I like Del Taco better than Taco Bell. Maybe it was just this location but the overstuffed my tacos with lots of cheese so 5 star for you! I want to ding them for needing a token for the outside bathroom but the people were nice when I ordered.

I absolutely love Taco Bell I like the fact that the mix hamburger food with tacos so if you can make up your mind you get a little bit of both worlds to decide. I always get something Taco related as well as a burger or I get the nachos and some fries so I could have some nacho fries literally LOL And even though you order a small drink it's still a big cup. Every Tuesday and Thursdays they have Taco specials I don't know which ones which day but when is 4 crunchy tacos the other ones for soft chicken tacos just in case you are low on some books that day you can always go there to get yourself a nice little meal

Food and service has been great for a fast food spot. Only thing negative to say if anything is how long the drive thru tends to be. Hopefully they'll keep up the good work.

Try their beyond tacos and their Cali guac steak burrito 👍. My all time favorite is the deluxe chilli cheese fries and if you're on a budget the mini milkshake strawberry / strawberry lemonade are great for a $1. It's not real Mexican food but the food actually tastes like good food not like other places that taste like sour cream. Also their sauce selection is awesome I love the black sauce. If you read this Del Taco and need people to eat your food I'm down only for you 💜

The service was quick, even at 11:00 at night. My order was taken accurately, and I got my food almost immediately after pulling up to the window. My order was correct 100% and if you haven't had Del Taco tamales yet... you've made a mistake somewhere and you need to try them. For fast food, these guys hit it out of the park.

Yucaipa Del Taco near Yucaipa high school is run very well with the level of customer service meant for a high end restaurant. Friendly staff and quite personable! Young staff that appears to be raised with manners and taught how to be friendly and kind! Oxnard Del Taco at Ventura Rd has done well!

There is no redeeming value for Del Taco, or any of those fast food places. But it sure does taste good, is quick and easy. Satisfies the craving tremendously.

It's a good place to eat for a bargain. They offer a senior discount if you ask for it and if you take the survey you get with food order ( it only takes 5 minutes), you can save $1.00 on your next order. They also have 3 tacos for $1.69 on Tuesday after 3:00 p.m. If you order 6 tacos for $3.38 -1.00 = $2.28 +tax. You have to spent $3.00 to save $1.00 but it's worth it.

2 burritos for $4 is almost unheard of. I get the 2 for $5 then use the $1 off from the survey on the receipt from previous visit. (It's $1 off any purchase of $3 or more) And every time I buy something I do the survey again (rinse and repeat) They are quite smart to hook someone like me to keep heading their way with an outstanding value on freshly made food. Love it!

I just hope you get cold pillows at night and endless money in your pockets. I know working that job aint easy girl and the fact that your so positive speaks volumes on your character. This Del Taco is located in a pretty since isn't spot in Oxnard, all things considered. Set in a shopping center you could find your go to stop for necessity supplies in a quick moment. The Del Taco itself, while I've only ever gone through the drive thru, is pretty great as well. The workers there are wuucl, even when hit with a large amount of customers. If you need a quick meal on the go, check this place out!

This del taco nearly always gets my order right. That's saying a lot for a fast food joint. The only gripe I have, is occasionally cold fries, and a cold rubbery quesadilla. Other than that, generally a good experience. I keep going back, so it can't be all that bad. Enjoy!

This is a typical Del Taco. Clean, fast, good food, good prices and friendly staff. The drive thru (when not crowded) is lightning fast! Tons of parking. Watch out for transients hanging out in front late at night.

For some reason I just really like this particular del taco lol … the energy there is positive and the people working there as well and they are kind and the food is always done right and have no complaints

Food is average for fast food. If you go to the drive thru expect to wait over 20-30 min until your getting your food and off driving and that is on a good day. Don't bother with the deive thru on a weekend night

Ordered Crunchtadas but the tomato was missing! I specifically ordered no sauce with extra cheese and Pico on two and two with no sauce, extra cheese and guacamole but because I raved about em they weren't up to par. The person I raved to about em wasn't impressed. Ordered with the online app. and initially was given the feeling I had to come inside not use the drive thru...but I had chosen drive thru.

Freezing cold inside, we took our food out to the car to eat. Seems that the area is conducive to those living out of doors. Veggie burrito seemed to be lacking beans as it only has vegetables and beans would be a large portion of that menu item.

Nothing really special about fast food tacos except del Taco seems to be cheaper than the Bell. I usually get half dozen value crunchy tacos and I'm very happy with them especially with their infernal sauce on it.

