Dia at the window gives the best service and has a great personality! She always double checks the food and the drive thru runs smoothly whenever she's working. I've been going to this location for almost a decade and she's the best! Side note, the mex pizza is back!!!
My girlfriend and I recently had a mishap with our order, after ordering extra items at the window, we drove away with our original order, but forgot to check and make sure the new items were there. When we returned the manager was waiting at the window and already had our items ready, with extra as an apology. Unfortunately we had started speaking simultaneously and had an awkward interaction that didn't allow for him to communicate that to us. It was a great surprise upon arriving home. So Thank You! It wasn't necessary but totally appreciated. Your staff has always given us excellent customer service. 🤓
I am here on nearly an everyday basis! The kids that work here are fast and friendly! I saw a reviewer say that there were homeless people everywhere asking for your food, I think this is a big exaggeration there are the occasional homeless people here and I feed them but they do not ask for your food. You might try giving them a meal, what if you had to walk in their shoes.
Taco Bell is my wife's life. So its important for me to make her happy by taking her to one of her most favorite elegant eateries in the area. Taco Bell provides more than just a $5 Chalupa Box, it gives my wife joy and happiness as she eats her double taco. The prices are amazing and they always have mild sauce packets. My wife bonded with two of her best friends over t bell and their relationships have soared over trips to the restroom afterwards. Taco Bell you are a beacon of hope to the dark treacherous days that lay ahead. Keep bringing those awesome deals and cravings that Americans not only want but need in times of peril. The pinnacle of authentic Mexican cuisine. I've traveled all over Mexico and have never been able to find flavors as robust and sophisticated as these. The Baja blast is like a nectar straight from the gods given to mankind as proof that the heavens do exist. 10/10
Not bad pretty fast, pretty friendly, food was fresh and hot, I worked at Taco Bell so I already knew what to expect on the taste but all in all great place to go to eat some lunch talk to your friends...
No matter how much authentic Mexican food surrounds you, Taco Bell hits the spot. The Oceanside Blvd one is special. Fast, clean, friendly, consistent. Great drive through.
Don’t use the automated machine! These things are putting people out of their jobs and then we get upset because there’s no one working there at times. These are part of the reason! But I came here to leave a special shout-out to a young man that works here, Isaiah, who deserves some special praise! Kind, thoughtful and attentive he is a great reason to come to this location. So often people at fast-foods are abrupt and at times rude, but not Isaiah! He is warm and helpful and is a great asset to Taco Bell and this location. With a positive attitude and a great personality he goes out of his way to he helpful, even when he doesn’t have to! Taco Bell take note, you have a great employee here who deserves a raise and to be recognized! People like him make you’re organization great; thanks Isaiah!
Just rolled thru the drive-thru. The cashier was extremely professional, and polite beyond words. In my younger days, I always tried to be outstanding when dealing with the public, so this young man's behaviour really impressed me. I simply hsd to ask his name (Isaiah), and commend him via this review. Keep up the great work Isaiah. You're a star, and no doubt have a tremendous future ahead. God Bless You, Son.
My son's favorite is the quesadilla meal.
This 5 star rating is for the manager, Melissa. My mom and I got a party pack of 12 tacos from this place and they weren’t as good as the ones we usually got. the ones we received this time were not stuffed as full. Maybe the drive thru was super busy and they were trying to move as fast as possible... BUT, my mom called and spoke to manager Melissa about it. Melissa apologized and compensated us the next time we went. Thank you, Melissa. We really appreciate it.
I'm giving this place 5 stars bc, even being understaffed and in a neighborhood with many mentally ill/druggies hassling them half the time, they manage to get good food out to everyone in a timely manner. Like everyone else though, they have had to drastically increase their prices. I brought a teenager in with me. We got 2 combo meals for about $20. I remember when (oh no, another old lady story!) My family of four could get a special meal out (we were quite poor) for about $8. Obviously this was decades ago, but I have always been grateful to Taco Bell for providing a low-cost and fun meal for my babies. I'm afraid this is no longer the case, but I understand.
