This is one of the best (1 out of 2) Whataburgers in the valley, hands down. The buns are warm (without having to ask), cheese very melted , the overall taste is great. I live about an hour away and unfortunately cannot go as often as I'd like to. Other Whataburgers should learn from the service/food they offer at this particular location. When we walked in, there were alot of employees, they were ALL working as a team, communicating on order status, helping one another, forming assembly lines. It was the most amazing thing I've seen, it was great. The quality again, was great and the service was fast and excellent. Keep up the good job!

Food is great always warm. Traffic moves quick depending on time u go, lunch n dinner are always full which is understable. Service is great EXCEPT the eating inside. The drive thru r being precautious with the Covid 19. GREAT JOB!!!
Most of us locals are familiar with the taste and quality of good Whataburger meals, but this location always provides excellent customer service as well. I'm a regular there and it's a pleasure every time.
Since I was in able to go get my lunch myself because I sent one of my employees I told him of the lines very long to go to the second lane as I placed my order I spoke to Julia the manager and I just gave her a lot of compliments for the fast and expedite service she took my order to the second lane and gave it to my worker he’s there picking up my lunch and I believe in about five minutes he’s already on his way back in and out and she was very very friendly and took the details of my order, I can’t wait to take the first bite of that whaterburger 🍟🍔🍔🥤 yummy my orders already here it took me longer to write this that for me to get my food I ordered a condo and got a free wburger everything is excellent tasty and I’m getting ready to send this off because I’m hungry
As a Palmview native this is ol reliable, Sometimes the younger ppl who work get the order wrong but the food is always good nonetheless
Best restaurant ever , people always complain about food being cold but never realized theirs a rush and not everyone food is going to be hot when they get home. ❤️ I appreciate every worker and team for doing what they have too do.

The mgr. was so friendly and eager to assist us. The staff was awesome and so helpful. We were greeted when we walked in. Every time we come it's a great experience.

We were greeted at the door the door held open for us. The young lady that was taking her order was new and handle things very well. I think she's an extremely good people person. Had a seat started eating and I promptly spilled a whole cup of soda on myself. It was a mess I insisted on staying where I was instead of moving and letting them clean up the mess and making a new mess with my wet self a different place. They enjoyed me even if I did make a huge mess. All in all it was one of the best Whataburger experiences I've ever had, kudos to them.
I love it when my order is made to perfection and the workers are so friendly and have such a warm smile I feel welcomed and respected.
Had a confusing time over the intercom with a coupon but the manager made it right once I got to the window. The young lady was also very helpful and polite 🙏🏽
Had not been to this what a burger for a couple of years since we moved. The what a burgers we have nearby where we live we do not go to anymore since the food is horrible. Was around the area and decided to give this one a shot and was really satisfied with everything. Food was delicious and service was great.

1st time to this location. I want to say kudos to the cooks! Man they made my burger perfect! I always eat at the mission expway location next to the Golds, always busy but they’re hit and miss. Almost raw white fries every time. Burger is thrown together in .000005 seconds and it shows. This location made a perfectly showcase worthy burger. Kudos! The DT lady was to the point but could have used a smile to make a perfect experience! This is my new location, a little out of the way but worth it!!!!
Food was very well prepared. Wait time was not inconvenient at all and that’s cause I ordered for four persons. In and out like I was never there. Keep up the great work! Satisfied with the service.

My order was curbside, but the drive thru line and packed parking lot was overwhelming; I called to see what could be done and she came on out with my order. 🙏 thank you guys!! Food is always good and fresh, place is clean and filled with good people. The wait is the only issue. Defeats purpose of ordering on the app.

Eli was amazing. Checked up on us and asked if we needed anything. Made sure our food was fresh and amazing. Our cashier Elizabeth was super friendly and nice. Welcomed us in and helped us out. Food was amazing and hot. No cold fries here!!!
Closed due to Holiday but usually food is great.
So they just redid this building and it looks like nobody noticed that the ceiling tiles are still all stained and probably full of mold how do they do a rebuild like this and don't even notice the ceiling tiles

