The staff was nice and restaurant was clean as well. The food was served hot and a lot of it freshly made. I made a comment about the Men's restrooms needing some toilet paper & soap and they immediately got to it. I stayed about an 1hr, crew member was around the restaurant cleaning up and making sure the place was nice. I would def come back again. They do a great job!

I believe this might be a newer restaurant, appearing within the last few months. Standard Burger King: pretty clean, decent pandemic measures in place, good quick food and good prices. Will be back when I am in the area. Always good for a quick bite.

Almost got our order correct in the drive thru. I will say we may have confused them. But the food came out quick and delicious.

Bad service, rude employees, they don't let me go to the bathroom. If I buy first, I have to wash my hands before ordering. They insulted me. Never come back in the place Bad employes bad service

Food is basic BK but the managers are rude. One of them is pretty nice tho. Workers are cool

This place is horrible. They discriminate against those already facing hardship, the restroom is for paying customers only and no one speaks a word of English. 3 times I said no mayonnaise and got mayonnaise anyway, and the receipt doesn't even say no mayonnaise so I can not go back and complain. So now I don't get dinner. They're discriminate, negligent to their job, and refuse to take responsibility for the mistakes they make

We arrived at 1:35 am to the drive thru which advertises on the front of the building that it is open until 2am. The lights were on, but when we pulled up to the drive thru, the automated response rang out that the establishment was closed. I’m beyond disappointed.

Today evening ı got a really disrespectful behavior from worker who is Sofia I didn’t understand her English at the first and I ask again then she yelled me in Spanish. I didn’t understand the reason. is it called somewhere? We don’t deserve it

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your locations earlier today. My companion and I arrived at the branch to pick up an order and, upon asking to use the restroom, I was informed by a staff member named DANIEL that I could not be given access because I was "not a customer." This was both surprising and upsetting, Furthermore, it was early in the morning and we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. The rigid denial of basic restroom access in such circumstances felt both unreasonable and unwelcoming. To my understanding, Burger King is a public-facing establishment that should offer a minimum level of hospitality, especially to customers. If this policy is newly implemented, I would appreciate clarification. Otherwise, I urge you to reconsider how it is being enforced at this location. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and provide a response. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, and I feel this situation fell short of Burger King’s values and service standards. Or better yet CLOSE this branch since based on the reviews I read, staffs here ar "RUDE". Just like Daniel who was talking rude in spanish thinking we do not understand him. I hope this rudeness will PROMOTE him. Lols
