the cheeseburger and guess what had pickles? 🤷🏾 Yep. Smh

They try to make the drive thru look fast because they make you wait at the 1st window for 5-10 minutes until your food is ready and then tell you to go to pick up window. I've waited up to 15 minutes to get my food and that is with only 2 other cars ahead.

Everyone had bad attitudes especially the girl in the drive thru, it's like she wanted a problem. We ordered 5 drinks and she put only two drinks in a cup holder and handed it to us. We told her we needed 3 more. Once we got our food we still didn't have rest our drinks so we asked, and it took the whole team to convince them we needed more drinks . I mean how hard is it to get two sweet teas, two cokes, and a kids sweet tea. Shouldn't take 20 minute's. I think personally the manger did something to our last drinks because he went around the corner, but rest of our drinks were made up front, so we just threw it out. This situation was terrible! Oh and our food was very cold obviously after that wait for drinks.

We ordered 3 Whoppers with cheese and a spicy chicken with cheese. Cashier was super short and rude in the drive thru. She asked us a question, did not give us time to answer, then proceeded to the statement..."Please pull forward while we make yo food!" Mind you, they was no one behind us in line. Waited about 6 mins for our sandwiches. Needless to say, all the sandwiches were cold and 2 were missing the cheese, which she charged us for! No more of this location for us!

Now I don't typically do reviews but this has to be known. First I get to the window and I notice there are two cars parked in front of me still waiting on there food. I get to the window and they tell me to move up as well. After waiting 10 minutes for My food at a "fast food restaurant" I get home and my kids their food. My son comes running to me with a fry that had mold on it. Never and I mean never eat here or any other burger king again. These people are always rude and nasty I don't know why I'm surprised. They have the nerve to have a apply now management and crew sign up. No way.... smh

I waited in line for about 45 minute to get burned chicken sandwich.. don't go there at 7pm it was about 12 cars behind me. So they no I was not going get bk n that line to bring it BK. I think it was three people working. They should have close. Sandwich was terrible taste burnt ,😕😕

Terrible customer service started at the speaker, there is a difference in good fast service and terrible rushed service, handed my bag out the window and when I asked for ketchup she closed the window and walked away and acted like she didn’t her me, that is no way to treat customers but it’s not all her fault I blame the manager even more cause she sat there and listened to her treating customers like this and to top it off never gave me a receipt. This comment is just the beginning, I will be calling there corporate office.

Girl in drive thru bad attitude, waited 15 mins to get food and everything was cold. The spicy chicken my daughter law bit into was under cooked. We live no more then 2 mins from there and if we had to wait 15 mins on food it should have been hot not cold and under cooked. Will never go back there and employees are wanting $15 an hour well do $15 an hour work. If u dont like ur job go find another.

This is the worst burger king I've ever been to, the service here was very terrible when I went there during super bowl Sunday night 2019. All the staff INCLUDING the manager had nasty inattentive attitudes. Different people kept coming to the window servicing me and then they were walking around eating when I told them they forgot to give me my drink. They took my drink to the back then came back and gave it to me. I did not drink it I poured it straight down the sink. THE WORST SERVICE I ever had!

Got iced mocha coffee and I'm a coffee drinker both hot and iced. This iced coffee was the absolute worst I can remember ever having. Got a large had 2 sips and the garbage got the rest. Truly some bad coffee and made a believer out of me, this is not a place for iced coffee. Not like 8t was the middle of the night. It was in the afternoon. Negative stars.....

Says the dining hall is open at 6, me and my partner just got off a train wanting to eat, don’t say it’s open at 6 if you don’t open at 6. We walked 30 minutes, for a disappointment. We just took our business to the 7/11 across the street.

This place is NEVER open. No matter what time you come here, they are closed or fail to serve you. The hours are until 11 PM yet they fail to take the order at 8:30 PM. There were 4 people inside yet the person complained of being “short-staffed” and didn’t take our order. This is unbelievable, wish I could give no stars.