Service was good, the Epic crispy chicken burrito was garbage and there was nothing epic about it. 2 pieces of this chicken with lettuce. Finally got to the bottom and there was salsa and pico. Waste of hard earned cash. The chicken soft taco was okay but looked like someone chewed up the chicken and spit it out. What happened to the quality of this del taco. Maybe the food isn’t so good because you have an employee pouring mixed alcohol drinks in the back of a car.

It had been a long time since I order anything from Del Taco. Last time I ordered they were selling the chalupas which they do not currently carry anymore. I ordered their $1 crispy chicken tacos and their cheesecake with caramel bites and both were surprisingly tasty. I wouldn’t say they are yummy but they were okay.

On the past Del taco offer real tasty food, but this time they failed. I had the hashbrawn and ground meat and it was horrible, I had to throw it away.

First time trying this Del Taco. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh. It tasted warmed over with a greasy aftertaste.

I just ordered soft freshly made french fries and I got the same ones that they gave me which word dry and overcooked the drive-thru is a joke takes way too long by the time you get your food it's already cooled down and don't call them if you have any problems because they don't answer not at night time when there's cars in the drive thru

Slowest Del Taco ever. I stood at the register for a full 10 minutes before anyone even took my order, at 3:30pm on a Tuesday when they were fully staffed. It always takes forever.

I went after work about 11:15 pm and with 2 cars ahead of me I ended up waiting in line till 11:40 pm!!! My chicken taco was cold and they put mayonnaise instead of sour cream!!! I nearly threw it up!!! It was a waste of time, gas and money 💰

Went to the drive - thru at this location because my grandson wanted something to eat was hesitant to go at this location because I've gone into the dinning area and experienced a very uncomfortable place to sit dirty tables trash over filled, floors dirty , it wasn't nice. I really enjoy Del taco but not at this location, my sister also went here a couple of weeks ago and also told me what she had seen and said she would not go there because it was very dirty.

I absolutely adore Del Taco. It is the highlight of my time on the west coast. HOWEVER, if you value friendly staff or timely service AVOID the Ventura Ave location. One register open, a prolonged wait just to order and multiple mistakes for one order. I shall not be returning to this location. The farther drive is worth it for the better dining experience.

I don't like there food policy. If you start eating what you paid for and you discard that item because it was old and taste Nasty, they waste your time and you return for a good replacement. The manager only gives you what's left of you food. The one discarded is not replaced. So you left One short of what you purchased. You feel cheated. One short of a six pack. I was a Loyal Customer since 1996. I have completely stopped eating the Nasty food it's become lately, and there disloyalty to the Customer.

Went in today Sunday and there were 3 cars ahead of me took over 15 mins to get to the window. I ordered an ice coffee, a strawberry lemonade and a breakfast wrap. My order took so long! I didn’t see more than 2 people in the lobby. I’m not going back to this location.

For just 5 tacos and 5 burritos, it took 40 minutes as my friend was barricaded inside due to a homeless person pretty angry and pounding on door. They wouldn't let him use bathroom. They finally unlocked door and started cooking when police arrived. They have a serious problem with not opening their restrooms to certain people even after they've ordered.

The slowest "fast food" on the planet. If you go to the drive thru, expect to wait 30-45 minutes for your food. I've had dinner reservations at restaurants that serve three course meals that are faster than this place. And no, I'm not exaggerating. Also, it's not a Del Taco thing. It's not like every Del Taco has a wait time longer than the DMV. ITS ONLY THIS ONE LOCATION. DEL TACO NEEDS TO REHIRE AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF FOR THIS PLACE. The wrost drive thru in Oxnard. Waiting time is unbelievable and to top it off your food will be cold. So if u really want del taco I suggest to drive to the one on rose it will be worth ur drive.

Female employees too busy flirting with male customers to give correct order. We were in the maroon 4runner, driver a husky man with curly hair in pony tail. Manager seriously needs to retrain his workers. This is a fast food place not a night club or massage parlor. I would give negative stars if possible.

Worst drive through service I’ve ever experienced. Almost every time i come I’m asked to pull out of the drive through to wait for someone to walk my food out. I can order one or two items and be the only one in the drive through and I’m still asked to pull forward out of the drive through... and it’s not just me if there’s a line ahead of me they ask those cars to do the same as well. Often my orders are wrong, everything seems too rushed. Drive through attendants are sometimes rude. Extremely unfortunate that this is the closest Del TaCo to my work and home.

Updated review. As I sat and ate my meal I watched one of the ladies preparing the food walk some bags of food out to parked cars who were waiting on their food. No big deal. But to still have your blue gloves on when you go back into the back and just start preparing food again and not change them is repulsive. And to do this twice within a ten minute time frame. How could you? I couldn't finish my food. I had to leave. If you are that nasty in that time frame while I am sitting there watching, what happened while you prepared my food.