Everything is good except the hours of operation. I go to work early in the morning. And they don't open till 8. If they open at seven, they would get my business instead, they're sending it down the street to Jack in the box. But they do get my evening business.
I love this Taco Bell! All the employees are very kind. I’ve never been inside but their drive thru is easily accessible and fast. I don’t spend more than 8min waiting and that’s with cars ahead of me. If I’m the only one in the drive thru it only takes about 5.
I love it here they are really friendly my food is hot and delicious with recommend people to come in I feel that this store change is making a difference great communication skill work as a team
Food, amazing as always. (The syrup was out on the soda machine but we mentioned it to the cashier to fix). The cashier was so sweet. Very helpful and accommodating. Went out of his way to help guests who hadn't heard their number called. He was incredibly patient with the demographic of patrons. There seemed to be a few confused guests, causing no harm nor making a commotion. The cashier was welcoming and professional.
Best dollar menu food around! So good and fresh. Feels relatively healthy too. Chill atmosphere bere, nice staff. Love that Taco Bell has the happy hour too. I swear this is the best place to have lunch on a budget! 10/10

I came through the drive thru around 7:30pm tonight. Had a large order and the 2 young men at the window were so kind and well spoken. I wish I gotten their names. Both dressed in all black and the one seemed like he might have been training and had great personality. The other had a small tattoo on his neck and was very kind as well. Great young men and they even got my order 100% correct.
It seemed like they were really slow so the employees are busy in the back but the food came out warm freshly made and they seemed nice enough to talk about what's clean and the economics were stocked so it was an overall good experience
While enjoying four of the healthiest (large) beefy Frito burritos that i have ever seen at a Taco Bell, three other homeless people sat down on either side of me and proceeded to try on silver bracelets. This isn't Taco Bells fault, but it is the reason they only received four stars. It did provide a first though. What kind of grown man tries on silver bracelets with his friends one, but more so what type of man does it in public? I moved seats and finished my meal.
They never give me a darn fork when I need one. I usually double-check before I pull away and then ask for one but if I don't it sucks
When I walked in the taco bell, it slightly smelled like a food and trash combination. After taking a look around, I seemed to have noticed the facility was very clean and well kept. The male who took my order was very friendly and engaged in a small conversation with us. My companion and I both ordered quesadillas and they came out very fresh and fast. After eating the them, we decided to order a 12 pack of Cinabon Delight's and received them a few minutes prior or ordering. Unlike most Taco Bells I have been to, the Cinabon Delight's were very fresh and warm as if they were just made. I very much enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell.
No complaints, but a little Hot. No AC. They had the door cracked open. The food was fresh. The order was accurate. The fountain soda machine was nice and clean. This location is easy to see from main street. Employees looked happy. Has quite a few parking spots. More updated Taco Bell. It would have been nice with AC. Hopefully they get that fixed!
Mexican fast food - great for a quick bite when on the road and hungry. My spouse refuses to eat at any TB as she claims all of their food has a particular unsavory smell; I am fine with it. Just don't have super high expectations and it should be okay.
Sometimes, this taco bell gets your whole order right or messes up quite a bit. They have a hard time hearing through the speaker you order from. Apparently, extra sauce sounds like no sauce, and without ice, it sounds like add ice and change the drink. They also need to sharpen the cutting utensil used for quesadillas. They are never cut all the way through. Let alone when they forget to put things in the order completely. It's always a gamble going here. It's about a 50 percent chance it is a perfect as ordered meal or not.

Been eating here for 2 years love this Taco Bell... recently had a big issue though. They screwed up my order so after I paid I realized and told them at the window and then I paid again for the items I was missing and they asked what sauce I needed. I told them and then I looked in the bag they gave me the wrong sauce and only 8 sauces when I had 11 tacos and a burrito. How the hell is 8 sauces enough? I told them they gave me the wrong sauce and one of the girls handed me a bag with some of the right one in it with a rude look on her face. So then I drove off but didn’t feel like everything was there so I pulled over and sure enough I was still missing two tacos 🙃. I went inside and the woman did not even try to fix things she just told some guy in the back to talk to me. So I got my tacos but now I feel they are being weird when I come through and they gave me tacos the other day with barely any meat in them. I’m so disappointed and glad to be moving out of California soon.