Really like this Whataburger. Staff is always friendly. Food is very good. Restaurant is clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of parking.
Would be a 5-star if the pie ordered was not DUCKING empty. Literally no filling. Aside from that, I LOVE WHATABURGER, the patty melt is absolutely the best burger known to man. Just wish the pie would have not ruined this specific location. I told the manager and they offered me another one if i waited 15 minutes. Im not a karen so I took the L and left. Really disturbing experience. WOULD come here again just not try out anything on the menu aside from burgers.
This may be the slowest Whataburger in the valley. I understand taking a little longer when it's an off time of the day, but breakfast and lunch time service should really be faster, especially the drive thru! On the other hand, the food is standard Whataburger, which never disappoints.
The female night shift manager is very loud and annoying. I feel sorry for these teenagers having to put up with her for an entire shift, very low management skills.
First time visit. Very crowded parking lot. Ordered #1. Whataburger and fries were medium warm, patty coming apart, soft drink had no taste. Establishment not as clean as other locations. Will not visit this location again.
Why are customers not getting their change? I have eaten there four times in the past two weeks and each time I was not given my change back. Is it something with the restaurant or the individual workers who are doing this?
1)The workers didn't look very happy upon our arrival [I should know, im a C S. Pro and i used to work in restaurants when i was a teen.] 2) Tables were messy. 3) Sauces and coffee creamers weren't readily available. - Not the best location in my opinion.
This place, specifically, always messes up my orders whenever I order for delivery, there is always something missing like today for example. I paid for cheese and bacon slices and didn't get none of that. I get it doesn't cost much but come on, just slap them on there. Its never worth it to order delivery from here.
It's a great place but they might miss an item in your order. I called and spoke to a manager that said she will reimburse a meal for the inconvenience of not putting an item. I will update upon them following through.
This place hits home, but recently patties have been really dry, don't want to give up on this place but if them patties continue to be re,re,recooked, I'm going to have to search elsewhere..
Once again I tried to give this place another chance at proving me that they could give a decent burger out.They didn't,how is it possible that these guys give you a burger that is soggie from one side.Did they dip in in oil from one part by accident? Well at least my cats,had a wonderful Greasey burger.My hats off to these cooks who couldn't even make a burger good enough for there family even if they wanted too.Cause that's the way I see it.Serve your customer as if it were for one of your family members.
It was good. However, the patty melts we ordered did not have Texas toast. It was regular sliced bread. My patty melt kept falling apart. I was disappointed.
This place is getting worst every day, first of all their parking and drive thru situation is awful. If you park the drive thru traffic blocks you to park and to leave. If you use the drive thru, you have to try to clear a way for parked vehicles to leave and/or you end up right by the frontage rising getting hit by fast moving traffic. If for some reason you need to get out of the drive thru line you are out of luck because there is no way to get around the drive thru or out of it. Once you do get your food and manage to leave the parking lot as they work real slow all the time, you get home and your order is usually wrong or missing items. The newest issue is, they are sometimes out of soft drinks. They don't warn you before getting in line so you are literally stuck with no choice but to take it.. plus workers like tonight are rude about it too. Whataburger... you're dropping the ball big time.
Every time we order from this whataburger there has to be something wrong, we pay for stuff and there’s always missing items. They have to be more careful with what they hand out to the customer and make sure the order is complete and correct.
Every time that i go to this whataburger, they always have to get something wrong on my order. it is definitely not a place to go to, besides food being cold and them taking long, i am completely unsatisfied, wish i could give 0 stars
I swear every time I go to this whataburger there is always something wrong. I've asked for an avocado bacon burger twice and both times the burger didn't come with avocado or bacon!?!? I always get fries that taste like they were made last week and they didn't substitute the bbq in the honey bbq sandwich for creamy pepper like asked. They forget the bread in the chicken strip box and they forget so many other things in the order. You have to check your bag every single time you go, even if you only order one item.
I went to this what a burger on 6 \ 7 \ 21 at 11:32 pm. to buy an aple cranbery chiken salad. And when I got home, the salad had no chicken in it. I called to have the problem resolved, and they did not want to solve it. I spoke to literally everyone in the store. Until the last they passed me to the supposed manager, only for him to tell me that he could not do anything about it. We ask for your name and instead of giving it to us, you just hang up on us. the unprofessional way they behaved doesn't make me want to go back
This place can never get an order correctly. Something always has to be wrong. This wasn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Food quality is good. Can’t say the same for customer satisfaction or management. Really gunna have to drive an extra 15 min to the next whata. Shameeee
They always get my order wrong.. no matter which what way something always goes wrong at this Whataburger. Last week I ordered delivery and they forgot one entire meal so I have to drive out there to pick it up after paying delivery fees and tips.. Mind you they were not that busy, they had plenty of staff yet I still had to wait for my order after being told it would be ready.. Hence it took me about 20min to go back while I got things situated at home.
My hamburger was mashed flat with the spatula. The pattie had all the moisture squeezed out of it. I had courtesy veggies. I asked for extra onions, and I got just a few. The buns were over toasted. I took it to the front and asked for a remake, but the second one was worse. This time, I'm sure the cook ran my burger over with his 4x4.
I stopped by to get my German Shepherd a burger, i decided to get a strawberry shake. Its a decent place or so i thought, never again will i go there. I take the lid off the cup, cause i like to stir the shake, it had a hair in it. DISGUSTING! Talked to MGR Michael, no PR whatsoever. He went in circles to get to nowhere.
Waiting over 45 minutes for your curbside order is unacceptable. At least they didn’t mess up my order like they do half the time. Something bad happened with whataburger within the past several years, and it’s very sad to see
They've messed up my order every single time I've gone. They look very distracted as they always have a lot of employees yet they dont pay attention to your order. I've noticed they're all real young employees like they're still students.
This is literally the what a burger I’ve ever been to. Pathetic service. One car ahead of me in drive thru. I ordered a BOB with fries and a coffee. It took 20 minutes and my order was not only wrong, it was cold. It is maddening that they have such little concern for their customers time. Go to a different Whataburger please.
Worst experience I have ever had at a whataburger. To start of with I order a whatasize sweet and spicy bacon burger, and 2 side jalapeño ranch. Instead I got a medium size meal, and no jalapeño ranch for which I was charged for. Maybe your night shift to be more focus on getting people's orders correctly Instead of joking around with co-workers. Never again will I stop at this whataburger.
I go to this whataburger a lot I’ve never had a problem until I saw how poorly the store owner treats her employees.Not only that the store was super dirty and it looks like they’re management needed LOTS of help.
I waited longer than I should’ve for my order and when I get it they gave it to me all wrong. Sad to see the cashier is the one who has to face customers instead of the cooks or other employees messing up. Not only that but it seems as though there isnt any good management and no organization at all. I will not be coming to this whataburger again.
Every time I get food to go the order is wrong 9 out of ten times wrong
Today there was no one in the drive thru and I ordered a Biscuit breakfast with bacon. At the window they gave me the wrong soda, when I arrived home I had the wrong order. These people are incompetent at even giving the correct food order to a customer when business is slow. Please don’t go to this place it is not the first time this happens.
Picked up a burger today that was absolutely raw. I enjoy a medium well steak or burger occasionally but never from a fast food spot. This patty was barely cooked on the outside and was about 90% raw meat. They returned my money and gave me a free #13 (chicken strips) but couldn't eat it. The raw patty absolutely messed up my stomach. I don't have photos as pictures didn't cross my mind in the moment.
There are all Rude employees! manager doesn’t help on nothing. They just stare at you if you own something to them .Super cold food and bad Service never going back again!
14min to get my order that was not complete. Drive thru worker was constantly cussing loudly, though it may have been joking, at least I hope it was. I was not expecting for him to be calling another female worker a B@#$& and saying other words all while the supv was on shift. The problem with this location is that it has always been slow, and they have never gotten the order correct. So I usually go to the others. Hope it improves.
This is the worst What-A-Burger in the valley, easy. The past 4 to 5 orders I’ve gotten there have been made with no attention to what was said. Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. You’re not doing well if I have to go back time and time again after every order. This place has fallen so far and it’s sad to know, before hand, that I’m gonna have to go back to have them remake my burger or that even a #13 will be incomplete. I believe this place needs a management change.

