Their bowls are amazing! I have tried several of them, and my favorites are the Mexican, Mediterranean, and Caesar salads. Each of these bowls hits the spot whether it's for a weekday lunch or a weekend dinner. The "secret" ingredient in all of them is their signature bone broth rice.

Honestly really good and the portion was perfect. it is pricey in my opinion but then again it is in Dumbo where those prices are normal. Good spot for a wholesome meal

Delicious broth! There are many healthy options, including vegan and vegetarian. The employees at the register are nice and helpful. I'm definitely going back.

Love this place. Prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. My go-to is the immunity broth and Mexican bowl. Mixed together, they create a ridiculously yummy soup that takes me 2 days to finish off (making the price feel more reasonable). As soon as the weather turns cooler, I start to crave it.

(I didn’t not try any of the bone broths but hear they’re good as well) It will run you around a little under Chipotle pricing so not outrageously expensive like most Dumbo spots

I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars. Service is fast, food is edible, but not something I would crave or after eating felt satiated. I’m vegetarian so I got the veggie bowl which was kale, broccoli, picked veggies and sweet potatoes with quinoa. There was too much quinoa in relation to veggies. I did eat everything and left most of the quinoa. Veggies tasted ok and everything was seasoned well. If you are in a pinch and need a fast healty-ish lunch, I think this place could work. I have been here twice in the year and a half I have lived in DUMBO.

Super great to have a restaurant with clear gluten free labels, and to have certainty its allergen free. The food was ok, and could use a little more flavors. Portion sizes are large and it hit the spot for feeling full and satisfied, and still had leftovers.

flew in to NY to try Springbone. I tried the bone broth hot chocolate & was disappointed. The texture was too slimy, not excited on the taste, and the false advertisement on the marshmallows. I love healthy food and came a long way. First and last. I’ll probably try another location in the future.

bowls were pretty good overall, though the rice had some hard bits and honestly wasn’t great. kind of ironic, since the bone broth rice was what i was most excited about - it’s supposed to set the bowl apart, but it ended up being the worst part. staff could’ve been friendlier. that said, i really liked the broccoli - simple and slightly burnt, just the way i like it lol. my bowl came out to around $19. buy again? unlikely.

I DoorDash the order and pick it up. I had NO IDEA that they do not help you at the counter you can go and pick it up. I felt like the person behind the counter was rude. I’m not a DoorDash driver so I don’t know I’m suppose to search through names. I’m super sick and this really irritated me being it was my first experience. I won’t be coming back.

I love the food here, but I’ve now recently had two consecutive terrible delivery experiences. No one answering the phone and food was over two hours delayed. We tried to order a third time and just had to cancel as the delivery ETA continued to be pushed out. We’re usually extremely understanding and sympathetic to restaurants during peak hours having worked in the service industry, but this is such shameful and disappointing customer service.

I ordered an XL Liquid Gold for delivery today, ORDER #21264576, and it has the taste of a watered down immunity broth. I called the store 3 times to rectify, however, no one answered and a voicemail box isn't said up which says a lot about the quality of the food being served and customer services. Not the greatest location at all.
