After a certain period of time, you cannot allow this to keep happening. I come to this Wendy’s at least three times a week. All I asked for is chicken nuggets well done and a cheeseburger only cheese as the receipt states why is it every single time I go to this establishment they continuously cannot get my orders right I’m literally almost died having an allergic reaction to the items on this sandwich after the receipt states plain make it make sense Wendy’s.

It's Wendy's. I know what I'm in for food. What grinds my gears is that every single time I order it's can you please park. Same issue as I read in other reviews. Park and get forgotten. Always have to go inside to fetch my food because it's never a reasonable time. There is absolutely nothing fast about anything yall accomplish. Online ordering is just as bad placed an order clicked on the app have it ready now. Got a notification to make my way to the spot and it will be ready in 5 minutes. Went there at the agreed upon time. Went into the lobby and proceeded to watch my name on the screen make no progress for over 300 seconds. Everyone who walked into my line of sight proceeded to ignore me for another 300 seconds. Finally someone who was probably in charge finally asked if I was waiting for an online order then they finally started to prepare it. Yall are not where it's at. I love your frostys. I love your nuggets and burgers. I've lived for a local Wendy's since 1993 where ever I may roam. Wander to present day. I have your Wendy's. I play cards at OMG like a block and a half away every Friday. I no longer go to your Wendy's for my Frosty Fix. I drive all the way to the one on Monterey and Dinah Shore where I've never had an issue. Yall trifling and shameful. Just give it up and let that be something else hopefully with better management and service.

Horrible customer service! Nothing but attitude. Ordered a chilli large extra cheese, it was cold watery and half full? Came back to get a new one same as first one. People need proper training in food services period! Girl gave me attitude for her mistake ..🤦never will return again..food is horrible and cold zero effort.disgusting.

Got off a shift wanting to grab a quick bite to eat, placed an order online made it to the store and the girl in the window told me to park in the front because they needed four minutes for the nuggets, I waited outside for 20 minutes no one came out. When i went inside to let them know i’ve been waiting for my food, the girl told me they aren’t allowed to go outside. ???

Food was cold. Forgot my chicken nuggets. Went back for them and didnt even get a sorry from the staff. Diet Coke tastes bad. Fries were not good at all.

homeless people everywhere and they get ur order wrong 4/5 times and the service is horrid. Live right by them has gotten significantly worse

They force you to use self checkout kiosks. I'm not an employee so I shouldn't be forced to take my own order. If I have to use the kiosk I should get an employee discount. These kiosks absolutely remove and sense of customer service.

Didn’t get our order correct and added 2 BBQ and 1 each for 3 orders of nuggets and 2 meals when I asked for a lot When I called back the lady on the phone was rude, no customer service. They said they didn’t charge me for something that I saw on the screen when they asked me to double check but failed to give me a receipt. 0 stars

Thank God I turned on my light when I went to eat this food! I would have got so sick! Worst part when you go to return it and they have no remorse or apology just rude! Like isn’t it your job to make sure you’re not giving raw meat to people who don’t request raw meat? It’s the customer service for me! This is why certain people shouldn’t hold certain positions yet they do because they have no choice but to work at Wendy’s!

Horrible. She made me feel like an inconvenience, the place is not even busy it's literally empty. All the tables or seats are dirty, I asked for something to clean it she insisted she would and I'm still waiting yet done eating.. the only good thing was the food was fresh unfortunately the customer service and cleanliness made this experience horrible.
