The subs are great and the people are awesome. It is nice that you can tip the workers, allowing you to provide extra income to them if you can. It also creates appreciation on their part for knowing that you care about their lifestyle.

Food is always great.They had a employee who was rude and but now that they are no longer there they get 5 stars. The 5 after 5 is a awesome deal. Don't forget to use your club points, I get at least one free sub a month.

Jersey Mike's in Ojai?? Well even so, it feels like they fit right in. Their subs are fantastic and ingredients live up to quality expected from their surroundings - local small scale businesses. Really impressed.

my experience was great! Tables were clean although we opted to sit outside and enjoy a June summer day. We had 4 adults and ordered the family deal! 2 Giant sandwiches 4 drinks and 4 bags of chips for $25. Big Kahuna was fantastic! Staff was very friendly. I would go back for sure! Veggies tasted homegrown, YUM!

From what I understand, this is the only franchise business in Ojai. Better than a Subway with adequate seating and slightly higher prices. Friendly staff keep the place clean.

They were very slow at taking my order, had to ask me to repeat myself over and over again, undercooked my sub and overall just had terrible service. I will give it three stars however because the dining area and bathroom were very clean and the food was good (other than the undercooked sub). Probably won't be coming back again.

Decent sandwich, filthy tables and windows. Literally every table in here has left over crumbs either on the seats or table tops.

Felt bad for the one kid running the entire front customer service is number one and making me wait 10 minutes before I was helped is not good customer service! Nice young man though!

Went there waited 20 mins and the guys said he had to do a mobile order .when there were 3 people working only one maken sandwich and getting told they could not take my order due to a mobile order not sure who manages this but not very well .

There is no Jersey Mike's at this location. I have sent multiple complaints to Google maps and they have never fixed the issue. So frustrating.

Unfortunately when I went, the usual quick service was slow and unorganized. I was charged for my double meat selection but did not receive double meat. They in fact did not get one thing correct in my custom order.

Jesse completely forgot our food even when we said TURKEY no onions and he stood there tapping on his screen. Very simple order. We waited over 45 minutes for 1.5 sandwiches. Neither of the employees were apologetic or empathetic. People who ordered after us received their order before us. If you're looking for a quick bite - go elsewhere. Not worth it! They need to fire this kid, sucks at his job. As for the rest of the employees, they need to wake up. They look miserable to be there. Hire new employees and ones who actually WANT to come to work. One star because it was actually cold in there and also, because there is no option to put 0 stars.
