The flight of many different ales was the best. My husband tried EBC, Frosty, Christmas and red ale. The perfect sampler at lunch. I had the Hamburg blueberry peach hard cider. On a hot summer day, perfect! Lunch was the BBQ chicken, bacon pizza on a garlic crust. Amazing flavors. The service was friendly and informative. We will be back.

Delicious pizza and food. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy and they were. They even apologized for me having to wait a few extra minutes because they wanted to make sure the wings were crispy… no apologies necessary. Most people rush them out! Awesome service.

We had a group of 16 retirees at the HT/JPWC yesterday. Brooklyn was our waitress and she did an amazing job of waiting on us, and getting everyone their food and drinks in a very timely fashion. The food was delicious as well! We will definitely go back!

Our friends had the Jamaican Jerk wings and we had tacos. The tacos were huge!! Everything was SO fresh, it was awesome. Atmosphere was the best! Our friends mentioned how this will be a new favorite stop when they go to the Hamburg casino.

Came here last night for the first time ever. I was able to walk right in following the Bills game and promptly seated. Place is very nice and clean, and I was able to watch some of my Lions game. Food was amazing. My son enjoyed his cheese pizza and I thoroughly enjoyed my Bourbon BBQ wings. Great service.

We came in for dinner tonight. We ordered the pretzel sticks for an appetizer, 2 kids cheese pizza and fry meals and a BBQ Bacon chicken pizza. Everything tasted really good. The BBQ sauce on the pizza was really good. My only critique would be the bacon on the pizza. It was the really thin sheet kind and it wasn't present on the pizza taste wise. I could see it. I couldn't taste it. I would have liked a thicker cut chopped bacon. That would have made it a lot better. Everything else was great. Service, atmosphere, and price. We'll be back. 👍

Top notch service from Brooklyn, excellent fish and fries that came very hot. The portions were so large we could not finish it all. Great homemade sides with the fish fry. A little pricey but overall very satisfying experience. Will return to try different menu items.

My husband & I have been here 4-5 times. The food is great & always freshly made to order. We have had the Chicken Fingers (great!!), Pizza (really tasty!), Taco (super big), BBQ Wings (really good!!), Turkey Club Sub & Chicken Finger Sub (very good), French Fries (crispy & hot). The service is always been great too!! Lots of TV's to watch the game on. Place is very clean, nice friendly atmosphere.

Warm, cozy place to escape the winter after a Bills game! It's got plenty of bar seating, reasonably fast service and good crowd. I got the 10 pc. wings from the grill w/ Cajun sauce (ton of selections) and a draft Allagash for $25. Large portion size, and definitely high value for money, I'd love to come back here.

I’ve eaten here twice since they reopened a couple of weeks ago. last time I had the nachos, which were great!! but today I swear I had the best chicken fingers and fries i’ve ever had. whiskey sours not too shabby either 😉

Came on 11/22 with my two nieces to grab lunch around 12. My first time here and I just wish I got our servers name because she was working completely ALONE covering so many tables by herself and did it with the most positive attitude. Seriously, give this girl a raise. I got the taco salad and it was really really good. Would come back again.

Pizza is delicious although I had to wait a while for it to be ready even though they gave me a time it would be ready and I didn't really like the fact that I paid $2 for an extra blue cheese and then they didn't put it in with my order and I was already home and had to come back out and get it that's not cool but they apologized and everything ended up okay

I’ve been to the Taproom several times and have always had a great experience, especially with Lindsay, the manager, and Brooklyn, the waitress. Whenever I’m in town, this is one of my first stops—it’s the perfect place to go after a Bills game. From start to finish, the experience is consistently incredible. The service is fast and friendly, and the food never disappoints. You can’t go wrong with the classic cheese and pepperoni pizza, but their specialty pizzas are not to be missed. I’ve tried the Buffalo Chicken, Lasagna, and Three Cheese Steak pizzas, and each one was seriously amazing. Their wings are also a standout—my personal favorite is the Bourbon Whiskey BBQ. They always have the perfect amount of sauce, just the right crisp, and so much flavor. I crave their food weekly and only wish I lived closer. Keep up the great work!

The Tap Room is Awesome all around. Just Pizza menu always slaps and paired with a sports bar vibe makes a great place to hang out. Drinks are great and the bar is always on point. Was there last week and had pizza and wings at the bar and Lindsay really took care of my friends and I. Its my go to southtowns bar.

Coming in from Texas, I wanted to try a true buffalo wing, and this restaurant was recommended to me. They were absolutely right! We drove to the falls from ohio. And saw this pizza place and omg they are so darn good. The new York style pizza is so good. My son usually won't try new places but he loved it today! Next time we are in town we are definitely going to come by. And the staff were so nice and kind and even offered to put the chairs down and turn the lights on for us even tho they were getting ready to close. They are great. Great food and service. My wife and I went to the Taproom for lunch. We had Smithwick's Irish Ale beer, Chicken Club pizza, and Buffalo Wings with honey siracha lime sauce. The food was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly. The atmosphere was like a pub style atmosphere very lively and friendly. We enjoyed our time there very much.

This is different than most just pizzas, need to treat it that way... They have 20+ different beer and all of the food we have ordered has been very good. But, you need more dinners, not just 5. Also personal pizza would have been good.

Had the lasagna pizza and others had a sub and a burger. Food was very good. Burger came out with tomato and onion which were asked to be off but not major she just picked them off. No big deal. Service was very good.

