Fatburger is literally one of our family favorites! We’re so happy there’s finally one nearby. We used to drive all the way to Los Angeles, Buena Park, and even Riverside just to get our fix! The burgers are always delicious, satisfying, and very filling — you definitely won’t leave hungry. I always add extra onions 😄. They offer both skinny fries and fat fries, and honestly, we like both. If you’re sharing, the skinny fries are a great option. My ideal meal is a burger with a chocolate shake — so good! We easily go at least six times a year! Feels like a real treat! The staff is always friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you haven’t gone yet, definitely give it a try at least once! 🍔🥤

Just WOW! We had never been, noticed it driving by! We don't have a Fatburger near us in Michigan! We were staying at a hotel down the street so we walked down. Staff was friendly and food was amazing! Fresh, Fast and Delicious! The sweet potatoes fries were so good! The burger was so good! Great Burger Place! I'm so happy we found this place!

Food was great! I couldn’t think of a better burger afterwards. I just got a kids meal. Thankful for the only 2 women working, they were working hard! 🤩 atmosphere was loud, so we couldn’t hear music, but tables and drink area was kept clean. Would come again.

I had this place in my bookmarks for so long (literally months). I finally decided to go try it on a weekday and although I absolutely loved the friendly, fast and courteous service, and think the ambiance was ok, the food itself was not something stellar. I got the XXL Fatbuger (a whole pound of goodness) and regular Fat Fries and although I do appreciate the massive portions, I don't think the flavor itself was extraordinary. The fries needed a bit of extra salt and the burger was good but did not have that much seasoning either (or maybe I'm just used to saltier burgers, like the ones from McDonald's). This place is right across from Pasadena City College, so definitely a convenient place for College students to grab a quick bite, or for workers in the area to go grab lunch, but not a place that I would choose to go out of my way for ever again.

The food was fresh and damn good. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The dining room was clean, but the bathroom could have used just a bit of cleaning. First time having Fat Burger and am not sure why people don't rave about it the way they do In-n-Out.

I recently visited the smaller Fatburger in Pasadena, which has about 8 tables and a high-top bar area. The service was friendly and outgoing, with two people working on a quiet Sunday. However, I was disappointed with the 6-piece boneless wings. They were sitting in a pool of hot sauce instead of being properly tossed, which isn’t typical of Fatburger. I’ve had better wings at other locations, and I believe this inconsistency is a management issue. Despite this, it’s still worth a visit for the friendly service and convenient setup. You can visit my profile to see pictures of a different Fatburger experience where the wings were properly tossed with sauce.

They charge a dollar extra for a slice of cheese. Like that’s not included in the price of the burger already? I’m sure the food is good, but it strikes me as pricey.

Got there at 11:28 am, doors were closed(locked) and there was an employee behind the counter who could care less. Hours said they open at 11 am. That's cool, we went to the Japanese place instead ✌🏽👎🏽

Got there well after posted open time and doors were locked. Call before waisting your time thinking they are open. Luckily , the competing businesses around it were open and good to go so I was able to get something else like Panda Express right next door without waisting the little time I have for lunch. Little things like this tend to tell you the people working there tend to be flakes.

**Online ordering system** Tried to order $100.00 worth of food but an error kept popping up when checking out saying "cannot verify basket". Not sure what's going on over there but it's cold and you lost out on a sale. Please fix.