Sooo we ordered food online and went to pick it up. Took like 20+ minutes and then when I went to leave the girl gave me a smirk and was like “everything is in there”. I don’t know why but I had a weird feeling about it lol and sure enough we were missing 2 items. My toddler fell asleep after being in the drive through for so long that I had to do the drive through AGAIN but this time it took over 30 minutes 🙃 just to get our complete order. They didn’t apologize or anything and was acting like it was my fault lmao. Super rude😒
Food is good and the place seemed clean. But there are too few stores and this one is far too far away for me to drive there. They charge $6.99 for Door Dash delivery and the fee is not eligible for the monthly Door Dash subscriber's discount, which makes it a non-starter for me. Count me out unless I happen to be driving by and that is almost never.
Taco bell is taco bell. The food here is prepared well and appealing. The staff is friendly and most of the wait time is fast inside when open. In the drive through the wait is kind of long. The area is not great and at times not the safest place so go to the slow drive through.

I went through the drive through and ordered a burrito supreme because I was in a hurry.Wait to meet a friend. It was very wet and as I tried to eat it .... It ended up on my shirt my pants on my coat. I tasted ok. I expected more ingredients like rice & beans and beef. A lot of Sour Cream as a percentage. I doubt if the food cost was 50 cents.
This location seems to have this idea that it is okay to accept mobile orders and doordash orders and then randomly close that lobby. I have come to this location on about 5 occasions where they closed randomly between 6 and 8pm, which are clearly not 1am. Forcing mobile orders to wait in long lines which defeats the purpose of online orders
This place is always hot or miss. Service is spotty. So.e days it's great, others they have high school kids working and it shows.
This is usually my go to Taco Bell just cause it’s close to where I live but while they get my order right, they get my husbands wrong, they act like it’s an inconvenience to serve you, and for all the times that they’ve charged me for extra sour cream or an extra topping they literally only give me the regular amount but most of the time, they give me none. I used to work in the food service industry and to see them not try better with their customer service pains me because it’s not that difficult. Yes it’s probably just a part time job but in this economy, they should be taking it seriously since I can guarantee many people would do better and actually appreciate the job. They served us at 9:11 am today but this is just the first time I’ve complained.
They have gotten my food wrong a few times, especially was upset when I got the wrong order on my birthday when I was 8 months pregnant:( their Baja blast is always watered down too. But their service is usually quick so idk I can’t complain too much.
Typical Taco Bell, but specifically, we needed to use the bathroom to wash our hands. They keep the doors locks (no problem...totally understand). However, when I went to the counter to ask, they wouldn't acknowledge me. Then my wife went to try. They acknowledged her, and let her in. Then I went back up to try again. After a couple of minutes, they finally realized I was there. One lady acknowledged me and said "just a sec". She then came up and started helping customers. I get that new customers are a priority, but it would have been a simple head nod to tell me that I'm good to go as she pushed the button...which is eventually what a new person did. Just a little annoyance, but I'm not talking about a few seconds, I'm talking about several minutes hanging out at the front counter two separate times.
The workers are super Rude! The food was cold! If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. It’s a simple as that you don’t have to be miserable though to paying customers!
I know they are nice people, but I have been sitting in the drive thru for quite literally 34 minutes for three items. This is a constant issue. What is going on??
Went tonight and they were under staffed which I understand. But, went through the drive through and we screamed at each other like lunatics of hello for 2 min and so decided to drive to the 1st window to wich they were rude because we didn't order through the speaker that wasn't working dont get mad at a customer because your equipment doesn't work
This location is always infested with homeless people and addicts. The service is repeatedly poor and the order takers rarely get the order right or they don't pack all your items. Management needs to either train their employees or a new manager needs to be found. I never leave any bad reviews, but this location is one of the worst.
