Full disclosure: I love offal, and I always have been craving the authentic Mexican street food I tasted in Tijuana 15 years ago. Rossy's Tacos delivers both in spades, THE best tacos I had in the US, and as authentic a taste of Mexico street food on this side of the border as they come. As soon as I saw the menu, see pictures, I took one each of the specialties, in order: morcilla (blood sausage), lengua (tongue), higado (liver), mollejas (sweetbread) and tripa (tripe). All super tasty, not a hint of off taste (a sure sign they took a lot of care cleaning the meats before cooking), seasoned to perfection, with that elusive street food taste I've been looking for. The service was also excellent, though the restaurant is clearly a renovated shack. My wife also loved the food. This place jumped straight to the top of my list and I'll come back regularly.
I ordered the crispy taco plate to go. The tacos were amazing, the portion size for the price was perfect and service was fast and friendly. My only disappointment was how tiny the tacos were... They looked more like street tacos than regular crispy tacos. I would definitely return, though. 😊
I’ll be back . The food was hot, delicious and our server was very friendly. Thursday breakfast special is the chilaquiles.

I've been going there ever since they opened up the restaurant. I love the food, the service, don't wait to long for them to bring the food to the table. Me n my sister eat there every Saturday. I usually take my son or my friends to go and eat there. Everyday that have breakfast specials and after 11 they have the lunch specials. They close on Sundays for right now. The owners are real nice people always smiling and helpful.
This place is completely redone, food was great. Super stoked to have another taqueria in Aptos! You gotta try this place!
Super good Mexican food, the staff is friendly. Service is also very fast! The prices are cheap compared to other restaurants around it. I definitely recommend!!!! They just made top ten taco places in SA!

My food is always so good when I eat here! When I dine in I eat a huevo ranchero plate but even my tacos Togo are always good ! I got 3 tacos and a tea for 11!

THE BEST TACO PLACE EVER!! Fresh tortillas and the sweet tea HITS verytime. Tripa taco is the best along with the other mexican traditional tacos. I never been to a restaurant with so many options of tacos to choose from. Breakfast tacos is sooo freaking good. the service is amazing everyone is so nice and sweet. Idk why people buggin. This place is my favorite place. 10/10 recommend.
This was a little tucked away at the end of an old strip center.. I had to try it. Still looked like old SAN ANTONIO. We love to support. Well the lady waitress was very nice and we were greeted with our drinks quickly. After we ordered the food it. Came out super quick. Less then 10min. Everything was nice and hot. I recommend the green salsa over the red. Had a bit of more flavor.

Sometimes I don't want to share my spots bc they are so AMAZING! I went to La Granga yesterday for mollejas but they are closed this weekend. Craving. Mollejas. They were the first place I'd ever tried them from about a year ago. WTH do I do now? It's 10am the dog was walked, installed new ceiling lights, laundry done & trash out. Dog in car with me, expecting treats and a park. Google search came across a reddit post about this place. Drove 20 more minutes to get to them. Parking was near impossible, but I got my truck in there. Ordered the mollejas a la Mexicana plate. Barbacoa, carne guisada, chicharron guidada, bean and cheese and CRISPY tripas tacos. The chicharron was creamy and probably the BEST I've ever had. The tripas tacos was crunchy and flavorful. This will now be one of my favorite weekend spots. Whoever is back there making these delicious foods, than you!! Lady at the front was sweet and helpful, everyone was super nice. Lobby was half full, quiet and calm in there. Love it! Sorry I took no photos.. I ate two tacos in the truck on my way back home... 30 minutes drive.... Got home and they all disappeared!

food was good, only thing I didn't like was my tortillas were too toasted, they cracked and broke when I tried to fold them

After 1pm.. I ordered a lengua. Lampiada taco and got two very small pieces.// when I went earlier in the day on a different day i got a nice bigger solid piece...of lengua.....they close at two, so I guess I have to say the earlier you go, the better the food.
I was very disappointed. I was told they had handmade tortillas, I wanted to see how good they were, no way! I asked the waitress that I was told they were homemade, she told me the girl that makes tortillas makes them (I don't think so) I make tortillas even after 2 days you know when is a homemade flour tortilla. I don't recommend
The service was good the food was not. It was just bland. The tortillas were fresh. Salsa was good. No reason to come back. I left half of it.
Over all just not a good place 😕 don't waste your time and money my family and i were very disappointed 😕 😞 the food was burned 😫the tortillas were not home make like was told by the server the coffee was cold the service well let's not go there 😢 very disappointed
