The girl at the drive thru was nice. She was patient with me since it had been a long time since I have been at a popeyes. I tried my food at home. The tender were barely warm and fries were cold. I am literally 10 minutes away from the store. It could not get cold that fast. The fries tasted disgusting as well. Will be avoiding this spot

Friday night so I expected a little wait but 30+ minutes was a bit much for me as well as other customers. Cashier was pretty rude and one of those that thanked no one for their business. I watched people ahead of me very agitated due to wait times and wrong orders. Finally arrived home with my order and what a disappointment, chicken was dry and over cooked. Not loving that chicken right now. Sorry, not willing to give this location another chance. I'll stick to the Fair location.

Never again. I've tried giving this Popeyes a couple chances. Tonight I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches withextra sauce. Well as soon as I ordered they laughed. I figured they were laughing at my request. Little did I know they were laughing at the thought that I expected them to actually make that effort. The sandwich was absolutely terrible and dry. Terrible customer service. I will never return to Popeyes. The bar has to be pretty low to be disappointed with a fast food joint, but Popeyes achieved this feat tonight. Absolute garbage.

Just got home from Popeyes and my fires are hard and I don’t live far at all they are sell us old fries they don’t even look good

Horrible horrible service. Got a discount for my mobile went to pick up and lady manager refused to honor it. Said it was wrong time wrong address and it was all a lie. I had proof an email. She still refused and I paid full price. Never had such bad experience in restaurant. Would never come back.

Very rude and unprofessional stashstaff. Order taller doesn't listen. Had to repeat myself saved three order was still wrong. Upon calling to complain while upset I got repeatedly hung up on. No receipt received do my complaint was ignored.

The manager on shift is extremely unprofessional and rude to both customers and delivery drivers, she repeatedly overspoke and gave terrible attitude to an older gentleman who was just trying to order a meal, I will be contacting corporate and I truly hope she’s fired. Time 2pm Nov 30th It was the bigger older woman that had orangish hair with gray patches

***** PLEASE READ ******* They deserve a negative 5 stars especially when Oriana is a server. Yes I came to the Popeyes here store number 11273 on Southwest Military. The server was Oriana who was very disrespectful and rude. I bought $26 worth of chicken. She offered me one plate then she sighed when l asked her for additional plates. She proceeded to make faces when I asked for additional ketchup she only offered me four each and I ordered a family fry. I'm a paying customer here and she wouldn't allow me to use the restrooms because she said they're locked that they don't know how to unlock them. I understand you want to keep the restaurant clean and the restrooms clean from people walking in but if I'm a paying customer I should be allowed to use the restroom. Do I just go pee on the side of the building? The manager on duty showed no attentiveness or concern of the mistreatment by Oriana. Nor was I greeted when I came into the restaurant I stood there for a few minutes nobody acknowledged that was even there.

Went thru the drive thru for some meals for work , I asked 3 times to make sure the dipping sauce was in the bag because they seem to always forget. I was reassured the second time that they would put it in the bag. When they gave me my order I asked again and the lady yes it’s in the bag, I didn’t check just took her word , big mistake no sauce when I delivered the food to co workers

My daughter loves Popeyes but when we go in the evening, the food is cold and hard. If the place closes late, they should have fresh food. Especially since it’s not very cheap. Very disappointing.

Pablo and James provided great customer service however while waiting for my food I saw the MANAGER make TWO chicken sandwiches with no gloves on. That's disgusting and lazy considering THE GLOVES WERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER FACE!