My experience at this particular Burger King on N Tryon was bittersweet (moreso on the bitter side). Though there was one mistake on my order the cashier remained polite the entire time. The problem came in when I was standing in line. One of the older women that was mopping the floor behind me hit my foot with the mop and decided that instead of saying "excuse me" or saying something to get my attention she just stood there. When I turned around she stared at me as if she were trying to say "Are you going to move or what?". Then after placing my order I didnt receive my receipt so I didnt know what number my order was. The lady calling out the order numbers had a bit of attitude in her tone and was upset that I didnt know my order number even though I didnt receive a receipt so how would I know my order number? I normally don't have problems at this Burger King but I guess some of today's staff need a bit more practice in customer service.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, RUN ELSEWHERE! I arrived to the restaurant at approximately 10:35 pm on April 23, 2021 and I did not receive anything that I ordered. I pulled to the drive thru to state that I had a pickup order and no one answered. After a few minutes I pulled up to the second drive thru window. I was not greeted at all after sitting for a few minutes. A worker finally came into sight and shouted they were closed. The worker never opened the window during this interaction. I was confused because I did not get to explain that I had a pickup order. I pulled away from the window and called the store’s location as I was still on the premises, and received no answer. I am extremely confused and I would like to express that. I have never had this experience when placing a mobile order before.

Food quality is fine, but the person taking the orders on two occasions got it wrong. Check your order carefully before you pay. UPDATE: I noticed later that my 8 piece spicy nuggets only had seven pieces in it.

Waited at cash window for 6mins, move forward, food isn't separated as asked, fry’s old as well as onion rings… called 7 times no answer, did leave a voice mail. Not to mention I’m a visitor of the area, and food is expensive..😡

We ended up having Hair in our food. This is a Dirty location. Half of the food was cold, other half hot. I don’t know why expected anything besides this, as this is a Burger King and the quality overall has gone extremely downhill. I will not be coming back here at all

Never had to wait 15 minutes for fries and a chicken sandwich. Wasnt even hot. The manager karine had me pull up claiming i was waiting for fries. Then had others pull up behind me everyone got theyre food. In fact i had to come back because my sandwich was wrong only to wait 10 more minutes standing outside. I have never had more attitude thrown my way for being patient. Next time i wont pull up your going to have to do your job CORRECT next time IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME .

Terrible at taking orders. They always manage to pass out incorrect food. “Manager” is snarky as well as the workers. Will drive 4 miles further just to avoid the awful service.

I don't know who gave me my order, but it was by no means a good service. The person in the drive through gave me my food, but literally crumpled my receipt right in front of me and gave it to me. I could tell she was upset. Never experienced this before from this location. However, the person might be having a bad day, but it's no excuse for not being professional.

I wish I could rate places like this with " no stars". I ordered on the app for pick up one morning and went over to pick up my order. The doors were locked and I had to yell through the door to tell them that I ordered online for pickup. An employee directed me to go through the drive thru even though I walked there and didn't drive. Apparently if they are short staffed they don't open the door. This place might as well be shut down for all of that. I am originally from NY and I have never seen anything like this! SMH

The worst Burger King order that has ever been handed to me. My Dasher was at the restaurant for more than 40 minutes. My food arrived completely cold. My Whopper looked like a flat sloppy basic hamburger. When my Dasher called to say they only had two options for sauce, I asked for two sweet & sour. They gave me one, plus a ranch. Really a bad experience. Cold fast food, two hour wait, plus the wrong condiments... I hope they drop this location.

Our order is "NEVER" right when we go here. None of the extra items that was ordered was out on the burgers and after getting my order for a second time it still wasn't right and didn't have any of the extras I wanted on it. They had a box full of food that was given back. All this to say, check your order before you pull off.

They are SUPER SLOW. There is no point in making a mobile order here!!! They'll make you wait at the menu and then at the first window AND STILL MAKE YOU PULL UP. It took over 30 mins to get a FRY and CHEESE STICKS!!!!!

