This was a great place with a large variety of food to choose from. I will definitely return Baker's. They also have a calorie brochure for those who are counting their calorie intake. Customer service was great, cashier was friendly and brought our food to our table. Finally, the prices were great for what we got. A double Baker, quesadilla, two chicken burritos, two small fries, three drinks, and I know there was something else but i cant remember. Portions were large too.

I went through the drive thru and the person working the window was so polite and professional that I went inside to let the manager know how appreciative I was. The food was good, hot, and made the way we asked for it. Unlike the restaurant in the City of Highland where I will never go back to.

Being from Vegas we go to California at least once a month and Baker's is must do for us. The ground beef tacos are so good. Make sure to try it with there taco sauce it gives it that good taste. 🌮. And there coke is fresh tasting not flat. Lol

I love Baker's. I come from the Antelope Valley and we don't have Baker's in our area. This particular day the 15 NB was jam packed crowded and I was hungry and I thought maybe traffic would loosen up if I stopped somewhere and got something to eat. So when I exited the freeway, low and behold there was Baker's directly across the street from the NB exit and 4th Street I think the town is Ontario. So that is where I went... I went through the drive-thru. The lady took my order was very kind and courteous and food was absolutely awesome as always. I really wish we had a Baker's in the Antelope Valley

Andrea has amazing customer service. Not only did she get my order correct, but she was friendly and was quick as well. I ordered and went to the restroom and by the time I came out my food was done! My order was perfect and well portioned. The restaurant was clean as a whistle and restrooms were well kept. The team worked really well in kitchen. Baker's has YET to disappoint, but THIS one in particular has been the BEST one I've ever been to since my partner introduced me. Idk what kind of magic they have in the kitchen here, but it's heart breakingly good. A LOT of people think Cali and think In-N-Out, but if you want a true and amazing burger. 4-8-24 Much improved now, the service is great, restrooms are open, and of course delicious food. 4-17-21. Still no dining allowed. Restrooms are closed. The food was great. Been here before on trips with no issues. The problem this time was how long I had to wait at the drive through for my order. About 740 pm. Placed my order, then paid for it. One car in front. It took a bit, for what looked like a small order. Got a little worried. Pulled up and waited, and waited, and waited. I saw several employees walking around, so I knew it wasn't a lack of employee issue. Not with what 8 cars in the parking lot, which had to be employees since nobody allowed to eat inside, and the cars empty. Finally got my order, parked and ate delicious food.

Took too long to get our food in the drive thru

Pricing was a little high. Had a veggie burger it was very good. They do not have a kids menu not a good thing we had to buy a adult burger for a 4 yr old.

Good wholesome food and fast service even when they are busy. Too bad that the menu was changed to the new make your own meal deal. It just got a little more expensive when they stopped offering the combos at a discounted price. Would go back for the food, but at those new prices I would just rather visit a ritzier dining establishment with more options. That's just me.

When I arrived, there was one person working the drive-thru and the front register but after 5 minutes another gentleman stepped in and the line inside moved very quickly. There is also a order screen to the right where you pick up your food where you can order without having to wait for the register, at least that's what it appears I did not do that. The french fries were thin but very hot and very tasty. The California Chicken club was actually quite good with guacamole and bacon but I would say that the chicken itself is indicative of the times. It used to be that you would get a full 5-in chicken breast whenever you ordered a chicken sandwich at any establishment, this place is no different in that the chicken was white and could have been grilled in seasoned a little bit more, but it was also maybe 4 in by 3 in which is fairly small for a $7 sandwich. But it was still very delicious. I like bakers because they do have a great selection and the prices have gone up as they have everywhere but they are not abhorrent. I did not use the bathroom but the entire place was very clean. Highly recommended

This place is extremely slow! They're obviously understaffed and cannot get the drive-thru line shorter than 10 carbs. If you have a long time to wait have a good day I could not wait 15 minutes …

The service here is pretty awesome. It's a lot different than the other Bakers as far as their proportion. I'm not sure if summer stingy, generous. Or are they actually weighing it out to the amount that supposed to be? I think a lot of it boils down to who's actually preparing the food. Overall the food is decent service is awesome. The only thing I really like about bakers is there beans. Every Baker's I've been to it has awesome bean burritos some of them make them a little bit better but I'm never disappointed with the bean burrito of any Baker's I've ever gone to. a lot of these other Mexican food restaurant should take lessons on how they make their beans that's just my opinion

One of the good things I like about Baker's is there beans. They're made fresh and this is the only place I can ever go and buy a bean burrito and enjoy it. This one here and there's a couple other ones that I like coming into the employees are polite and respectful. It really demonstrate that they value their customers. To take a step further they enjoy and value their job. Understanding that if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job.

Great friendly service Thank you to Priscilla and Andrea Soshanahope didn't misspell, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure orders were correct and exact . Sadly they don't offer Military Discount, something to think about. Fries were good and hot. Double Baker was great hit the spot. And Twin Kitchen was on point. Restaurant was clean and tidy.. they even wipe down tables after folks leave. With disinfectant wipes as I witnessed. Parking is adequate with Handicap ♿️ available.