Don’t use curbside I’ve had 2 bad experiences using curbside at this location. The first time I waited over 40 minutes and when I finally got my order the bag was black on the top from how long it had just been sitting there, the second time all 4 of the burgers I ordered where cold. The first time I didn’t complain because it was a little busy but this time it was so empty I just used the drive thru to get my cold food.
I love Whataburger but I’ve recently tried this one, and had an unpleasant time. My order was wrong and I realized after I was charged, it was changed, and I let it pass. I had to ask for my money back because what I had ordered was less than what I was charged. After the employee went back and fourth for about 4 times because it was through drive thru I was ready to go. I had to wait extra time for my order. After I left I realized I wasn’t given my drinks! So I had to call and return for them! No apology at all. Had to get home and eat cold burgers but what got to me the most after all, was that the fries were stale and white not even cooked. I won’t be coming to this Whataburger anymore.
Orders were wrong, staff not helpful sausage was burnt when we did get our correct order. Manager seemed unconcerned . No straws no butter, and the floors were slick to walk on. An accident waiting to happen. Very sad, this used to b a great Whataburger
Let me start with this... I am a big fan of WhatABurger and have never been disappointed by any location, including this one. But there is a first time for every thing. I had not been to this location in over 9 months. I ordered via drive through. First they brought out the wrong order, they went back in and took a long time to come back out, about 15 minutes later they brought out the right order but everything was cold. As soon as I received my order I ate a few fries while still in line at drive through, they were cold and stale. I decided not to complain and just count my losses... about 1/8th a mile down the road I took my first bite of a cold burger.... It was almost like I was given an old abandoned order that had been sitting on the counter for 1 hour.... no thanks, not going back to this location.
They make EVERYONE in line wait at LEAST 40 min and then after charging you they make you wait another 20. FOR ONE BURGER. Don’t waste your time here. Slow as hell. The ones in la joya and McAllen are better in terms of service and food.
I would give it Zero stars if possible. It takes an hour just for one meal, one meal. We have been in this line for that long. We are still waiting, on the overview it says typical wait 15 min, WRONG don’t waste your time here go to another one. I would not recommend this place and I’ve gone here multiple times and it always happens here where I have to wait so long. Just got my order fries were cold that’s all I got to say I waited that long for this. Go somewhere else instead of this place
I was very upset to find the cook chatting away with a random person in a car on the drive through window for more than 20 min..line grew and the Cook Isaac had no care for the world of how long the line was...when I confronted the individual he blamed the girl in the cashier for not giving a receipt all while he was talking to someone in car...I demanded my money back. Never had I witness such carelessness of a cook...never eating there again...Considering I'm a huge whataburger customer.
horrible service, i probably buy from this whataburger every week & even when i'm the ONLY person in line they get my order wrong! NEVER HAD 1 TIME, that they got my order right! i can guarantee you if you make a special request on any order you'll be getting your order wrong! fix this asap!!! hope they hire better employees.
This used to be my go to for breakfast on my way to work but every single time I’m waiting way over 10 minutes in the drive thru, even if I’m the only car in the drive thru lane. One time they gave me all my food and they still had me waiting for my drink, which should be the easiest thing to grab, I just drove away bc I had already waited way too long. Not only are they slow, but they also always either get something wrong with my order or forget to provide napkins/utensils/etc. It’s just very inconvenient when it shouldn’t be.
I don't think they even deserve 1 star..the food here is always cold when using drive thru and it's happened to many times and burgers are just plain sloppy ugly..very very disappointing..we now drive the extra miles to go to location on Shary Rd and expwy in Mission..keep in mind it's further from my home but man my burger is HOT along with French fries...I will never buy at location on la Homa and expwy...

