Asked my boyfriend’s daughter for recommendations while we were at Disney & she told us to come here, food is DELICIOUS!!! Everyone working was great! Didn’t get the girls name up front, but I love her! Will be adding this to my list every time I come down. 🤤🤤

This Arby’s was excellent! Josh, the shift manager, took our order and greeted us warmly. The dining room was very clean! Josh then called our name and the food was honestly fantastic! The double roast beef was perfect, and the fries were piping hot. It’s hard to beat service with a smile, and you can tell everyone here takes great pride in their job.

Arby's is a favorite place to stop and when traveling we've found this location very good with service to match. They have happy hour pricing, don't know the hours for this, but items are at a very reduced price which we of course like. Arby's are at the top end of fast food in quality and this location in Bath is very good. Two thumbs up!!

My daughter and I stopped in at lunch time, on Friday, January 5th. I wasn't able to see her name, but there was an AMAZING woman working the counter. We stood there long enough to see how she treated everyone. She was professional, friendly, and an absolute delight! She thanked every person for their patience before and after they placed their order/received their food. I saw her call some customers by name and inquired about their day. Not too much to slow down the process, but enough to let them know she cares. After the lunch rush passed, she then came around to the dining room and cleaned tables and tidied up. She is the TRUE definition of an excellent employee. It's obvious she takes great pride in her work. I hope she sees this and receives proper recognition for a job WELL done. I wish I could say that this level of service was common these days, but I can't. Please let her know that being in her restaurant made my day!!! She is a true asset to your establishment! (She was a shorter lady with gray hair and a nose ring.)

Passing through twice this week and stopped by during happy hour (2-5p) for some sliders, nuggets, a shake and fries. Less than $9 for a massive amount of food. The nuggets are better than any of the other fast food chains, hands down. The buns were soft and they always put plenty of cheese on the sliders. Service at this location while not overly enthusiastic, is good.

When I went here there was only one other person in the restaurant so it was very quiet. Service was okay. If you need to use the restroom you have to get a key and walk around to the back outside. I got the large fries and a bacon burger to go. It was pretty good, the fries were crispy hot and the hamburger was great.

First time here. Cheeseburger and the onion rings were good, hot and fresh. Quick service! They have Orange Bang to drink which I love.

At some point, a stale smell filled the restaurant. I realized it was the smell of unwashed rags. The stench lingered throughout my meal, ruining my breakfast. I couldn’t stand it and moved to another seat, but the unpleasant odor persisted. The food was average, and the prices were cheap.

Really good for a fast food place, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Arby’s is kinda expensive so we do t go often but as we drove through the southern tier on a road trip it hit the spot.

Driving from Rochester to NYC and we need lunch. The staff was friendly and we were able to get back on the road quickly. The Gobbler fried turkey sandwich was better than I expected... surprising for fast food.

The Arby's sandwich is one of my favorite fast food items. The Arby's menu is getting top congested. Just too many items, which slows down service. Focus Arby's !

Probably my second time in Arby's and it was pretty good. Love the curly fries and my sandwich was perfect for the long road trip we were on. Nice lady at the counter who took our order and the place was nice and clean.

Standard fare. Fast service. You know what to expect here. Nothing out of the ordinary.. factory food.. the fish sandwich was decent.

The char broiled chicken sandwich was noticeably dry and lacked flavor; it should have been much juicier and more seasoned for the price.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to get Arby's. We are hauling a trailer and there is no place to turn around in the small parking lot. I understand that it's not their fault how the parking lot is set up but maybe have a sign that says nothing over a certain height or no trailer would have been nice

We haven't been to Arby's for awhile. Can not believe the price of 2 Arby's cheese, large curly fries & 2 small sodas. We spent over $20 dollars with a senior 10% discount. Even though Arby's is our favorite fast food restaurant we will not be going to them again.

I wanted to do a split payment and after she took my card and ran it she stated she couldn't do a split payment and it took it all off the one card. Laziness. Every credit card machine and POS system offers split payments.

Arby's is our go to restaurant, but this specific one is not going to get a second visit from us. I specifically asked for ketchup in my order. When they handed me the food I asked whether they added some to the bag and they said yes. We were back on the road to find NO ketchup and our family had to eat the fries dry. They lied well, and I didn't have the time to verify my order. And so we suffered. Not worth it.

Never coming back. This is the second time they forget to make my order. Once inside the restaurant second by phone.

We waited over 5 minutes to place are order in the drive thru; despite 3 vehicles in the parking lot. When we arrived at the window to pay and pick up the order we were told they forgot to drop our fries; pull around to the front. After 25 minutes we received the order; cold. We were very disappointed with the service we received at 3pm yesterday! Totally unacceptable!!!