It was early around 8 am the dinning room is closed but open for takeout. The shield or barrier they have installed is messy and in reality is doing nothing since your still handing things back and forth the kitchen was a mess and this is the 1st time I ever got bad food the burrito mix must have been in a walk-in uncovered I watched them hear it in a microwave for a few seconds and it was cold. I literally through the whole meal in the trash after opening up the bag. Someone needs to educate this manager

Just ordered some fish tacos here and the cashier looked completely lost. Didn't greet me, no thanks or anything at all. The fish were I'm not sure if old but they were definitely way too hard and crispy and she didn't offer me or have me any napkins or taco sause either. Very disappointed at this place. Very poor service and food. And believe me I'm not exaggerating!! I hope they make changes soon otherwise they're gonna loose a long time costumer.

They forget to put all your food in the bag. Once you get home and notice you are missing food it's too late to go back out. Plus they only provide 5 freaking sauce packs and 5 napkins for a bunch of food. Not my best experience but not once, it happened to me three times here at this location. SMFH

I was missing a taco & the person helping me take my order was so rude had us wait about 8 minutes before taking our order we had cars beeping thinking it was us taking forever while they had 1 car they were helping at the window. Food is OK ... I didn't like seeing the manager cracking the whip on her young employee's instead of helping her only counter girl with the lines of customers she would yell at her while she was counting money out in the open instead of helping ... you need to train your management better ...

Made a large order with a pollo asada bowl. The rest of the food was ok but the bowl smelled and tasted nasty. After one bite I decided to return it and realized they didnt give a receipt. The worker that helped me said they couldnt give me a cash refund because of no receipt, but that they can make something new or store credit. I didnt want to make a big deal so got the store credit. I was expecting a gift card but instead got a business card with "pollo asada bowl" written on the back of it with the worker's initials.... I tried to use it today and get something else but they said I can only get the bowl. I hate businesses that lie. Dont say its store credit if you can only replace it with the same thing. I left the card with them and left because that bowl is nasty. The Deltaco in Rose is way better!

If you ever want fast food, DONT go here, they have THE SLOWEST drive-through I've ever been to. It took 15 minutes for me to order and get my food one time. And there is ALWAYS someone on the intercom who is rude as hell. If you hate your job that much either find another place to work, or fake it till you make it. The only reason I still even go to this Del taco is because it's the only one near my house, and one of the only places open late around here . I just read through a lot of the reviews and they are all saying the same things that I am… That should say something. You need better management and better staff. After all these negative reviews you would think they would've done something by now. If it were up to me, I would fire every single last person that works the night shifts and hire new people. So good thing it's not up to me :)

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered!!! Rudest and most ridiculous treatment ever!! Policy or not when you have a customer who is dancing, due to having to urinate, willing to buy something after they can use your restroom, and you still tell me rudely and with attitude you have to buy something!! Customer is always right and unless I somehow gave you some indication that I wouldnt be able to purchase something, which there isn't! I'm an Uber and Lyft driver! You saw me drive in frantic, again because I had to urinate!! On top of that my food was COLD and handed to me as if it was a hassle to do so!! I won't get food here ever again!! Eating or better trying to eat.I want to send a picture of the way all I paid almost $7.00 for.A rip off.I got a hamburger small fry med drink .They fries were hard, a few like 10 were ok.The hamburger had one pickle nothing else but a small ref spot size of a Nicole that's suppose to be ketchup. I can't rat the hamburger band I wasn't able to eat all my fries.Its so disappointing.I'll never eat here again and I'd advise everyone not to do business with Del Taco until their food improves in price ,taste, and value.

Just terrible! The food was typically mediocre, however, what’s really a stand-out is the way-below-one-star customer service. Multiple items ordered (and PAID FOR) weren’t in the to-go bags. And the clerk masqueraded as the manager — what a creep she is! I used to love Del Taco and hope that not all of them are as bad as this rotten one in oxnard.

First time in 5 years we decide to try this restaurant. We ordered the Epic Queso Chicken Burrito Combo meal. We walked Inside the restaurant to order because Drive through was very long. No one else was inside. When we received our order they hurried it to us and had us out the door. Not very welcoming! I downloaded the app to see what they had even! I WILL be deleting! When we got home our Son asked about his drink that came with his combo. No Drink was given to us and aa ordering and getting us out of there was SO incredibly Rushed, we too forgot. Totally Frazzled experience! So I call and first he wants us to come BACK to get it. NO. We were there Once and Once Only. Then he said he'd give us Credit for the drink. Great! For a one time visit in 5 years, they screwed up a Drink ?? WOW. Sorely disappointed and will NOT be returning to Del Taco. The food was Sub Par, warm , not Hot and there are MUCH Better Tacos which are Authentic for less than $40 for 3 people. Not for us for Fake Mexican food.