In the lobby it's hobos everywhere ! I felt like i would get mugged at any moment ! The drive thru is usually pretty decent . Hobos bathe in the restrooms and they sleep at the tables inside the lobby . Don't bring children inside to use the toilets they may break out.
I did a pit stop and ordered two $6 Chicken Grilled Cheese Burritos, but they were noticeably smaller and less tasty than what I'm used to at my neighborhood Taco Bell (Carmel Mountain). They felt like the $2.50 Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burritos. This is not acceptable. I'll avoid this place in the future.
Well they forgot my soda so I had to let them know. The tacos had barley any meat. Not worth the 25 min drive and gas for me. I think we will go to Del Taco next time, since it's way closer to us and they are not stingy with their meat.
I have not once had bad food from Taco Bell, till now. I bought a taco/bean burrito value pack, and the tacos were non-existent. These soggy shelled, meatless, lettuce wraps, were just cruel. Each taco was that way, now I like their crunchy tacos, but these were just out right imposters. If I remember it wasn't to late in the evening I went thru the drive thru, so the food should have been semi-fresh. The burritos were about as bad as the tacos, least they stay consistent. I was going to complain, but really, life goes on and soon that memory fades away. But what does stay is a review. That was my one and only trip to that Taco Bell, and I haven't gone back. In all fairness I will be doing a follow up and I'll give them another chance. I will post the order and give some pictures of the food too
The ladies that worked today 3/17/23 at 1:00pmish, had the worst attitude , we explained to them their speaker was fuzzy but they yelled at us through the speaker and then got our order wrong at the window , when I said the order was wrong they said you should have eleven items and we counted 11 items. When I explained they weren't the correct items they said that's what we said, when I said it wasn't , and there were witnesses in my car , they had an attitude and did not want to exchange the food, we had to ask multiple times before they even gave us our taco , just a taco, there was other mistakes but we just wanted to leave and dealt with the mistakes but wanted the food missing at least, they had us park the car and gave the taco , immediately so I dont think we had to park the car, we suggest some customer service training about how to handle customers respectfully and how counting the food is not as important as making sure the food matches the order /receipt.
Whether you DoorDash, Drive Thru, or Go inside this Taco Bell NEVER fails to get some of if not the entire order incorrect. Also, if you’re a fan of their sauce they may give you a whole two packets of mild for 3 people!
DO NOT GET BREAKFAST BURRITOS they are not good at all. Dry tortilla, dry potatoes just dry. I wanted to dunk my burrito in water to hydrate it so every bite I was squeezing a hot sauce packet just do down the disappointed of a burrito. I regret spending those 3 bucks. Only reason I didn't give a one star is because I have tried the other items yet.

I ordered a volcano quesarito and got what felt like a dollar menu item. Half was tortilla, I usually don’t complain about my food but the price to get mostly tortilla was disappointing..

The focus on the drive through I suppose is understandable, but as a paying patron you expect service. The young man was polite but in a hurry to take my order, which was correct except for the senior discount, which he said okay to but did not apply. When I got the food and pointed this out to the young woman she blew it off and turned and walked away. Failure and just a flat out rip off. I know it's not much, but on a pension, every discount is meaningful.
I had 2 items missing from the drive thru. If I didn't check, that was $6 wasted. In this economy?! Why even have us double check the screen order when they don't double check what was put in my bag? This location in particular has had missing items for me multiple times.

Horrible customer service. Horrible packaging. When you get your food it is flopped around. Mind as well have a taco bell stew instead of individual items. Because that is exactly how it comes. Completely out of wrappings and mixed everywhere.
I am door-dasher i been here for pickup 2 order i was 10 pm i have to go drive thur the employee ask me to turn around 3 time to pickup order she said I can’t pickup order at same time and ask to to go drive thur i never happened this before because I always pickup from here nobody ask me this before……i am dasher she is giving me hard time to pickup order
WORST EXPERIENCE! The lady taking my order was rushing me and kept cutting me off while I was trying to order. I get to the window and ask her to repeat my order and of course it was wrong! And I asked her if she could add what was missing and she said No that I would have have to drive around and go back thru the drive thru and order again. so ridiculous!
