Divey, expensive spot with huge servings but you pay for what you eat. Gigantic $20 burritos 🌯 and $10 tacos. Enough to feed a family. Spent $100 on 3 burritos, 3 tacos and drinks. They also offer Cajun seafood. Good flavor on the Mexican food. I did find some not so edible tomatoes with ends still included. They do not skimp on meat here. Burrito can feed 3-4 people. Tacos are like mini burritos. It’s good the cashier does warn you - it’s not cheap. Will have to come back to try the Cajun stuff. Don’t know when I want to dent the wallet again though.

Bad fish, worse customer service. Check what they charged you for before paying, the posted menu does not have their current pricing. When I asked about it I was told,"hey, this is California bro". This place used to be passable because the food was good, but I have no reason to go back.

The food was okay, some of my fish tasted like catfish. I ordered a Seoul and prawns order. I believe they cooked all fish in the same oil or at the same time. There was a young lady before me. They charged her for my order and the guy that was ringing it up was so frustrated, because the man that was with the young lady was cussing him out. So the atmosphere was intense. But this is the first time I had an issue. I've been coming to Las Palmas for over thirty years. I think the one on Mac Author is better.

The prices are a bit different from before. They definitely went up and are like any other burrito place in the Bay ($12 average). If you want the good stuff it's up to $17. I got their regular chicken burrito with everything in it, minus the sour cream. The have pickled cabbage that definitely stands out and adds to the overall flavor. The burritos are huge. You can watch tour burrito get wrapped before your eyes too. Recommended. Disfrute su burrito 👌🏽.

First time trying this place, I ordered the steak super burrito and at first I was impressed with the size but as soon as I took the first bite I was disgusted with the seasoning on the steak. The rice and beans were delicious, the lettuce and jalapeños was a big 👎🏾,they could ov easily substitute that with pico de gallo but that's just me. Will I come back to this place, hmmm I don't think so.

Poor Customer Service! My child ordered two cheese fries and they charged him $25. I repeatly asked for my money back or for him to call the owner he refused to several times, how can you charge $13 for plain cheese fries, on the menu just for fries it says $5 and for Cheese it's $2.00, So where did $13 come from? They don't ever have to worry about me patronizing there business ever again!

Off the hook is better, don't waste your time. If you have an issue with your order they will laugh at you and be combative instead of hearing you out. Take your business elsewhere.

The lil short pudgy face guy was SO rude! So much so that I literally had to leave! He had a screwed up attitude and he was VERY argumentative!! He was frowned up and had an attitude when I walked in. He didn't seem to be happy about his job! If you're not happy with your job and can't do customer service, why be in it ?? Manager should definitely look into his behavior! A hard pass for me on returning! 💯

The food is delicious but the service is super rude. The bold guy who is getting orders is extremely rude. I really don't appreciate him not willing to help. I did not appreciate his service. He needs to find him another job since customer service is not his strength. I think if they concentrate on customer service, fire the guy and get someone pleasant they’ll have much more happy customers.

Ordered steak nachos, the guy taking the order charged me three more dollars than the listed price. Nachos sucked, drowning in topings with no way to actually pick up a chip. Had to use a fork lmao. Advice to eatery, learn how to update the prices on your menu and be transparent about it. Learn how to make good nachos.
