No doubt some of the best tacos on the Peninsula. The owner always seems to remember his customers and is always friendly. Really hits the spot when it comes to Mexico City style tacos. Pastor and Suadero are my favorites here but the Lengua and Shrimp are also very special.

Unassuming taco truck next to the Costco in Redwood City and it is my favorite spot! Super burrito is really good and fairly priced. Al pastor and asada are both super good. Mulitas are amazing!! We ate it so fast I couldn’t get a picture. The red sauce is pretty spicy so if ask for no red sauce if you don’t like spice. Great service too.

Sometimes this food truck comes to Stanford campus. It is the best food available anywhere close to campus!

I had the pleasure of trying the Veg Tacos from this food truck, and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. The tortillas were soft and warm, complementing the filling beautifully. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick, making the entire visit enjoyable. If you’re a taco lover, this food truck is a must-visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal on the go!

Their Al pastor is the best in the Bay Area. Owners are amazing too. We go here at least 2-3 times a week… sometimes more. Their homemade rice and salsas are delicious. Never disappoints

Amazing street tacos, very happy, would give 6 stars if I could. My workplace has a rotation of trucks-- I make it a point to always get tacos and El Paisa has been the best so far. Tender larger pieces of asada, high-quality delicious corn tortillas, grilled onions on the side. Great service too, super friendly. A+

Taco truck next to costco parking lot. I tried all the proteins and all are very good. Too bad there is no salsa bar. But they put the salsas on top of the tacos. The grilled onions is a nice touch. Would definitely come back again.

One of the best taco truck in the area. Good portion, highly recommending their tasty briskets and Al Pastor Tacos. First time trying their Mulitas…. Basically top and bottom crispy taco with your choice of meat. And don’t forget to order their Hochata drink.

Friendly team of fellows. Went just 30 minutes before closing, so perhaps they were already getting ready to close up for the night. Suadero, lengua and pastor tacos. Beans and rice were not all that hot temperature wise, kinda cold, and the lengua was not as soft as I like it. For me, the taste was very ordinary.

I had vegetarian tacos that was Ok, but found a piece of some meat. Their rice is not vegetarian too. Don't go if you are pure vegetarian. Don't recommend if you are vegetarian.

Had a chicken burrito. The burrito was generous. The balance of ingredients was very rice heavy and the rice was mushy. The flavor was bland. I won't go again. My wife really enjoyed her veggie burrito, however.

Had a chicken burrito. The burrito was generous. The balance of ingredients was very rice heavy and the rice was mushy. The flavor was bland. I won't go again. My wife really enjoyed her veggie burrito, however.

Food: Saw the rating and gave it a try. Ordered 5 al pastor tacos. Absolutely tasteless, as if they didn't season any of the ingredients whatsoever, made me question the freshness of the meat. Wanted to be openminded and tried their sauce, it alao added bothing. I can taste things perfectly fine, this wasn't all i had today. Service: There wasn't a line but the guy was very rushed with me. Tiny language barrier because I don't speak Spanish but the guy wasn't really trying to confirm things, just sort of making assumptions so had to repeat myself too much. I won't be going back, Mexican food is supposed to be flavorful, waste of $20.