Most unprofessional, disrespectful interaction i’ve ever had in a drive thru. Unfortunately not the first time i’ve had this experience at this location. Constantly and conveniently “out” or most items I ever order, only to be followed up with an attitude. 😂 It’s honestly comical at this point. Word of advice. Chose ANY other location.
Worst taco bell i have ever gone to. Always closes early. Got told at the drive thru they were only taking cash then had to wait for everyone else to go to leave however the car in front of me used a card. When i asked it conviently was working and i asked if i could order then and was told no. Never had a single good experience here.
They don’t give me what I pay for ever, they always mess up my order and act like they’re high on something . Just oblivious and don’t care to put the entire order together. I want what the hell im paying for.

I ordered 3 beefy frito burritos on sat 6/10/2017 and i found them to have a odd taste to them that made me sick to my stomach (well the first 2 i tried) so i didnt want to risk a visit to Tri City on trying the other one. Anyway I went to Taco bell and explained to the manager what the issue was and he was very unprofessional and had every excuse in the book. First he said " I dont see the date on your order" it was a online order so they never gave me an actual receipt. Then his next excuse was" your the first one that has complained about the food" lol now thats complete BS. Then after all of that i responded by saying " so your calling me a liar?" lol now this is all over 3$ and some change and i didnt even say i wanted my money back or even the garbage food remade. So i just left because he wasnt worth the argument. Now I rarely put places on blast but this taco bell needs it. If you have ever been to this location you know what i mean! Its a health hazard just opening the front door. Avoid this place at all cost.

Came out of my way to come to this place because online it says open till 1am. Pull up at 1058 the guy says how can I help you, I start my order and he says, no we are now closed. That's was beyond rude and hours state otherwise.
We ordered 6 regular tacos , and every one of the shells was busted into pieces when we got home . we were careful on delivery, so why are the shells so flimsy ? how did they get broken ? were they old and brittle ? made too cheaply ? whatever it is , i'll make sure to NEVER go there again .
Don’t ask for extra anything because they won’t give you extra, they are very stingy. What a waste. I paid extra for nothing. My nachos were dry and sad
Really dirty :( the entire place smelled like dirty mop water. So bad, that we had to eat our food in the car. Tons of homeless people in the bathroom and I'm not sure how that happened since they have to buzz you inside anyways. Customer service was fine. I would just drive through next time instead of going inside. Mind you, this is a taco Bell. I'm not expecting a fancy restaurant, but boy this wasn't a great location.
waited 20 minutes in line so I could get home and discover that they gave me a regular taco instead of the Doritos version I paid for, and didn’t grill the burrito despite them confirming that they heard me ask for it over the intercom. All in all a horrible Taco Bell experience that really put a damper on my whole night.
Terrible service. I only ordered 3 items, 2 bean burritos and a beef supreme burrito and they gave me 3 soft tacos. Oh and the employees were talking badly about the customers ahead of me. AND they were so slow that cars in the drive thru were honking. I called the restaurant 3 times and they wouldn't answer. My receipt says Ashley was the cashier so I'm putting this error on her. This is why fast food workers don't deserve $15 an hour.
This place is terrible, they all must be stoned or something they mess up our orders all the time! Poor uber eats has to refund so many people cuz of these bad employees. Learn how to read a receipt and put that in the bag not the complete opposite order. I wouldnt leave a review if this hasnt happen more then 3 times!
So glad I drove 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back to be given the complete wrong order. Thanks for the 30 packers of Diablo sauce though yay so helpful with the food I didn’t get or order. EDIT: 7 months later, How can you guys miss items so often? What’s worse is that you don’t answer the phone either to try and correct this. Living 10-15 min away isn’t ideal to drive back and forth. I even clarified “two” beefy 5 layers.
its not a complain. i think the manager of this store is very careless about its staff training. it was 12 am and was coming back from work and i was so tired. i ordered a burrito and add guacamole and extra chicken with no cheese and after 5 mins staying at the window , i received a burrito with cheese , no guacamole and no extra chicken, exactly opposite what i ordered. i was shocked , on moment i told myself is it hidden camera and they want to see my reaction, i was so disappointed.