Lowest rating you can give is one star but I would give 0 if possible. 20 minute wait AFTER I ordered, I ordered a biscuit sandwich and I what I got was the cold, sad little thing you see pictured here. So make me wait and then still mess up the order or maybe they just gave me what they had and just expect me to shut up and be grateful. We just had a hurricane, COVID, cool cool I hear you but there is no excuse for sloppy. The fact is you took my money so we have a contract. You didn't live up to your end. I'll exercise my right as a consumer to go elsewhere.
Asked for drinks with no ice and all of them had ice, no ketchup, no napkins, cold fries.
Worse costumer service today 02/22/24 the girl “manager” has the worse management you can think off their employees messed up pur order we ordered for our employees sincw we have a business near them and our order was so messed up not just that our fries were frozen when we go to get the order fixed the manager the girl because the guy manager is nice but the girl gave us the worse attitude/service we have ever received if I could give 0 stars I would!!! Always the same thing with this location when I go late at night. I understand it's late you might be tired ect. But at least ring me up right. I always get my order wrong. I order breakfast they give me a lunch menu item. I ask to confirm the order before I pay and they still give me the wrong things. Sure my mistake not going back every time and making them fix it but honestly I just want to get my food not have to wait another 30 minutes to get a new order. Can do much better at this

I can't ever get the order right. I went back a week later to get my credit, and the manager, Johnny, said that he couldn't honor it even though he was the one who spoke with me on the phone. After paying for the meal, I checked it before we left, and once again, they messed up the order.
Really ugly food, really cold, not even what i ordered for , i called to speak to a manager and they left me on hold for a long time
I went a couple of weeks ago and order three different meals through drive thru and my #1 meal had a huge hair in the burger. I went back and the manager was super nice and refunded me the meal and gave me a free order for the next time. I went today and reordered my meals and why did the same thing happened to me twice. This time I didn’t go back to complain because its frustrating and I’m to disgusted to go back, I only want my meals without hairs.
I hadn’t been to this Whataburger in a while, and I noticed they’ve remodeled—it actually looks pretty nice. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the number of bugs around the restaurant, both dead and alive. At one point, I even had one crawling up my leg, which completely ruined my breakfast.
They prioritize the drive thru so you may be unattended standing in the front for close to 5 minutes. No ice either this particular time I went. Very hot inside. Sticking to the Whataburger on Conway. Never been disappointed over there.
I bought whataburger today for my family first thing we notice was my mothers burger both top and bottom bun black burnt she took them off and eat it without buns 2 thing i had ordered 2 sweet and spicys with a extra spicy chicken inside and they gave me grilled chicken on both of them we decided to still eat the burgers cuz we where hungry but after eating the onions rings made me vomit filled with flower unions looked a bit raw son that’s when i said that’s enough i called asked for the manager didn’t disrespect no one I wasn’t mad I understand when I ordered the place was packed but after 10 mns of questions and i talked to 2 different people they just ended up hanging up on me this is a regular thing with this whataburger i still come here because its the closest one to my house but its just a repeating cycle of bad customer service