The prices at Bakers is getting nuts. A very simple taco, a small burrito and a small Coke, $8.79 ! While I was eating and trying to calm down from what I paid a family came in. This family consisted of 2 adults and two children. I could hear them talking to the manager. They ordered two adult combo meals and two children meals/ total $40 ! Yes, that's right, 40 bucks ! After expressing their shock, they walked out. As they walked out I told them this was my last time here also for the same reason. In n Out, Carl's jr's, even Mc Donald's, has better food for much less.

It was one of those quick stop/grab something. Got the grilled chicken sandwich. Chicken looked so pale, bland looking sandwich. It tasted just like how it looked. No flavor, chicken was dry, even handful of catsup didn't help.

As a former employee of that company sure has changed. My husband and I went there for a drink and a couple of small things to eat. The young ladies were having conversations without paying attention to the customers. They didn't greet us when walking in the door. The food was good and fresh. As we were leaving I got a drink refill for the road she poured out of the pitcher and spilled soda on the counter and asked if we would like more for the quarter ounce for a large drink. The ladies were still having their conversations after pouring our refill. The management wasn't paying attention to what was happening up front or any of the customers. The customer service needs to be reminded the customer's come first then personal conversations should be for off the clock or after work.

I stopped by one morning to get my breakfast at 730am and found the lobby/walk in still locked even though they were open only for drive through. I think it's not fair for customers like me who can't take their vehicles through the drive up to be able to get food since some of us have large vehicles that don't fit. Your app says OPEN and is misleading. I was able to speak to a worker that was taking out the garbage and told me the lobby doors wouldn't be open until 9am! SERIOUSLY 😳! and I wasn't able to be helped if I walked up to the drive up window....I really like your food but now am considering not ever coming back and just taking my business elsewhere when I'm in the area.

Went through the drive-through and ordered my go-to when I eat here, a combo burrito, small fries and drink. The casher taking my order wasn't paying attention to anything I said, as I simply asked for a "combo burrito, medium fries, a bottle water and iced coffee." He then asked me after I stated my order, if I would repeat it. So I repeated again, and then he asked what drink and I said a 3rd time, "a bottled water and iced coffee." I got to the window and paid my money. He gave me my drinks and asked if I wanted any sauce and I asked for hot sauce and their spicy ketchup. It took them a little bit to get me my food. When it finally was made and given to me, I asked if I could have some creamer for my coffee. The casher looked annoyed and didn't say anything but did go get the creamer. He then handed them to me, and I said, "thanks a bunch. I appreciate it." He didn't answer me at all. Didn't say thanks or your welcome, or have a good day. He shut the window and walked away... Pretty garbage service for the new $20 and hour minimum wage worker. Definitely doesn't deserve even half that. The icing on the cake is while eating my burrito, something tasted off, and I was trying to figure out why. When I got into my 4th bite in, I noticed there was sour cream in my burrito, which I definitely didn't order. Sad day at a place that I usually look forward to eating at and traditionally enjoy

I lived in the Inland Empire years ago, and Baker's was a favorite spot for the "real ice cream" vanilla shakes. It's not often l go out there now, but this past Sunday l was there and craved one of thier vanilla shakes. I was sorely disappointed. Either my taste buds have changed in my older age or thier recipe has changed; it didn't taste like that delicious old fashioned shake from years ago, and l seen the girl dipping the ice cream from a Thrifty's ice cream carton. Baker's shakes is now X off my favorites list. Sorely disappointed.

Waited 17Mins to get my meal when there was only one other person inside. Then when I brought it up at the 15 min mark, the lathe who was supposedly the restaurant manager immediately argue with me and said it hadn't been 15 minutes. So I reneged, and said she was right, it's only 13mins. Which again was ridiculous. There was a Hispanic gentleman working the grill area who was running around all over the place trying to bust his butt to do his best. But the lady who was the manager was pretty lackadaisical and pretty terrible at customer service. The absolute only reason they get two Stars is because I love the food

I've been to this place a couple times and I give up on it because I like the ground beef burritos but the problem is is that if you get them with cheese they are ice cold when you try to eat it the cheese is not melted at all it's really gross to bite into a burrito and get a big mouthful of cold cheese. Every time it happens I drive back around and I asked him if they could please do something to melt the cheese they tell me there's no way they can do it and basically do I want something else which no I don't I wanted the burrito that's the reason I went there I don't like Taco Bell. So then I started asking them beforehand hey is there any way when you make this burrito you can put it under a warmer or put it on a flat top or something to warm up the cheese so that I don't get ice cold burrito and they told me no there was no way to do that and nobody else has that problem and nobody else complains so I don't know but I don't go back anymore and I'm not going to go back anymore it's just a waste of my money and it's super gross and if I'm going to go home and microwave a burrito I might as well just make my own burrito at home save myself the money in the frustration the whole point was being hungry at that time and wanting a burrito you know what I mean so anyway yeah....