Great place good food,had to leave because of an out of control patron. He was very loud and opinionated, 5 people left in a matter of minutes. We weren’t sure if he was intoxicated or just needed attention (mark). We will be back soon, hopefully he won’t be there or we won’t stay.

Stopped in for lunch on the 20th after picking our daughter up from College. Place looks great, very large bar. We started with the Garlic Hot wings but did not taste any garlic, just heat. Classic burger was good, asked for Medium but received well done. Assorted sub was good but asked for Hot Peppers and received mild banana peppers. Steak Hoagie was very bland, it said with a Secret sauce but the sandwich was bone dry. Service was very good. If we came back it would be to sit at the bar. Looks like a good place to have a few while watching a Bills game. Food was just ok, not worth the price the charge.

Ordered the Fish Fry for takeout as heard it was really good. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes, however, ready in 45 minutes. The beer battered fish was excellent. The french fries and marbled rye bread were very good. The 4 sides were not very good. Very bland lazy pierogi was just noodles with some light sauce. Cole slaw was tasteless. Macaroni salad and potato salad were bland.

Went there with friends to watch a Sabres game. Place was full of Sabres fans. Barmaid said they couldn’t put sound on in case someone wanted to play jukebox. What???!?!? Not a good place to watch Sabres if you want sound. Shouldn't Buffalo sports teams be the main focus in a sports bar in Buffalo?

Atmosphere is cozy and the bar area is always nice. Been coming here a long time . Unfortunately the food quality has definitely gone downhill. Got a veggie taco ( burrito ) and it was soaking wet. Why? I have no idea, but i had a pond in the basket from all the liquid that dripped out of this thing. Couldn’t even finish it because it was so soggy. BF got a steak taco ( burrito ) with hardly any steak in it. Also got the jalapeno poppers, which were goid but they don’t come with any sour cream or anything to dip them in, which is strange. Fries were good 🤷‍♀️

Taproom?? The first five beers on the list were Mic ultra, Miller light, Coors, light, Labatt, blue light, and Bud Light. This is NOT a taproom. All these taps! Put some good beer on them. Ugh…. If you want to serve Blue light, do it in a can/bottle My waitress was great and food ok. Won’t be back with that beer list

The fries were good. The beef on weck was a bit subpar. Service was ok, I guess, although I had to get up and ask for silverware and napkins AFTER the meal came. The waitress was beautiful and sweet, and probably the best part of the experience.

This place will be closed soon. Was there for what should be a prime time. Place was mostly empty considering the space. Smelled like sewer in the air...bartenders were gross, slow and crocs on feet. 🤮

I had to edit this , it really was that bad . Our waitress was great . The pizza was terrible . Thin wet mess . I can't believe you would put something that bad on a plate and serve it to somebody . Absolutely the worst subs. Why would I go back here when there I could go to any pizzeria and get way better food? Fire the cook immediately. One steak hoagie literally had a huge slice of unchopped beef with a ribbon of fat running through it. My sub was supposed to be a cold beef sub, but instead I got a soggy mess that was warmed up for some reason with no peppers and untoasted that was and had large chunks uncooked, white onion, baked, and I didn't even ask for it to be warmed up super disappointing. It was supposed to be a cold roast beef sandwich with peppers. no peppers on any of our sandwiches.just plain bad food. When we called they gave us $10 or remake the order. Yeah right

Terrible and false advertising. The drink menu says that it’s $4 craft draft specials. I asked about this and the bartender said it’s only for beers marked with red stars. I pointed out that since none have red stars obviously common sense states all craft beers would fall under this special. They refused and continued to charge $7 a beer. This is a bad way for a new business to operate, robbing its patrons. If none qualify, remove it from the menu.

If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time with this place. Just go somewhere else Every experience here has been a complete and utter failure. The staff is rude and flat out ignores people. My most recent visit my family attempted to use this location as a place to meet up. I had a tab open for over an hour as I waited for them to arrive. Even though last call had not happened and I was at the bar with an open tab the two other people I was with were not allowed to come inside the building. Other patrons were still being served and we intended on ordering one round before last call which there was still time for. The security guard at one point said one of the two people meeting me could come inside but not the other or I could leave. Last call had not been vocalized by the bar staff and people were still being served. I had an open tab and had been sitting there for close to an entire half of a football game specifically waiting for the two other members of the party to arrive. After giving this place an ample number of chances we will not be coming back. I advise you do the same.

Got a to go 3 cheese steak pizza. Worst pizza I’ve had in years. I used to eat this pizza weekly at the eggert location and it was AMAZING. Called and they offered me “20% off a future order” no apology no explanation and no offer to remake it. save yourself the time and don’t go here. The servers especially Lindsay are extremely rude and she should not be a manager. I’ve witnessed her talking bad about the other staff and even other customers to her customers. I feel like she’s extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there especially as a “manager”. I’ve been there on multiple occasions and she’s always talking about or making fun of someone.

I never leave reviews so for me to leave this says a lot. I’ve ordered from here approximately 4-5 times in the past few months. I ordered a pizza to be delivered today. When it was delivered I opened the box and it looked like a giant puddle. Too much sauce. Too much cheese. You couldn’t hold the pizza. I called and kindly asked for a manager. They said that there was no manager there and they would take a message. I asked for a refund because it was just inedible at this point and even offered to drive the pizza back. They still declined my offer for a partial refund for my almost 40$ pizza after a 5 dollar tip. I said thanks and never mind. I won’t be chancing it again...