I went to Taco Bell with my family and help a old man in a wheelchair get in he asked for the bathroom but they said it was broken even though I saw someone come out of the men’s bathroom 2 min before he came 1star
Don't get me wrong, I like taco bell, but I have had it with this place. I always have a reason to be sour every time I go there. The drive through line takes centuries to get through, there is almost always something wrong with my order, sometimes the people at the window are downright rude, the list goes on. Save yourself the trouble, go to Del taco. You get more food for your money there anyway
If you order through the drive through or in store they charge more then their website. It was a long line and I was in the process of doing the online order then finally it was my turn. So decided not to finalize online since I could just verbally tell the associate. They charged $6 dollars more. Asked if they would honor the price that showed on my phone the girl said it was funny because person infront said the same thing. She said they would not change their price. She said if I had did order online then I would get that price but no explanation or customer service to rectify the situation. Especially seeing how two customers in a row pointed out the issue to the female associate. This is a way of ripping off your customers!!! If we use this place ever again which at this point is extremely unlikely will only order using website/app so I am not getting ripped off
if you want them to get your order correct, go to a different location. It seems these people are incapable of reading and refuse to refund.
so i went to this location tonight @ 6:28 pm and attempted to use the dining area due to long drive through line, when i walked up the doors were locked. already have driving to this location i pulled around to the drive thru and asked what time the dining room closed, and they replied 9 pm , so i informed them i tried and the doors were locked maybe they could put a sign up for customers to know they had shut the dining room earlier than normal closing time. when i got to the window the first thing that was said to me was ' nobody else said anything about the sign you're the only one so we don't see why we need one' before i was greeted or anything , i then explained how it is just a decent thing to do for the customers such as myself that got out and yanked on the locked doors unaware they had closed 3 hours early. they then stated how they are under staffed , i was very disappointed in the customer service i asked to speak to a manager because the young man had a very bad attitude and i had asked for his name so that i could mention this incident of poor customer service. he refused to give me his name and so i asked for a manager , he brought me another employee who is not a manager , as i was explaining what had happened he's in the back of her running his mouth commenting and commenting and being rude and disrespectful, i informed him that this was the worst customer service i had received at taco bell, and maybe he shouldn't be in customer service if he thinks it's okay to treat the customers with such disrespect. since the young gentleman refused to give me his name he was the employee working the drive through tonight 12/7 @6:30 pm medium build young about 19/20 short black hair. i sincerely feel that this employee needs to be spoken to at the very least and needs to be trained a little better on his customer service. i will be calling to speak with corporate given the upmost disrespect i received after asking for a manager. i highly do NOT recommend coming to this location if you are really craving taco bell please go to a different location.
Just came from there with my husband and the girl at the drive threw was just plain RUDE to him she sucks at her job had attitude and didnt even ask if we needed sauce or anything she didnt even say anything to him at all. She needs a desk job because customer service is not for her!. If i was the manager of that store she would need to get off my clock i would find someone else that wants to work and does the job correctly.
Went to get some food with friends and the chalupas were hard and stale like, they forgot our churros completely.
Waited 25 minutes for my order for 2 people. Once I got my order they forgot our drinks and nacho fries. Once I told them about my drinks they said they’ll start with them, went in the back and forgot about us, it’d be faster to drive to a Taco Bell 10 minutes down the road then to come to this Taco Bell
Worst taco bell experience ever. I ordered a mexican pizza and it looked like they threw it against the wall then placed it in the bag sideways so I just received a pile of slop that soaked through the cardboard box. The burrito I ordered was one of the lowest quality burritos I've had, tasted like they made the thing 3 days ago. To top it all off they also forgot all of my sauces I requested. I will not be returning and I'm honestly impressed on how badly they destroyed my order.