The staff here were very rude to me on two separate occasions. The first time was when I came into the building not wearing a face mask. Due to my breathing issues and being asthmatic, Its not mandatory for me to wear a mask in public. The manager very rudely told me that I couldn't be there without one and wasnt going to let me order.. then said I could but once I had my order placed, I would have to stand outside and wait on my food to be served. On the 2nd visit, I ordered through the drive thru. I was told to pull ahead, that my food would be brought out to me in a few minutes. I done so. Once I received my food, I politely said thank you but the lady that served me was very unpleasant and rude. She just looked at me with a disgusted look, responded with a smirky mmhhmm sound, handed me my order and then walked back inside. I honestly couldn't believe the nasty, very unwelcoming, attitudes some of the people that work here have. Not made to be working in the service or hospitality industries. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment any time soon. The service is terrible and the employee's attitudes are even worse. I do not recommend

Just went threw the drive thru. The guy said system is down! Second this happened in 3 days. Went pass the window employees not doing nothing but walking around and looking at the cars go by. It was two cars paying for their food! Management need to watch their employees! Stealing time and not taking care of employees ! I’m calling corporate on them! Fire and rehire!!! Just lazy……disgusting! If you don’t work don’t get paid

The drive-through had customers but inside was practically empty. We stood at the counter waiting to be attended for 10 minutes with no one in line in front of us. There was someone working behind the counter and she had her back to us the majority of the time. She did, how ever, look at us but failed to acknowledge us. We walked out, never being acknowledged. I know it's a fast food restaurant, so we don't "expect the best service" but to not be acknowledged at all is unacceptable for any service establishment.

Had a Uber eats delivery to pick up. When I got to this location and went to the drive through I was greeted and I told them why I was there. And I got no response. I then drove to the window and they turned the lights off on me. When they opened the window they said they closed at 11 which I replied I was picking up an order that was placed. The person at the window made it obvious she didn't care and said the order had of been made after they were closed and they weren't going to make it. I had to call my customer and let them know I had to cancel their order since the location was closed for the night, losing all the potential money I could have made delivering that order or taking others if the location had let the customer know they were closed.

Went to pick up a doordash order, dining room closed which is normal, BUT there was no line in the drive thru yet I’m still placed on a hold before I can pick up order. North of ten minutes. Ridiculous.

They need to scrap this location and start over. The girl on the mic was rude while I was trying to place my order. She kept cutting off while I was speaking and ended my order before I was done... To top it off this location is always out of stuff. Tonights menu was only items 1-6 in the combo's and no sodas. I drove off...

The employees here are the laziest and most clueless service workers I have ever dealt with. In the drive thru the woman mumbled so badly that I twice had to ask her to repeat what she said. She had no clue about what I was ordering and said they didn't have that. Then came back and said they did. Then I get to the window to pay and got a different answer. Also, if you don't want your drink to be all ice, ask for light or no ice. You can get your ice at home for free! Why pay for that?! These people need some serious training to learn how to speak clearly, learn everything the restaurant offers, and learn how to be honest and informative and to NOT LIE! Management needs a serious wake-up call!!! I will never go to that location again. My advice is to go to any other location. MAYBE you will have at least an acceptable experience. Good luck.

I never been in one place where the whole team is super rude, they make you wait 30/40 minutes at they moment just have me, I been there few times always is like that, yesterday I went on drive tru wait for 20 minutes and nobody take my order I enter the restaurant, they were watching the game, and talking to each other, I don't know who hired these people, better to start again, they are rude they just watching tv, the worst Burger King I've ever been in my life, don’t go there. Fired that manager they don’t do a good job for sure.

I came to this burger king to get my friends and myself some breakfast. I get home and realize that my sandwich has MOLD on it. How disgusting! I then have to drive back and ask for my money back. This then becomes an issue because I wasn’t given a receipt so they had to search for the order. When given my money back you would think that any normal establishment that has people who have common decency would apologize for the experience or even say that this was a one off situation and this isn’t what they represent. No one apologized took accountability or even uttered a word to me! I mean how trashy can you be!? How much more disgusting can you be as a business? I was in complete shock by the lack of everything. I will never go back to this Burger King ever again. My neighbor was coming in as I was leaving and I told him about my experience and he left! Lack luster. Trashy. Disgusting. Mediocre. Filthy. This place needs to be shut down!