This is the 3rd time I come here and get this for a burrito barely any beans or cheese in it I’m practically just eating a flour tortilla the milk shake was practically just milk and had a sour taste to it and the fries were old and oily. I’ve looked past it the past two times but it now is obvious that this is the quality they will always provide. Never coming here again just thought I’d let others know so they too don’t have to waste their money and go through the disappointment. $18.00 to the trash. I mean if your on a diet and have money to throw away you should come here gave it two stars because I’ve never had any issues with the cashiers

Went to this location two times in a row including today May 15th 2021 and again they didn't have coffee and then they proceeded to give me two different stories the first one was the coffee machine was broken and then they told me they were out of coffee and then I asked which is it are you out of coffee or is the machine broken because last time I was here a week ago I was told that the machine was broken and they responded with well at the end of the day we just don't have coffee I said I understand but which is it and she said sir I am just telling you what I'm being told... They are not nice. Once they gave us 2 burrito instead of 1 when we redeemed a library reward with them. It was their mistake. Just before we were going to eat the burrito they came and said they accidentally gave 2 and took back the extra one inside from our plate. 😳 Another time when my son tried to redeem a library reward with them they said it is expired and did not honor it. We have been to places where the coupons have expired but if it for reading program they have honored it. Bakers dozen is not our favorite. Will not opt for their rewards if we have a choice. We were really happy to see Vegetarian options in there but alas their customer service is poor.

Serious sanitation issues, called in to report it immediately and no return call at all... that was 5 (five) days ago... I am so very disappointed. Would expect much better response from a family owned business. They must not care anymore. First, I witnessed the girl working through the drive-thru literally fill the entire cup up with ice as she filled up the sprite that I ordered. Overflowing with ice full… I asked her for light ice after she opened up the window and she simply flips out a couple of ice cubes and went on to fill up the cup . It was still full of ice. My kid says to me… “Daddy, these fries taste funny.” I take a bite and the fries tasted like they came out of oil that has been in that fryer for a year. Absolutely disgusting. I personally ordered a beef burrito which I’ve ordered countless times at Bakers throughout the inland empire, (of which they keep raising the price on). It was like a Del beef burrito with almost no meat in it. This is by far the worst Bakers I’ve ever been to, by far. Bakers have really gone downhill. Service was horrible. I was in drive thru. They didn't know my order. Almost didn't get my drink. I could've driven off with it paying. They never took my card, I had to tell them I hadn't paid yet. I go to Bakers to get a Boca Burger I'm inside I wait a half an hour for one burger then I get to the counter they won't give me the burger because I have $100 bill then I go back next week and get a vegetarian burrito I get it there's no avocado on burrito they said sorry so now they make the next one now there's no potatoes on the burrito now the lady starts looking in the trash can and on my table to see if i took the potatoes off the burrito that's how wacko these people are The Bakers in the city of Rialto Baseline and Riverside Avenue they're a bunch of wackos. And then I went there aynother time to get a Boca Burger and the bread is hard as a rock they have to make another burger for me so food has declined they cut corners I will never go back to Bakers again Bakers is over with the food become cheaper been wash out with water and so on THEY ARE PURE TRASH NOW and they give you a phone number to call the corporate office but they never answer their phone the whole company is pure trash

If you ask someone if they want hot sauce or ketchup….put it in THE BAG! “UPDATE!”… and you blamed this issue on the state of California’s new law! How about training your staff better??? I’ll drive an extra mile to eat better food from now on…

I go there at least twice a week for lunch, but this place has gone downhill, pretty bad where I don’t think I’ll be back the food quality is a joke for how much you spend look at these pictures. The tacos have absolutely no cheese on them and the girl says my bad that’s their response. I found a better place. Rollem up is much better food.

Worst bakers I’ve ever been too. I asked for original crunchy tacos l. The meat was disgusting and they added tomato when I was specifically asked for no tomato!

Very disappointed recommend caution when getting food here. Today I ordered just a basic ground beef burrito with extra cheese. I'm just about finished with the burrito still haven't seen any cheese at all. I was here several months ago in the same thing happened again. It's very disappointing you get charged for extra cheese and they don't even put any cheese at all. Clearly the quality of the staff is a problem doesn't matter if it's training or just bad attitude.

All Bakers are just not what the used to be. I worked there 20 years ago and the service and quality of food has gone way down. Very sad to see, they used to be a go to in the Inland Empire. I give them a try once every few months to remind myself not to go anymore I guess.

We often order bean burritos without cheese at this location to be a little healthier with fast food, and for some reason they give us a tortilla with about 20 beans in it. We already pay for the cheese since they don’t deduct cost for not wanting it, which is fine, but come on man make it an actual burrito for that price at least lol. We keep saying we’re going to stop going here and instead hope for better service the next time. Think I’ll pass from here on..at least at this location.
