What you'd expect at any Burger King so I gave this a rating of 3 stars. The biggest problem I have with this location is that you don't always get the cheese added to your sandwiches. This is infuriating, especially when you get back home and find out they didn't add the cheese that you've specified. My round trip drive is about 40 minutes by highway and 50-60 minutes local. This doesn't happen all the time but who wants to do that? Otherwise, not bad for a quick burger fix.

Service and the people are great food is generally correct. Food is most of time, lukewarm or cold and soggy though. It’s a Burger King problem not a staff problem. Great staff.

Women’s room needed attention badly. Had to let them know. My food was messy and mushy but my son’s food was made well. They did misplace my online order so I had to go ask for it. Had to clean the high chairs because they hadn’t been cleaned probably all day. Decent overall

Points for keeping late hours and having a functional drive-through, but besides that, undistinguished. Seemingly at night no dining in is allowed, so you get to balance your food on your lap in your car and hope for no ant-attracting mess. Nice milkshakes, though.

Every single time I have gone through the drive thru its been excruciating slow. Messy parking lot with terrible plowing etc. The food when you received it is either cold, messy or wrong. The place actually almost never gets things right. Very sad. Maybe close this location 🤔.....

I pulled in late afternoon with my grandchildren. I was gonna take them in for the Burger King, junior meals, at the Oneonta location. Upon arriving, I was getting my children ready to get out of the car when I witnessed an employee come out to a vehicle and start attacking a person through the window. I felt quite scared so we left

The workers are extremely rude especially the managers. I just watched this old man who didn't understand how special offers on the app work and as he was asking for help the managers response " well I don't have a code I can't help you" and just walked off...she did this in front of everyone and you can tell the man was embarrassed. It's almost like they think being rude to customers is a cool thing to do. They barely make eye contact and will cut you off while speaking.

I had to pick up a doorDash order, and there was no indication that I could not go through the drive-through to pick it up. I waited behind two cars and finally get up to order, and I told them that I had two things, I start to say I have a DoorDash order and then begin my next sentence as I am cut off rudely saying “DoorDash needs to come inside.” So I park and go inside and the lady at the register looked completely miserable to be there and gave me attitude as well as the other workers there. The whole environment felt very tense and very disrespectful.

I am appalled that this establishment is still allowed to operate let alone sell food to the public. This is food poisonings waiting to happen. I went to this Burger King for lunch, the staff is always friendly and kind (so my apologies to you guys) but the food is disgusting. My stomach feels like oil when it's dumped into the Ocean. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, expecting the usual fresh, crispy, wonderful taste it's always been known to have. Instead what I received was a disgusting, soggy probably old or re cooked chicken sandwich that tasted and smelled like nothing I have ever ingested before. The chocolate chip cookies were so hard I think I got cuts in my mouth from trying to consume these cookies. Overall you guys should be ashamed of yourselves and I mean Burger King, serving this junk. Revamp your menu, or maybe teach staff to cook the food appropriately instead of handing out garbage. This meal cost me $14.89 total, the way I see it I only had to spend $14.89 to rid myself or EVER ordering, eating, recommending ANYONE here again. Rating: -981,772 out of 10