Do not come here! Especially if you're on a time crunch. I've seen pond water move faster than this place can. Food is terrible, always an issue with the order and the customer service is God awful. Why is it my fault you messed up the order after I confirmed what was on the screen.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve never had this bad of a service. Waited 25 mins in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order I was the only car there at the time. Then more cars started to come. All they said was one moment…which one moment was 30mins. Never answered so went to the window then proceeded to say I would need to go around the line again because they don’t do orders through the window. Management and everyone there should get fired. Start fresh. If you want to waste your time this place is perfect. Never got my food! If I could put 0 starts or negative stars I would. Never coming back and I will tell everyone I know. I went to another Burger King down the street.

I come to this location since I live close by. They need to hire more professional workers! If you have an attitude or don’t won’t to work stay at home. I don’t do reviews what so ever but they need to clean house! The GM or manager need to check some of their employees!!!! If not someone need to check the GM/Managers! One lady that works in the drive threw is professional and respectful! Some of the young guys smh need to do better!!!! I could’ve been the CEO of the company and they would never know!!!!!!!

Around 12:20/12:30 I visited this location, customer service is horrible. They not only act like A I but you pay for something and don’t receive it. When you ask about it why you were charged and never received what YOU PAID FOR, they get upset and act confused.

Leaving this review for the disgusting behavior of a crew member towards my mother. She paid for drinks, never recieved her receipt, and as she was driving away she realized she was missing something so she drove back to the window to notify them. The person who encountered her was extremely rude, asked for the receipt and when she was told she never got one the lady demanded that she give back the drinks insinuating that nothing was paid for. Super unprofessional. Not surprised by the behavior as most fast food restaurants have horrible customer service, just leaving this here in hopes that one day all fast foods who do not take customer service seriously, will be shut down for good.

This is one of those fast food places where locals would drive further to another Burger King just to avoid the customer service. They are short, rude, and incompetent. My order is almost always wrong unless it's simple. I have gone through the drive-through and had the people at the window(s) not speak a word to me. I have, on two separate occasions, been asked to pull forward and they completely forgot about me!! I had to go in, and they had the nerve to laugh about it, like my being late to work because they left me sitting for 15 mins before I assumed something was wrong was hilarious. I have been sitting at the order menu and someone forgot to turn their mic off and I could hear them saying some pretty rude things. A few months back they charged my card twice for one order, when I called to have it reversed, they argued with me and assumed I was lying...that it must have been a different day I was there and the money just didn't go out yet. No. I keep close tabs on my account, and good thing. This specific location is horrific and the foods not worth it. I be giving it enough chances, AVOID.

It was 8:31 pm, Wednesday, February 11th, I was in the drive-thru behind another vehicle. After I was able to pull up to place my order, I hear the automatic recording, and then a live person spoke. As I was in the process to place my order, she immediately says pull up to the window. I though it was odd because if she was able to speak to me from the speaker, why could she not take my order there. So I begin to drive around and there 2 cars in front of me. I see them both receiving their orders from the first window. When I pull up she asks, "Are you picking up?" As I respond to say I was attempting to place my order, however, you told me to just pull up to the window. She then tells me to hold on as she closes the window and is clearly speaking to another customer that is now behind me as the drive through and begin keying in their order. Now at this point I'm irritated because I realize that she assumed I was a person picking up an order for an Uber Eats, Door Dash, or another similar company. When she opens the window back up, she asks, "What would you like to order?" I respond, "It's hard to do so when I no longer see a menu to order from." She then says, "Drive around." I then ask, "Is your manager here?" She says, "No." There's a reason why this location has 1-Star ratings, they lack good customer service and customer service etiquette. I understand wanting to get teenagers and employees that are in their early 20's to work, however, what training programs do these fast food chains have in place? I'm big on customer service. Had she'd acknowledged that she made the mistake and took accountability by saying so as well as politely asking if I'd mind pulling back to the the mic to place my order and understand that it's inconvenient for me to do so, I would have without taking this negative review here. I do not trust placing an order when people seem to not care, show that they are incompetent in doing their job, and or are rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. As a customer, I am not always right, however, in this situation I chose not to tell her about herself because it would have not been nice, so I left and went to the other N Tryon location where I've never had an issue with ordering. I live closer to this one and since I'd not ordered from them in over a year, I thought, why not. Well, this is why I will not ever again unless they hire people that are going to do their due diligence.