One of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. Prioritizing drive thru orders before Dine in orders is insane. Why can't they do it both dine in and drive thru at the same time? Another thing too, professionalism. I shouldn't be able to hear half the crew cussing up a storm in the back of the store. Employees not communicating or having stations, each person is working individually. The dine in area was an absolute mess, trash on the ground, chairs not pushed in, self serve tablets broken. I shouldn't see Employees vaping around the food. I saw 7 people in the back "working" while multiple customers are waiting to order their food. They refuse to acknowledge customers, i have to wave one of them down to be seen. I wasn't gonna write a review but this terrible service has happened multiple times. No one had any motivation to help in dine in, the crew looked at one another for someone else to do it. The floor was absolutely disgusting, it needed to be mopped and swept. Another mention, the soda machine area was also unpleasant to look at. Previous sodas around the area dried up and left a residue that is sticky. The lids and straws for the paper cups was scattered. The condiment area was also a disaster, not separated, stains left from sauces. This taco bell is especially embarrassing
I order online. App says food is ready approx 5 min. I go to pick up and have to wait 15 minutes in the store. Happens every time. Very slow....
my tacos were falling apart right when i picked them up they are saggy and not really what i ordered it was just gross and it smelled bad in there the seats and tables were dirty and dusty i literally only had one taco and my stomach hurts they put some kind of potion in my food bru like it was gross and i ordered a diet pepsi after i ate my taco it took them 10 mins when there was like 2 people in there so i have to go up and tell them about my pepsi like i have places to be.
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS PLACE AND MY FOOD DOESNT HAVE ANY CHEESE! If I order nachos, I expect them to have enough cheese to where I do not have to pay for extra. If I just wanted to eat plain chips and beans, then that is exactly what I would have ordered. I am never coming here again! Staff needs to stop being lazy when making food!
Customer service was definitely not on the menu today. The cashier didn’t greet, no upsell, didn't ask us how our day was back, and didn't even fake telling us to have a good day on fathers day! All the basics of customer service and customer satisfaction that cotti foods values. My father went up to let them know he wasn't happy with some of the food. Most of the item was gone so he didn’t expect a new one. He just wanted to let them know the quality wasn't to cotti food standards. The cashier nor the shift manager couldn't even fake caring or a "apology for the inconvenience " which again is just basic customer service. They literally walked away from him when he was trying to ask to use the restroom instead of finishing the conversation. On fathers day! Which was absolutely insane to me. I've been a general manager for this company in the past and this is location was not in line with the values cotti foods prides itself on. At least the bathroom was clean.
I ordered through GrubHub this time and my entire order was made wrong! I paid extra for upgrades on nachos, two bean burritos and a large freeze. Every item was prepared wrong and i didn't recieve anything that i had paid extra for including the drink. I got a regular. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I use the drive thru, I have to turn around and have them remake my food and most of the time when using grub hub I have to ask for at least a partial refund and throw away screwed up food. The hiring and training managers really need to hire at least one person per shift with a brain cell that can make sure people read the tickets. This location is the absolute worst.
It’s 5:32 Sat Eve Dec 21 and someone should look at the drive thru wait times as I have been sitting for 11 minutes to get three tacos. Very low standards for this location and probably not a very profitable franchise location. Would advise to go down the street to the very well run McDonald’s.
The drive thru consistently screws my orders up. Like they just did. And won't answer their phone... If this company spent less time and money putting cute verbiage on their hot sauce packets and put it toward hiring employees and management who actually cared about their jobs, they could fix this. I guess I will keep going to Del Taco if I want good service.
Every time I come here this place is closed during business hours. Whoever is in charge for the day or night locks the doors and places a cone in the drive through. A while later they are open again. Last time I came they said they were “on break.” Everyone. The entire staff, on break. Another time I seen the manager locking up 2 hours prior to the time on the doors. She would not provide an answer as to why, she ignored me and locked up and left. Next time I go, which is today at 7:10 pm, they’re closed for a break. I’m standing outside waiting to order, come in the drive through. They finally open and tell me the lobby is closed because they’re short staffed and have no manager. I have a motorcycle and am supposed to go through the drive through. And then they won’t serve me at the drive through because I am on a motorcycle!!!! This place is trash. The owner needs to take a hard look at the staff here.