Zero stars if I could. The manager, Kentrel, gave me and my friends an awful experience. I came in with two friends and when I came up to order, everything seemed fine at first. My friend was fixing his coffee at the pickup counter (adding sugar and cream). Yes, there was a small mess, but we were going to clean it. Instead of politely addressing it, Kentrel stared at him with the nastiest look and spoke to him with a rude attitude. He then proceeded to loudly talk about us negatively to his staff within earshot, which was extremely unprofessional. After we sat down, I realized I never got my drink, so I walked back up to the counter with my receipt folded in my hand to show proof. Kentrel automatically assumed the receipt wasn’t from today and acted like I didn’t even buy my food there, even though I was literally sitting right there and had just spent around $25. He told me I’d “have to redeem it tomorrow,” which made no sense and felt like he was assuming I was broke or trying to get something for free. He also tried multiple times not to give me his name and then got in my face after another staff member finally gave me my drink, just because I said he had poor customer service. Overall, this was disrespectful, aggressive, and unacceptable especially from a manager.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would! It’s the middle of the day and their dining room is closed, forcing you to use the drive thru. Drive thru takes a minimum of 30 minutes, that’s not fast food! They also make you wait at the first drive thru window instead of pulling forward so their clock doesn’t show the true time of how long they make customers wait. I hate coming here.

This Burger King needs a serious investigation by the city of Charlotte. I have never once in my many years of life experienced such horrible customer service. I have attempted this Burger King six times total just to sit at the window with no response, to drive around the building to see employees sitting on the counters bent over, bottoms out, on their phones or outside hanging out in their cars. If you have a question, it will not even be answered at the menu ordering station. Every customer at this location is an inconvenience to its employees. I have considered contacting corporate multiple times and the visit I just had at this location just made me realize that I don’t think corporate can even do anything about this staff. This location needs to be demolished and rebuilt again from the inside out. I am utterly disgusted.

I ordered on Uber eats took 3 drivers to waste there time 3 hours to say they didn’t have it ready then at the last minute cancel the order. In which they could had just done in the first place, then they said the food had been picked up in which the food was never even made. This store should be closed down it Keeps going down hill. Cooperate need to find new owner or just send someone to fix this. Waste of time and money. Here is the picture I took they have the time on the top. When I pulled into the drive thru, there were two cars ahead of me. I heard both drivers yelling to try and get the attention of the workers, but they never answered and eventually both other cars pulled away without ordering. I then pulled up and had to wait 5 minutes before being able to inform the worker that I had placed an order through the app. She had me pull forward and I then waited another 5 minutes before she came to the window and told me to wait. After another 10 minutes, she handed me my order. I did not receive a receipt. When I checked my order, it was wrong. My burger had onions on it, which I am allergic to and had requested that they not be included. The mozzarella sticks that came with my order were tough, chewy, and barely warm. The fries were warm but did not taste fresh. The only positive was that the drink was correct.

I ordered online to pick up at the window. I get my order and all the food was cold, plus the drink was wrong. I drove all the way back and told them the situation. I waited 3 minutes. They then gave me a new order which again was still cold. I waited another 3 minutes for them to give me over heated up burnt food. I can't even eat it and I lost my lunch break to find another place to eat. 1 star because I had no choice
